ANALISIS ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN KEDIRI
Kediri Regency as one of the Food Reserves in East Java experienced a decrease in the area of agricultural land due to land conversion in the period 2005-2016. Transfer of agricultural land functions is a serious threat to the sustainability and self-sufficiency of food, especially for the main food commodities namely rice, corn and soybeans. Transfer of function of agricultural land can cause the availability of agricultural land for sustainable food decreases. This study aims to: analyze the potential factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land, and analyze the extent of the influence of land conversion on the main food commodities(rice, corn, soybeans). The study uses secondary data from several related agencies, while determining the location is determined purposively. The data collected is then processeda analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the factors that had a significant influence on the conversion of agricultural land were population, industryand GRDP, while productivity (rice, corn, soybeans) and FTT had no significant effect.Keywords: Change of function of agricultural land, main food productio
THE EFFECTS OF LIFE CYCLE AND FREE CASH FLOW ON DIVIDEND OF AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES THAT LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE
Company decision to give profits to their investors is based on several reasons including internal policy from the company. Therefore, this study discusses the effects of life cycle and free cash flow on dividend of agricultural companies that listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Independent variables; used are free cash flow, life cycle, firm size, leverage, assets growth, and investment opportunity set. The population in this study is Agricultural company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2015 - 2018. The sample collected using purposive sampling methods. Total of 21 companies were determined as samples. The method of analysis in this study is panel data regression with basis on fixed effect model. The result of this study indicate that the independent variables of free cashflow, life cycle, firm size, leverage, and investment opportunity set have positive impact toward dividend payout ratio while assets growth has negative impact on dividend payout ratio. Area Analysis of Commodity and Contribution of Coffee to Regional Development in Central Aceh Regency
Coffee is one of commodities that has important role in the national economy in generating foreign exchange, providing employment and industrial raw materials. This study aims to identify the base areas for coffee production and the role of coffee in supporting regional development in Central Aceh Regency. The data used are secondary data for the time period 2015-2019. The data analysis method used are the location quotient analysis, locality, specialization, basic service ratio analysis and regional multiplier. The results showed that the coffee base areas based on production indicators in Central Aceh Regency were all district in Central Aceh Regency except Silih Nara District. Arabica coffee commodity farming is not localized and concentrated in one particular district but spreads in several districts and does not specialize in coffee commodity farming. Coffee farming is able to support regional development activities in Central Aceh Regency.Keywords: Coffee, Location quotient, Localization, Specialization
Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Wortel UD Gizi Wortel Di Kabupaten Semarang
The overuse of production factors will increase production costs, which at the end will reduce farming income if the additional costs incurred are higher than the additional income. In the agriculture that case known as The Law of Deminishing Return. Therefore, this research aims to know to analyze the financial feasibility of carrots farming at the UD Gizi Wortel. This research was done on May 2019 until Jule 2019 at the UD. Gizi Wortel, located in the village of Jimbaran, Bandungan Sub-district, Semarang Regency. This research is using qualitative approach. The technique used for taking the sample is purposive sampling and the amount of the sample that used is just one respondent which is the owner of UD. Gizi Wortel. The analytic data that used for this research is financial feasibility analysis with BEP (Break Even Point) and R/C ratio. The results of this research showed that the financial feasibility analysis of UD. Gizi Wortel is having production BEP of 1.788 kg every planting season, BEP price of Rp 4,470 per kg, an R/C ratio of 2.4, so the bussiness is feasible to be carried out
PREFERENSI PETANI TERHADAP KERAGAAN PADI VARIETAS UNGGUL BARU DI RAWA LEBAK TENGAHAN
Introducing high yield varieties to farmers by demonstration plots is one of efforts to accelerate the adoption of these varieties. The objective of study was to determine the preferences of farmers on the characteristics of rice high yield varieties on medium freshwater swampland. The study was carried out on farmer's land at Hamayung village, Daha Utara subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Selatan regency in 2017. There were 20 selected farmers as samples by simple random sampling. Collected data were farmer characteristics and rice morphology that obtained by interviews with farmers using questionnaires and farmer observations on plant growth of 10 rice high yield varieties in the field before harvesting. The obtained data were tabulated, grouped and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that (1) the most preferred performance of plants was plant age, panicle length, plant type, grain shape and plant height and (2) Mekongga, Inpari 30, Inpara 6, Inpari 9, Inpari 17, Ciherang and Inpara 8 were the preferred variety (from the most preferred order) varieties based on their agromorphology
Kelayakan Usaha Budidaya Ayam Petelur (Analisis Biaya Manfaat dan BEP Pada UD KR Farm, Cilacap)
In the implementation of a livestock business, the use of production factors such as feed, efficiently becomes a benchmark in determining the profits derived from the business. This study aims (1) to determine the effect of feed prices on egg production (2) to determine the financial feasibility of the business in terms of cost and benefit analysis and how much BEP (Break Event Point) of laying hens. The data used are production data and feed prices for the period January 2019 - December 2019 at the KR Farm farm, Kuripan Kidul, Kesugihan, Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis. The results of this study found that there was an effect of the price of feed on egg production, KR Farm said to be feasible where it obtained an R / C value of 2.69, while the value of B / C = 1.69, BEP (price) Rp. 438.49 items, BEP (production) of 454,281.74 items, and ROI of 1,69%. Suggestions that can be put forward in this study include, preferably the KR Farm can maintain its business that has good and decent performance so far, if seen from the price of feed it will further maintain its egg production, can also increase the profits obtained by increasing the number of laying hens in the future so that the increase in turnover obtained is Rp. 1,783,592,221 per month, and reduce the amount of BEP that can be done by increasing the selling price of eggs or by reducing total costs.Keywords: Laying hens, Egg production, Feed prices, Cost and Benefit analysis, Break Even Point analysi
