Full text linkThis Study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, human resource development and work discipline on employee’s performance at Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Office of Parigi Moutong Regency. Data was collected through quitionnaire. The result of the study shows that it is valid and reliable. Sample of the study was the entire of employees which amounted to 30 people. Sample is selected by using probability sampling method and then selcted through (validity test) and (reliability test) method. These tests used computer software of IBM SPSS statistical version 2012 program

Full text linkThe research intends to examine and analyze simultaneous and partial impacts of Economic Value Added (EVA), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Price in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Index LQ 45. Based on the result of panel data, it shows adjusted R-Square value of 0.947970, which means that 94.79% of independent variables that consist of Economic Value Added (EVA), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) are able to affect stock price. Based on the hypothesis test, it indicates that Economic Value Added (EVA), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously have significant impacts on stock price with f-value of 78.73768 with significance value is 0.000000, smaller than α =0.05. Partially, Economic Value Added has significance and negative impact on stock price with t-value of -3.653833, and significance of p-value is 0.0006, smaller than α =0.05. Total Assets Turnover has no impact on stock price with t-value of -0.332988, and significance of p-value is 0.7406, higher than α =0.05. Return On Equity has significant and negative impact on stock price with t-value of -5.902786 and significance of p-value is 0.0000, smaller than α =0.05

Full text linkBert Objectiveof this studyto analyze the Implementation Of the Village Funds Policy forHealth Development in Donggala District.The theory used as the basis of analysis is the theory analysis of van Metter and Van Horn policy, consisting of sixaspects of basic measuresand policy objectives, policy resources, characteristics the executing agency, implementor's disposition, disposition between the organization and activities of the implementing and social, political and economic conditions. Qualitative methodscase study approach in three villages premises with depth interviews with 10 informant. Analysis of the data used is the Miles and Hubberman Models. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Fund Policy for Health Development In Donggala District was not well implemented. This can be seen from the six aspects studied, there are still aspects that have not yet been achieved, namely the Basic Measures and Policy Objectives, Policy Sources, characteristics of Implementing Agents have not fully supported, as well as the Conditions of Social research Environment, Politics and Economics. While the aspects that have been implemented are aspects of Implementor Disposition, and Inter-Organization Communication and Implementing Activities

This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 6 informants through purposive sampling technique. In addition, in data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, documentation and study of literature. With the method of data analysis with three steps, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusions or verification. From the results of the research researchers note that the implementation of the coordination function of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Sigi District Fire Department still has not been implemented optimally, this is because the coordination of integration aspects is still not going well, this is caused by there are still some officials who do not obey some of the results coordination as agreed upon. Besides that, the communication aspect is still not running well, this is because sometimes there are still miscommunications between apparatus which are divided into several work units in the agency in carrying out their duties. In addition, vertical communication is still not running well, where reciprocal communication between leaders and subordinates is still running poorly, employees sometimes do not coordinate first with their superiors when facing problems on the ground, they take their own actions which ultimately fatal impact on the achievement of the agency in carrying out its work activities

The theory is used to measure the quality of service is a theory proposed by Taliziduhu Ndraha , dimensional quality of service includes speed, accuracy, easiness and equity. This research is classified as descriptive research. With a qualitative approach., This type of data consists of primary data and secondary data. Retrieval and data collection is done through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data collection, data presentation and inference. the results of this study show that service quality indicators of speed and accuracy showed unsatisfactory conditions while indicators accuracy and equity shows in quite satisfactory condition

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of administrative services behind the name based on buying and selling at the Sigi Regency Land Office. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 7 informants through Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the method of data analysis through (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion and verification. From the results of the study, it is known that the quality of administrative services behind the name based on buying and selling at the Sigi Regency Land Office is considered to be running poorly, this is based on the results of research that shows that two of the four aspects referred to in this study are still not good These are speed and convenience, where in the service process the administration of the name based on buying and selling is quite time consuming, where in the service process it still takes between fifteen to twenty days, whereas in the standard of service the time needed in the service process the administration of returning the name based on buying and selling only takes between five to seven days. In addition, in its service, the Sigi Regency Land Office still applies a fairly complex service process, and also the many service requirements that are considered rather difficult for the people who need the service

Full text linkThis research aims to find out the public service quality of Information in Headquarter Commander of Water and Air Police Directorate of Regional Police Department in Central Sulawesi. This was a descriptive qualitative research. Data used were primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was adopted from Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Theory used was from Parasuraman et al, consisted of five aspects, such as: 1) Tangibles, 2) Reliability, 3) Responsiveness, 4) Assurance, and Empathy. Based on the research findings, the public service quality of Information in Headquarter Commander of Water and Air Police Directorate of Regional Police Department in Central Sulawesi is not effective yet. The reason is as follow: first, tangibles aspect, which have insufficient facilities. Second is, reliability aspect, the quick response of the officers in giving service is not maximal yet because of limited personnel owned by the Regional Police Department in Central Sulawesi. Third, responsiveness aspect, that is the member of police personnel who received complaints by applicant have been good already, but the quick response in solving the complaints is not maximal yet, because the internet connection in several areas is not good. Fourth, assurance aspect, which is security assurance given by the police officers to the public is maximal already. Fifth, empathy aspect, where service given by the members of the police is not discriminative and they always provide service politely. Therefore, the researcher drawn conclusion that the public service quality of Information in Headquarter Commander of Water and Air Police Directorate of Regional Police Department in Central Sulawesi have not been maximal because of two aspects have been fulfilled, while the other ones have not been fulfilled
ANALISIS PENYAJIAN LAPORAN OPERASIONAL BERBASIS AKRUAL PADA SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH (SKPD) PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
Full text linkThe aims of the study are: 1) to determine operational report presentation according to accrual-based of government accounting standards; 2) to determine and analyze understanding of apparatus on the relationship between operational report and other financial components and also implementation of accrual-based operational report in governmental working units in Central Sulawesi. The study applies qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Informants consist of people who are directly involved in the preparation of financial statements, especially operational reports. The results show that the presentation of operational reports is prepared to complement reporting and accounting cycle on accrul-based so that operational reports have predictive value; the information can be used to predict the income of operational report that will be received to fund government activities in the coming period. Lack of understanding of apparatus about the relation of operational statement with other components of financial report that are operational report, report of equity change and balance sheet in its presentation, and lack of human resources with accounting education have caused low comprehension on accrual-based operational report presentation

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the conditions of traditional markets based on the level of comfort, security and competition between traders. To know and analyze the process of distribution of goods and services at the level of traders in traditional markets and to find out and analyze the steps taken by the government related to the management of traditional markets. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis technique that is frequency analysis. The population of this research is traders or sellers in the traditional markets of Buko District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency, both retail and wholesale traders as much as 83 people. The sampling technique uses saturated or census sampling. The results showed that the condition of traditional markets in Buko sub-district according to the majority of traders were in a comfortable, safe condition with a healthy level of competition. The process of distribution of goods from traders to consumers is felt quite good based on the acquisition of a mean value of 3.50. The Banggai Kepulauan Regency Government through Law No. 3 of 2008 concerning protection, empowerment of traditional markets and structuring of modern markets is trying to make improvements. This is based on the acquisition of the mean value of 3.42
