    The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of services needed in lending at the BNI Bank Parigi Branch. The theory used in this study is a theory of service quality proposed by Zeithhaml in Hardiansyah (2011:46), which consists of Tangible, Reliabelity, Responsiviness, Assurance, danEmphaty. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 6 people with Purpossive techniques. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the data analysis method used in this study is an interactive data analysis model with steps: condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of research that is known about the quality of loans provided by the approved BNI Bank Parigi Branch, this can be seen after going through the data analysis process related to the discussion made as a reference, there are still two that are not well implemented, second this aspect is responsiveness and assurance. While the other three aspects have been well implemented, namely: 1) Tangibles, where in the service the BNI Branch Office itself is supported by a variety of good facilities, such as waiting room facilities that are easy to open and cool and well organized, in service as well provided with service aids such as computers, internet networks, printers that are used for administrative purposes, even vehicles for motorbikes for marketing employees to directly by prospective buyers; 2) Reliability, where in carrying out its service duties, employees have been able to work well by minimizing problems in their services, all employees in this government can also use the tools in the service process quite well; 3) Guarantees are carried out properly, where in their services they prioritize the interests of service users. The Parigi Branch BNI Branch Office, this delay is related to completeness issues, incomplete loan application projects, and so on.The requested liquid funds; and 4) Empaty is well implemented because in its service, BNI Office employees in the Parigi Branch serve politely, build good relationships through services related to doing and polite speech in their services. Employees also serve by not being discriminatory or discriminating who they serve

    This research aims to find out and explain the quality of service for prosvectipe pilgrims at the ministry of religion in the city of palu. This research is qualitative research. Informants were selected by purposive sampling which consisted collection of employees of the Ministry of Religion in Palu and 8 Hajj Pilgrims. Data collection cwas observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of data analysis was data gathering, data reduction, and data display and verification/drawing conclusion. Thery used was from Parasuraman. The research results show there are two indicators that are adequate and three have not been good. I. the tangible aspect, facilities and infrastructure used in the service of prospective pilgrims are not yet adequate. 2. Reliability, accuracy and suitability of procedures in the service have been assessed both the service shown by the employee is not target and according to the procedure. 3. Responsiveness, the response in service is considered as inadequate in performing service services, the response is slow and there are differences in services shown by employees. 4. Ssurance, guarantees are considered to be good where employees provide guarantees when leaving to the holy land and guarantee the security of prospective pilgrims in the management up to leaving for the holy land. Empathy, caring where employees show a caring attitude towords prospective pilgrims in service so that communication is established

    As a public organization that provides services to the community, the Palu City Land Office through its apparatus is required to always improve its performance in providing its services to the community, because the demands of democratization and recognition of human rights will give rise to strong demands on the performance of services provided by agencies. the government through its apparatus to the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in land registration services at the Land Office of Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is descriptive, with the number of informants involved as many as 6 informants, which for determining the informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. With the method of data analysis with three steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. From the results of the research, it is known that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the land registration service at the Palu City Land Office in Central Sulawesi Province is considered to be running poorly, this is due to the existence of several problems found by researchers regarding the performance of apparatus in the agency in the land registration service in The Palu City Land Office, while these problems are aspects of quantity, quality, and timeliness

    This study is about the Quality of High School Employee Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province. In this study using descriptive qualitative research with a number of 8 informants who were deliberately selected, namely the Head of High School Development Section, Head of High School Facilities and Infrastructure Section, 1 High School Facilities and Infrastructure Section staff, Head of Institutional and Curriculum Section, 1 Institutional Section staff and Curriculum, Head of High School Student Section, and 1 High School Student Section staff, High School PTK Section head. The theory used is the theory of Agus Dwiyanto, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Observations and documents are also carried out to get the data needed. The results of the study showed that the High School Field Development Performance at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province had not been maximized. This is based on the results of research with 5 aspects that are used as benchmarks in research, only two focus studies are fulfilled, namely the responsibility and accountability indicators. Whereas from productivity indicators, it has not been said to be optimal because of lack of technical human resources and the participation of apparatus is still lacking. While the Service Quality Indicators are said to be not optimal because there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure to support service activities. Likewise, the Indicator of Responsiveness has not yet been said to be optimal because the facilities and infrastructure have also become obstacles in responding to the world community of education

    The study aims to find out and analyze simultaneous and partial influences of work environment, work motivation, and work satisfaction on the perfomance of middle schools teachers in West Dolo District of Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. The study involves 43 respondents who selected by census method. Data analysis is quantitative approach running with Statistical Product and Service Solution 18.0 (SPSS0 with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result of the study concludes that: 1) work environment, work motivation, and work satisfaction simultaneously have significant influence on the perfomance of middle schools teachers in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 2) work environment has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 3) work motivation has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi; 4) work satisfaction has significant influence on middle schools teachers’ perfomance in West Dolo, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi