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) BERBASIS PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT
One of the efforts to develop village economic in West Sumbawa Regency is to establish and develop Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) based on agriculture. The purpose of this research is to find out internal and external factors of Bumdes based on agriculture; and formulating strategies for developing Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in West Sumbawa Regency. 40 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. This research method is survey method. The instrument validity test was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, and for the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The results show that internal factors in the form of the main strength of Bumdes based on agriculture is the business managed by Bumdes serving the basic needs of community, while the main weakness is the capacity of managers managing Bumdes still lacking, and the absence of marketing networks. For external factors, the main opportunities of Bumdes based on agriculture are the support of local and central government regulations, the area and potential of agriculture can be developed optimally as well as the development and expansion of agricultural businesse, while the main threats of Bumdes are the lack of community participation in Bumdes activities. Results of SWOT analysis, the strategy Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency can be done using the W-O (Weakness-opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses that are owned to seize opportunities. ANALISIS ANGGARAN PARSIAL DAN PREFERENSI PETANI TERHADAP KARAKTER BEBERAPA VARIETAS UNGGUL PADI LAHAN SAWAH TADAH HUJAN DI KABUPATEN SAMBAS (STUDI KASUS DESA MATANG DANAU, KEC.PALOH)
Problems with rainfed lowland rice cultivation in Sambas Regency include; the level of productivity is still low and the attack of blast disease and planthopper pests. Therefore, the introduction of new high-yielding varieties that have high productivity and resistant to blast disease and planthopper pests. Besides that, new improved varieties are in accordance with the tastes of the local community. This study aims to determine the analysis of the financial feasibility and preferences of farmers to the character of superior varieties of rice in rain-fed rice fields. The field research was carried out on 10 hectares of farmers' land and survey in Matang Danau village, Paloh sub-district. Research time is from April to August 2018. Respondents were 30 ethnic Malay cooperative farmers. Data collected included input and output data of rice farming, farmer characteristics, plant morphology. Data collection through observation and interviews with farmers. Observations were made on growth in the field and just before harvest. From the results of the study showed that the new superior variety of Inpari 41 was feasible to be cultivated with MBCR 1.49 with additional gross revenue of Rp 5,435,000 (39.92%) with again on the total cost of Rp 1,252,940 (22.45%) of the variety Cilosari. Farmers like the Inpari 41 variety because based on plant type, plant height, panicle length, number of productive tillers, level of production, resistance to pests and diseases, grain loss rate, grain color, aspects that get attention in developing rice in rainfed lowland are vegetative growth, grain form, quality of rice, rice texture, and taste of rice that are favored by local farmers as information for breeders in assembling new superior varieties of rainfed lowland rice. ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI LAHAN RAWA PASANG SURUT DESA SUNGAI KAKAP KECAMATAN SUNGAI KAKAP KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA
Herlina, Analysis Of Efficiency Use Of Production Factors Of Rice Farming In Tidal Swamp Land Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, under the guidance of Dr. Ir. Erlinda Yurisinthae, MP as the First Supervisor and Ir. Sutarman Gafur, M.Sc, Ph.D as the Second Supervisor. This research objectives to analyze the effect of production factors are land area, number of seeds, Urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and manpower to rice production and to analyze efficiency of production factors to the rice farming in tidal swamp land Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency. The analytical method used in this research is survey method. The location was chosen intentionally in Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency becouse this area is the center of producing rice in the Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, which consist of four orchards are Nirwana, Merpati, Merak, dan Garuda. The research sample of 35 farmers. This research used the data analysis with the Cobb Douglass Production Function and Efficiency.The result showed that factors are land area, NPK fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, herbicides and manpower partially significantly influence the production in the rice farming activities while the number of seeds, Urea fertilizer, insecticides and fungicides partially does not significantly affect the production in the rice farming. The use of production factors in the rice farming in Tidal Swamp Land Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency in the form of land area, NPK fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides are not efficient while number of seeds, Urea fertilizer and manpower are inefficient.Keywords: Rice, Farming, Efficiency, Cobb Douglas
ANALYSIS THE FACTORS OF PRODUCTION FRESH FRUIT BUNCH (FFB) PALM OIL OF PIR TRANS IN PT MISP SUB-DISTRICT SUBAH THE DISTRICT OF SAMBAS
PIR TRANS model is The model of community plantation development with partnership system is combine production activities, processing and marketing from one integrated or vertical environmental cooperation system, where large plantations as core with some farmers in plantations as plasma. The problem is farmers From PIR TRANS model to become An independent that can be produced by the production of fresh fruit bunches of oil palm. The purpose of this study to find out the factors of production fresh fruit bunches palm oil of PIR TRANS in PT MISP sub-district Subah the district of Sambas. The method used in this research is description method in PT MISP Sub-district Subah the district of Sambas. The data were gained primary data (direct method) and secondary data (indirect method). This sampling method by using simple random sampling. The amount of sample is taken based on the calculation by using Slovin formula and The number of samples was 53 respondents. The analysis in this research with Cobb-Duoglas regression. The result of the research shows that the production of fresh fruit bunches oil palm together (simultaneously) by the factors of oil palm production (land area, number of oil palm plantation, labor supply, amount of pesticide, and amount of fertilizer). The factors that affect fresh fruit bunches palm oil in sub-district Subah at 15 year old plant ini partial is land area (m2), and amount of fertilizer (kg). 1% increase of land area will increase fresh fruit bunch production by 0.239% and 1% increase Fertilizer will increase production of fresh fruit bunches of 0,515%.Keywords: Palm Oil, Factors of Production, Fresh Fruit Bunches
