PENGARUH SOSIAL EKONOMI, SARANA DAN PRASARANA TERHADAP PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI KECAMATAN AMPANA KOTA KABUPATEN TOJO UNA-UNA
The study intends to know: 1) significant influence of social economy and infrastructure simultaneously towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una; 2) significant influence of social economy towards community behavior on waste Mmanagement in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una; 3) significant influence of infrastructure towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una. Sample consists of 99 respondents from 6 urban villages and 4 villages in Ampana City Sub-District. Data analyzed with descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that social economy and infrastructure simultaneously and partially have significant influence towards community behavior on waste management in Ampana Sub-District in Tojo Una-Una
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI BIDANG PENDIDIKAN MENENGAH DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN DAERAH PROPINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Teacher Competency Policy Implementation in Education Secondary Education and Culture Department of the Provincial Central Sukawesi. The main theory as a reference in this research is the theory of policy implementation that includes Edward III; (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) the disposition, (4) a bureaucratic structure. The research method using descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is housed in the Department of Education and Culture with the informant as much as seven people were selected purposively. The data collection was done by interviewing, observation, and documentation. Analysis using Interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, Policy Implementation Competence Master in Education Secondary Education and Culture Office Provincial Sukawesi Central when viewed from the aspect (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition, and (4) the bureaucratic structure, indicating that it is not effective because there are still aspects that have not been adequate, namely communication, disposition. While resources and bureaucratic structures that are still not running properly and optimally, it can be seen in terms of communication, the implementor is already carrying out communications through the transmission process and clarity, but with regard to the communication process through consistency, experienced the bottleneck is the network communication less effective, so the impact on the number of participants competence development of teachers do not meet predetermined quotas. KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PADA BAGIAN RAWAT INAP PUSKESMAS TAMBU KECAMATAN BALAESANG KABUPATEN DONGGALA
This reasearch aims to find how the Health quality services at inpantien of Tambu Public Health Center Districts Balaesang Of Donggala Regency. This was qualitatif research and the informants were determined troungh purposiv. The data type was primary and secondary, analysis of data used from interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Theory used was from Zeithml, Parasuraman and Berry to measure the Health quality services at inpantien of Tambu Public Health Center Districts. The results showed that the Health quality services at inpantien of Tambu Public Health Centeroverall not good enough because the process of the services provided are still some problems related to the quality of service as well as build uncomfortable and madicine are still lacked the next problems was about less rigorous of Puskesmas Tambu officer and abuat officer discipline. But basically, the health center of Tambu do everything possible to provide the best service in accordance with the quality standards of health care
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH MELALUI PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN KONSTRUKTIVISTIK PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPS SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PALU
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan cara guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran konstruktivistik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palu dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan mengacu pada model Kemmis-McTaggart melalui 4 (empat) tahapan dasar yang saling terkait dan berkesinambungan dalam setiap siklus yaitu: (1) perencanaan (planning), (2) pelaksanaan (acting), (3) pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Subjek penelitian adalah Kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 24 orang. Alasan memilih Kelas XI IPS karena rendahnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah yang disebabkan penggunaan metode belajar yang tidak optimal sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar pada diri siswa. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dinyatakan berhasil, apabila telah memenuhi indikator: (1) Indikator kuantitatif. Apabila daya serap individu telah mencapai minimal 75 dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 85%; dan (2) Indikator kualitatif. Apabila aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mencapai minimal kategori baik. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran konstruktivistik untuk mata pelajaran sejarah pada siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan dari siklus pertama pertemuan 3 (75,63) naik menjadi (86,42) pada siklus kedua pertemuan 3 dan telah memenuhi standar nilai yang ditentukan untuk mata pelajaran Sejarah di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palu adalah minimal 75. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus pertama pertemuan 3 mencapai (58,33%) dan pada siklus kedua mencapai (100,00%) menandakan semua siswa sudah tuntas
PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) DAN BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA (IPM) (Survei Pada Kabupaten/Kota di Sulawesi Tengah)
This study intends to determine the influence of local revenues (X1) and capital expenditures (X2) on Human Development Index (HDI) (Y). The main issue is to examine simultaneous and partial influence of local revenues and capital expenditures on human development index in districts/cities in Central Sulawesi. Instrument of study is the document APBD reports of Central Sulawesi in 2012-2015 by using ratio as the scale of measurement and percentage on human development index of Central Sulawesi in 2013-2016 with ratio as the scale of measurement. Populasi of study consists of 13 districts/cities in Central Sulawesi by taking a sample of 11 districts/cities based on certain criteria. The results indicate that local revenues and capital expenditures simultaneously have significant influence on HDI in district/cities in Central Sulawesi with significance level of 0,998229 or 99,8%. This figure is relevant with the result of probability value (F-statistics) of 0,000000 less than sig. α = 5% ( 0,05) and can be interpreted with significant level of < 95%
HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS GURU SMK NEGERI 3 PALU
This study means to determine and analyze correlation between motivation and workload with teachers’ productivity in SMKN 3 Palu, correlation between motivation and teachers’ productivity in SMKN 3 Palu, and correlation between workload and teachers’ productivity in SMKN 3 Palu. Sample in this study consists of 80 teachers who were selected by using census-sampling method. The type of study is associative and analyzed with multiple correlation and Pearson Product Moment analysis. The results indicate that motivation and workload correlate positively with teachers’ productivity in SMKN 3 Palu. Partially, motivation and workload correlate positively with teachers’ productivity in SMKN 3 Palu
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGARUSUTAMAAN GENDER DALAM PERENCANAAN, PENGANGGARAN RESPONSIF GENDER DI LINGKUP ORGANISASI PERANGKAT DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
The research is focused on the implementation of gender mainstreaming policy on gender responsive planning and budgeting framework, specifically on the utilization of gender analysis pathway and gender budget statement, in Central Sulawesi’s Provincial Government Organization. It is a descriptive qualitative research gender analysis pathway and gender budget statement, utilizing Van Meter and Van Horn’s theory on policy implementation, which include standard factors and policy aim, resource, interorganizational communication and activity enhancement, agent characteristics, socioeconomic situations and implementator disposisition. The reasearch shows that gender mainstreaming policy has not been fully implemented, as seen from the large number of government organization in Central Sulawesi’s government that haven’t utilized both. This results in overall lack of gender sensitivity in planned activities and budget alocated, which in turn leads to lower gender development index and gender empowerment measure in Central Sulawesi. The lo wer value subsequently marks an unreached goal in 2011-2016 Mid Term Development Plan of Central Sulawes
PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI UPT. TIK UNIVERSITAS TADULAKO
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and Spiritual quotient on performance Clerk UPT. TIK Untad. The population in this study amounted to 35 people, as it is then not held the withdrawal of samples. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 programme, performed statistical tests using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the study showed, (1) Intelligence, emotional Quotient, Intellectual and Spiritual Quotient significant effect simultan eously on performance clerk UPT. TIK Untad, (2) partially influential Intellectual Quotient does not significantly to the performance of the employees of the UPT. TIK Untad, (3) emotional Quotient in partial effect performance significantly to officers of the UPT. TIK Untad,(4) Spiritual Quotient in partial effect significantly to the performance of the employees of the UPT.TIK Untad
IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DI DESA DODA KECAMATAN LORE TENGAH KABUPATEN POSO
This study aimed to determine the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (Alokasi Dana Desa - ADD) Policy in Doda Village Central Lore District Poso Regency. The method used in this study was qualitative method in which the main instrument in this study was the researcher itself. The data used were primary and secondary data relating to the empirical situation and condition of the policy implementation. This study used the theory of Edward III. The results showed that the implementation of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Doda Village Central Lore District Poso Regency had not been running optimally because it was showed that from the 4 (four) aspects studied, there were two (2) aspects that were not running well, namely the communication aspect, (lack of socialization) and the resources aspect (inadequate human resources and infrastructures), while the two (2) aspects that had been running well enough were the aspect of implementers disposition (enough to support the policy implementation) and the aspect of the bureaucratic structure (where all the implementers had been working in accordance with the duties and functions of each)
