ANALISIS TEKNIKAL HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK NEGARA (BUMN) YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)
This study aims to find out and analyze stock price movements and the application of ARIMA & ARCH / GARCH models in state-owned enterprises listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data is collected through a list of stock prices for each company as many as 19 companies from January 2015 to December 2017 at www.idx.co.id. The data is analyzed by charting the stock price movements then describing the factors that influence the rise and fall of stock prices. After that, modelling is carried out based on data. The results show that the average stock price movements in 2015 decreased due to global economic conditions such as the weakening rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar, the decreasing price of coal and nickel commodities, falling demand for imported raw materials from China, rising world oil prices, company policies in expansion, and government policies in the infrastructure sector. In 2016, the stock price movement rose again because the global economy is getting better and the average stock price movements tended to be stable in2017. The model used in stock price determination in companies such as PGAS, BBRI, and BMRI is the ARIMA model (1,0,1), which is sufficient to be used at the stock price when the normality requirements are met. While the stock prices of PTBA, ANTM, TINS, KRAS, SMBR, SMGR, INAF, KAEF, ADHI, WIKA, PTPP, GIAA, TLKM, JSMR, BBNI, and BBTN companies use GARCH models (1,0,1) which indicate volatility in the data that causes an error contains homoskedasticity and results in the failure to meet normal requirements on the model
ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN VALUE FOR MONEY PADA KANTOR KEMENTRIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN POSO TAHUN 2013-2014
This research aims to anlyze the performance of the Department of Religious Affairs of Poso in 2013 to 2014 with Value For Money Approach based on the elements of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Based on the value for money approach from economics aspect, the department of religious affairs has been conducting its programs economically, these include: managerial support program and other technical issues, Islamic community guidance program, Islamic education program, Christian community guidance program, and program of hajj and umroh. All these programs achieved their objectives eccept program of hajj and umroh, which output is not reached. Performance from efficiency element shows that the office has been running its programs efficiently, program of managerial support program and the other technical issue, and Islamic community gudance program have achieved their output; Islamic education program and Christian comunity guidance program has been running quite efficiently with output performance achieved; meanwhile, program of hajj and umroh has been running highly efficient but the output is unreached. The results from effectiveness element show that the office of religious affairs has been running its program pretty efective;these include managerial support and other technical issues; while Islamic community guidance, Islamic education program and Christian guidance program are efectively implemented; program hajj and umroh is inefective
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN TATA KERJA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN POSO
This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Working Policy of the Regional Secretariat of Poso District. Measuring Policy Implementation in this study using Policy Implementation theory proposed by Edwards III (in Subarsono, 2003: 53), including: Communications, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucracy Sturktur. This research is a descriptive type research with qualitative approach. Informants in the study were determined using purposive techniques. This research takes place at the Regional Secretariat of Poso District. Informant research in this study as many as 5 (five) people. The data were collected using Observation, Interview, and Documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study include: Data collection, Data reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion. The results obtained in this study indicate the Implementation of the Working Policy of the Regional Secretariat of Poso Regency has not been effective, because of 4 (four) indicators of policy implementation used as a benchmark there are still two indicators that have not run well ie the elements of Communications and Structural Elements Bureaucracy. 2 (two) other indicators namely Disposition and Resources indicate the conditions that have been effective
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DPRD DI KABUPATEN TOJO UNA-UNA
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Responden penelitian berjumlah 35 yang dipilih dengan metode sensus. Pengolahan data menggunakan Program Statiscal Product and Service Solution (SPSS 18.0), dengan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Pegawai Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una
PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on official performance in Transportation Departement of Parigi Moutong. The selection of 47 respondents is using census technique. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result shows F-value equals to 24.008 on ά = 0.05 or F-sig value <0.05 with F-significance equals to 0.000, which means that independent variabels simultaneously have positive but non-significant influence on the dependent variable. Partially, the result show that motivation has positive but non-significant influence on performance with sig-value of 0.199; work discipline has positive and significant influence on performance with sig value 0.001; organizational culture has positive and significant influence on performance with sig value of 0.00
PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAIDI KANTOR DINAS PENDIDIKAN, KEBUDAYAAN, PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN MAMUJU UTARA