    The Influence Of Work Motivation, Work Culture, And Communication On Officials’ Performance In The Department Of Transportation, Communication And Informatics Of Palu City. This research aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influences of work motivation, work culture and communication on officials’ performance in the department of transportation, communication and informatics of Palu City. Sample consists of 66 officials in the office. Method of analysis is descriptive with multiple linear regressions. The results find that work motivation, work culture, and communication simultaneously have significant influence of officials’ performance in the department of transportation, communication and informatics of Palu City with Fcount  of 21.618 on sig. 0,000. Motivation has significant infuence on officials’ performance with tcount  4.257 on sig 0,000; work culture has significant influence on officials’ performance with tcount 2,740 on sig 0,000; communication has significant influence on officials performance with tcount 3,210 on sig 0,00

    Study on financial ability of Sigi Regency as new autonomous region resulting from regional proliforation has been carried out. The present study, the financial ability region is measured by 1). Fiscal Decentralization Degree (DDF) 2). Fiscal Need 3). Fiscal Capacity 4). Fiscal Effort 5). Effectiveness of Local Revenue 6). Region Financial Indenpendency Ratio used data from 2010 to 2015. The result exhibited that financial ability of Sigi Regency is very low, so that the dependence of financial with central goverment is still very high

    The research aims to investigate the influence of competency, utilization of information technology, and internal control on the reliability of financial report of schools operational support grants management in Buol District. The results find that competency, utilization of information technology, internal control, and the reliability of financial report schools operational support grants management has been well-implemented by schools in Buol District. The result also shows that competency, utilization of information technology, and internal control simultaneously and partially influence the reliability of financial report of financial report of schools operational support grants management in Buol District, both positively and significantly. This means that better the competency, utilization of information technology, internal control in schools, the more reliable of their financial report of financial report schools operational support grants management

    This study aims to determine the performance of employees in the Tondo district office in Palu. This study was designed qualitatively. The informants are Secretary Lurah, Section Head of Government, staff / pegwai and community Tondo Village residents were determined using purposive data collection method consists of observation, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis of the data, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that, Employee Performance Employees at the Village Office Tondo seen from five aspects: (1) Quality of Work, (Quality of work) performance of employees / staff has been good, although not optimal, because, as finishing work, file handling troubled and delay, it is in because the working hours of staff / employees are not in accordance with the existing provisions in the office in general, this is what causes the Village office Tondo employee performance is not maximized. (2) Timeliness (Pomptnees) of the office hours staff / employee do not correspond, it is their show, sometimes they go in at half past nine and sometimes hours of 9 passes, of things kesuian assigned task is not appropriate for this show in their work often No errors, file problems and no delays. It also researchers felt with what is perceived by the public. (3) Aspects Initiatives, (Initiative) resolving employee response has been good enough job, such as job sipatnya urgent and society want them to be resolved immediately. But sometimes there are still people who do not feel satisfied with the results of the work, as there is still a delay in completing the work. (4) Aspects of Capability (Capability), the dominant educational backgrounds owned pegwai is appropriate, namely in terms of the number of employees 12 7 between berijzah strata one, 1 Megister and the rest of certified high school and junior high. But sometimes there are still people who do not feel satisfied, as there is still problematic file and a delay in serving the community. (5) Aspect Communications (Communication, employer responses in completing his work is good enough, like Every meeting is always held input/opinions of staff / employee to know what their complaints are looking for solutions when there are problems. But sometimes there are still people who do not feel satisfied with the results of the work are often late in working on files such as the delay in completing the work

    ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH KOTA PALU DALAM MEMBIAYAI PENGELUARANNYA

    The research is aimed to determine and analyze: 1) the development of local revenue sources; 2) the capacity of local revenue acceptance; 3) the capacity of local revenue in financing of Palu City; 4) Financial capacity of local Palu government based on regulation of the ministry of Domestic Affairs no. 21, 2007; 5) the leve of fiscal decentralization in financing the expenditure of Palu City; 6) fiscal capacity of Palu government; 7) the capacity of the local revenue to repay local debats. This study is descriptive. Data is collected through interview, literature review, and analysis of Palu government’s financial document. The results show that: 1) the development of local revenue sources indicates that other legitimate of local revenue has the highest growth and contribution of 226.08% and 40.92%; 2) the capacity of local revenue is classified ‘deficient’; 3) the capacity of local revenue is financing expenditure is categorized ‘unable to pay the expenditure’; 4) financial capacity of local Palu government based on the regulation of The Ministry of Domestic Affairs no. 21, 2007 is categorized in ‘low’ and medium’ financial groups; 5) the leve of fiscal decentralization in financing the expenditure of Palu City is still unable to finance the local expenditure; 6) fiscal capacity of Palu government in 2011-2013 budget year in categorized ‘low’ and ‘medium’ in 2014-2015; 7) DSCR ratio shows the capacity of Palu Government to repay local debts
