PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN OBYEK WISATA ALAM AIR PANAS DAN AIR TERJUN DI DESA MANTIKOLE KECAMATAN DOLO BARAT KABUPATEN SIGI
The Reseach problems are (1) How are the roles of the local communityin the management of natural tourismobject, the spring and the waterfall, (2)How does the local community participate in the management, (3) How are the roles of the local government in the management of the tourism object. The research isqualitatif desciptive. The data were obtained from the observations, interviews, and questioners. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research involved 30 local residents near the tourism object and some informants including the local principals, the chairperson, the elders, the youth figures, the parking men, the guards, and the sellers. The result shows that the local community roles in managing the object are not maximum in some aspects such as economy, social, culture, law, and environmental regulation. Their participation is not maximum shown by their jobs in which they work only as the employee. In addition, the local government roles are not maximum because the accommodation and regulation are not well provided. Theirroles and their participation in managing thenatural tourismobject, the spring and the waterfall in Mantikole are not maximum in some aspects such as economy, social, culture, law, and environmental regulation. The local community’s participation is limited as workers around the area. The government roles are not maximum in providing some accommodations and regulations in that tourism object
EFEKTIFITAS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMP NEGERI 1 BIROMARU DI KABUPATEN SIGI
This study aims to determine the School Operational Grant (BOS) Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency. Data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation, were further analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. This study intends to get a description and a picture of the BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement.This study was conducted in 2015. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The fund implementation of the School Operational Grant (BOS)in SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru is effective, because the indicators that lead to the achievement of objective educational goalset SMP much has been achieved, and 2) The effects of BOS Program Implementation Efectivity in Improving Student Achievement SMP Negeri 1 Biromaru in Sigi Regency either in context, input, process, and product fund implementation of BOS
ANALISIS RESTATEMENT DALAM PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI PEMERINTAHAN BERBASIS AKRUAL Pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (BPMPD) Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah
One of the implementation of government regulation No. 71 of 2010 on the accounting system of government and regulatory of Home Affairs Minister No. 64 of 2013 on the application of the accrual-based of local government accounting system is restatement; balance sheet that needs to be restated at the beginning of the periode when the local government will implement the new accounting policy from cash toward accrual to a full accrual basis. Restatetments needed for balance sheet whose policies have not followed the full accrual basis. For the preparation of balance sheet on accrual basis, the year-end balance sheet in prior periods are still using cash toward accrual basis. Local government in Central Sulawesi through regulation governor Central Sulawesi no. 20 of 2014 on the accounting policies of local government Central Sulawesi Province has set up changes that serve as guidelines in carrying out the process or stages of restatement balance against the government local working unit, especially in the Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Government. Initial implementation of government accrual-based accounting system in 2015 has been included in the notes to the financial statements of the office of Community Empowerment and Village Government in Central Sulawesi. The status of audit from the financial auditor Agency is corrected or are audited despite the fact that the balance sheet restatement in 2014 has not conducted by the Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Government in Central Sulawesi
KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MOKOPIDO KABUPATEN TOLITOLI
This research aims to find out the health service quality in government hospital Mokopido Tolitoli. This was a qualitative research where the data obtained and collected through interview with informants selected. The results reveal that health service quality of the hospital viewed from 5 aspects such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible have not been maximal due to the public still do not feel what is called an excellent service. Fast response service in the hospital still do not appear because there are still many procedures wasting time and the public find difficulties to receive immediate information
PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN FISIK (STUDI TENTANG MUSYAWARAH PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN) DI DESA TANGKURA KECAMATAN POSO PESISIR SELATAN KABUPATEN POSO
This research aims to determine community participation in physical development through the Development Planning Consultation and the role of the Village Consultative Board in Increasing community participation in physical development through the Development Planning Consultation in Tangkura Village, South Coastal Poso District, Poso Regency. This researchwas descriptive qualitative method with purposive determination of informants. The data was taken through primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used refers to Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion. To find out the involvement of community in physical development through Development Planning Consultation in Tangkura Village, Abe (2002) used the theory of planning stages, namely participant identification, village problems identification, priority problem analysis, objective analysis, choosing objectives, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, and formulating program results. Then to find out the level of community participation in the planning stage the eight steps of participation theory ware used according to Arstein (2002). The results show that community participation in physical development through the Development Planning Consultation in Tangkura Village, South Coastal Poso District, Poso Regency is at the level of false participation (tokenism). Community involvement in providing information is only inviting interest and legitimacy from the community and reducting public unrest. The role of The Village Consultative Board to increase community participation in physical development through Development Planning Consultation was not optimal. The Village Consultative Board does not conduct aspiration screening other than through the Village Consultation. The presence of the Village Consultative Board in Development Planning Consultation is only as a resource and ratification of the results of the program formulation, so that the role of the Village Consultative Board is categorized in the level of apparent participation (tokenism)
PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN, PENELITIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TOJO UNA-UNA
The study determines and analyzes simultaneous and partial influence of emotional quotient, work environment, and commitment on productivity in The Agency of Development Planning, Research, and Regional Development of Tojo Una-Una District. It applies quantitative approach by taking 38 officials in The Agency of Development Planning, Research, and Regional Development of Tojo Una-Una District as samples through census method. Technique of analysis is multiple linear regressions with hypotthetical test by using confidence level of α = 0,05 with SPSS version 22.00. validity test runs with corrected-item total correlation with minimum value of r=0.3. Reliability test applies cronbach alpha coefficient with coefficient limit of α >0.6. the results shows that emotional quotient, work environment, and commitment simultaneously have significnat influence on officials’ productivity in The Agency of Development Planning, Research, and Regional Development of Tojo Una-Una District with Fvalue of 2.045>Ftable of 0.049 on sig 0.000. The variable of emotional quotient has significant influence on productivity with tvalue of 1.523>ttable of 0.137 on sig 0.000; work environment has positive influence but insignificant on productivity with tvalue of 1.445>ttable of 0.158 on sig 0.162; commitment has significant influence on productivity tvalue of 4.518>ttable of 0.677 on sig 0.000

One of the most important assets of the organization can not be separated from the employee's performance. To obtain good performance, it is necessary to improve employee motivation. In developing the organization, people often focused on how to develop the business, while on the management of human resources is still less attention.This study was conducted to determine how the Employee Work Motivation In Learning Activity Implementation Unit Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education In the province of Central Sulawesi. Researchers used the theory of Frederick Herzberg and The basis of this research is qualitative descriptive type of research. The technique used in data collection is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Then the data and the interviews were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results showed that, motivation of employees working in On Learning Activity Implementation Unit Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education In the province of Central Sulawesi has been very good. It is based on several aspects of the increased motivation of employees working on extrinsic and intrinsic factors
ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Mamuju Utara)
The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees performance (Study on the employees of Badan Kesbangpol dan Linmas Provinsi Jawa Tengah). The sample used in this research consists of 60 respondents from 106 employees. The method of sampling used is by purposive sampling, method data analysis used are multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 0,465 X 1 + 0,398 X 2. The result of the reseacrh using t test that leadership style and work motivation have positive significant influence to employees performance. The result of the research simultantly using F test, shows that all of the independent variables influence significant to employees performance. The coefficient determinant (R 2 ) is 0.680 which means 68% employees performance variation explained by independent variables, where as 32% explained by another variables which is not followed
KINERJA ORGANISASI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS (UPT) PELATIHAN KERJA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
Based on the problem formulation in this study, the researcher specified that the goal of this study was to provide an overview of the organizational performance of the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department, in terms of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability indicators. This study used descriptive qualitative method that was supported by data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentations. The informant selection used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis by basing on the process of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results showed that the organizational performance of the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department in executing work training in terms of productivity, responsiveness, and accountability indicators had been going well, but in the terms of the quality of service and responsibility indicators had not been completely going well. In carrying out its performance, the Technical Implementation Unit for Small and Medium Enterprises Work Training of Central Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Department encountered various obstacles, such as lack of training facilities and infrastructures, lack of budgets, and lack of training instructors from the Technical Implementation Unit itself
MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA LEMBAGA PENYIARAN PUBLIK TELEVISI REPUBLIK INDONESIA SULAWESI TENGAH
As a public broadcasting, TVRI Central Sulawesi required to provide a competitive broadcast with private television. On the contrary, it could not able to provide broadcast quality better, because as a matter of fact, the official employees had not able to provide quality employment appropriate expected yet due to lack of work motivation. The problem of this research was how the official employees work motivation of Public Broadcasting TVRI Central Sulawesi. This research analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The informants were three leaders and three staff of TVRI Central Sulawesi by using purposive sampling technique. Technique of taking and collecting data consisted of observation, interview and documentation. Abraham H Maslow theory was also used in order to know the official employee work motivation. The result figured the official employees work motivation was quite good on two aspects, namely the convenience of threats work and social needs aspects. While the aspect of maintaining the viability, self-esteem and self-actualization needs were less perceived by the official employees. In addition, salaries or fees earned was not sufficient to maintain the viability of them, no reward or recognition for work performance achieved by them and the lack of support for self the official employee in education and vocational training