This study aimed to identify and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of work motivation (the factors of motivator and hygiene) on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports. The theory used to measure work motivation at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports was the motivation theory proposed by Hezberg dividing motivation into two factors, the factors of motivator and hygiene. While the theory used to measure employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports was the performance theory proposed by Bernardin and Russell (1993: 383) stating that the aspects of performance measurement that could be used as factors in performance were: (1) Quality; (2) Quantity; (3) Timeliness; (4) Cost Effectiveness; (5) Supervision Requirement; and (6) Interpersonal Influence. The population in this study was the staff of North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports amounting to 96 people, but in the sampling process the Department Head was excluded and 2 employees were performing learning tasks, and the author himself. So, the total sample observed as data sources amounted to 92 people.This research was a survey with data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work motivation factors (the factors of motivator and hygiene) simultaneously had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports, with Fcount value = 93.727 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-F = 0,000 <α 0.05. The motivator factor (X1.1) had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports with tcount = 2.964 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-t = 0.004 <α 0.05; and the hygiene factor (X1.2) had significant influence on employee performance at North Mamuju Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports with tcount = 2,617 at real level ά = 0.05 or Sig-t = 0,010 <α 0.05
IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI TERPADU KECAMATAN PALU TIMUR KOTA PALU (Study Tentang Implementasi Program Pelayanan E-KTP)
This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Integrated Administrasion Service Program in East Palu Distict of Palu City (A Study of e-KTP Service Program Implementation). The research used descriptive qualitative method with data collection covered observation, interview, and documentation. The informan was 5 people selected through purposive sampling. The research results reveal that the Implementation of Integrated Administration Service Program in East Palu District of Palu City (A Study of e-KTP Service Program Implementation) is not optimal yet, due to some aspects affects it, namely 1) Communication aspect is already good, 2) Resourcces aspect is not good yet, 3) Disposition aspect is not good yet too, and 4) Bureaucratic Strukture aspect is not good as well
HUBUNGAN MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI PUSKESMAS AMPIBABO KABUPATEN PATIGI MOUTONG
The district Ampibabo Parigi Moutong is one puskesmas providing services for inpatient or outpatient treatment, and is implementing units district health offices parigi, so the quality of health services at community ampibabo must be guaranteed to meet the needs of patients and can give satisfaction patients. The aims to understand the relationship the quality of health services the level of satisfaction in patient treatment at puskesmas ampibabo. Based on analysis univariat and bevariat that are analyzed from the answers respondents visits inpatients years 2016 (agustus-november) about the results 64 the that (1) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on the reliability of patients at puskesmas ampibabo district Parigi Moutong less than half respondents are sure, (2) the quality of health services in terms of the level of satisfaction based on dimensions responsiveness patients at puskesmas ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (3) the quality of health services in terms of the satisfaction of assurance based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district parigi moutong more than half of respondents said good enough, (4) quality health pelayanann in terms of the satisfaction of empathy based on dimension patients at puskesmas Ampibabo district Parigi Moutong most stated good enough, (5) the quality of health services in terms of it
PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH MANDIRI MITRA USAHA CABANG AMPANA
Customer satisfaction is an important aspect in improving the quality of service so that the service can be received with optimal level of satisfaction. Quality is the core of institutional survival, which means that the survival of an institution is determined by the quality of its products. The movement of the quality revolution through an integrated quality management approach becomes a demand that should not be ignored. The movement aims to improve the quality of products on an ongoing basis for the interests of stakeholders. The study aims to determine the influence of service quality includes: physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and certainty simultaneously and partially to the satisfaction of Mandiri Mitra Ampana Branch customers. PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN PELAKSANA PENYULUHAN KABUPATEN MAMUJU UTARA
In an organization, both formal and non-formal, the human role are very dominant as a driving force in the running of the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Human resources holds a very important role where human resources is seen as a major driving factor in determining the success of an organization. This study used motivational variables consisting of the factors of motivator and hygiene as independent variables and the employee performance factor as dependent variable. The type of research used in this study was descriptive and quantitative. The research location is North Mamuju Board for Food Security and Counselors. The samples involved in this study were 75 people who were employees at various levels. The data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Questionnaires was used as a medium to get data from the respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study showed that motivation comprising the factors of motivator and hygiene simultaneously had positive and significant influence on employee performance. Partially, the motivator factor had positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Meanwhile, the hygiene factor partially did not had relationship to employee performance. The results of this study could be used as an input by North Mamuju Board for Food Security and Counselors in improving employee performance. The results also can strengthen motivation theories that had been studied in several research. Future studies should include other variables in order that generalization of this theory can be strengthened in relation to the performance aspect
