The Effect of People Business Credit (KUR) on Rice Field Business Income in Tinanggea District
Lack of capital in farming can lead to a lack of input, causing a risk of failure or low production. The problem regarding the lack of capital is faced by farmers so that to achieve progress in farming usually takes a very long time. Therefore, farmers in Lanowulu Village and Roraya Village take credit to increase farming capital. This study aims to determine the difference in lowland rice farming income before and after receiving KUR and to determine the effect of KUR on farm income in Tinanggea District, South Konawe Regency. The population in this study were all 60 farmers in Lanowulu Village and Roraya Village who received KUR. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely through the saturated sampling method (census), where the entire population was sampled. Analysis of the data used is the T-Test test to determine the difference in income before and after receiving KUR and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of KUR on rice farming income after receiving KUR. The results showed that there were differences in the income of lowland rice farming before receiving KUR and after receiving KUR. Farming income after receiving KUR with a significance value of 0.000. People's Business Credit (credit amount, credit usage, credit installment) has a significant effect on farm income in Tinanggea District, South Konawe Regency
The Effect of Communication Behavior on Communication Convergence Increasing the Capacity of Horticultural Farmers in Pekanbaru City
The convergence era has pushed the process of telecommunications globalization and information services, which has made all forms of information possible. An understanding of the use of communication media and the factors of communication behavior needs to be done so that farmers can take advantage of access to information appropriately in increasing farmers self-capacity. This study aims to: (1) describe the elements of communication, communication behavior, and communication convergence to increase the capacity of horticultural farmers in Pekanbaru. (2) Analyzing the factors that influence the communication behavior of horticultural farmers. (3) Analyzing the effect of communication behavior on communication convergence towards increasing the capacity of horticultural farmers. The research data was collected using a questionnaire through interviews with 161 respondents of horticultural farmers who are members of farmer groups. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using SEM LISREL. The results of SEM analysis show the factors that influence communication behavior significantly and positively by external characteristics and communication media. Then communication behavior has a significant and positive effect on communication convergence to increase the capacity of horticultural farmers
Strategi Adaptasi Petani Padi Lahan Basah (Suboptimal) pada Era Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Keramasan Kecamatan Kertapati Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
The purpose of this study was to explore the socio-economic conditions of the community and analyze the adaptation strategies carried out by rice farmer households in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic in Keramasan Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City. This study uses a survey method by conducting in-depth interviews with a number of rice farmer households affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with a total of 30 respondents and taken purposively. The results of the study related to the social conditions of rice farmers on sub-optimal land in Keramasan Village include age, gender, educational background, number of family members, farming experience, and the distance between the location of the farm and the farmer's residence. The adaptation strategy carried out by some rice farming households in Keramasan Village during the pandemic period included physical, social, and economic strategies. Physical strategies include always wearing a mask when traveling to the city, taking a shower immediately after returning from activities (work), reducing mobility to the city, providing handwashing and soap in front of the house, not selling crops to collectors who come from outside, join the vaccination program. The social strategies carried out include reducing gathering activities, delaying or not holding large-scale celebration events, not doing halal bil halal as usual during Eid, and always monitoring the development of information about the COVID-19 pandemic in the mass media. Economic strategies undertaken include increasing income from work outside of farming, reducing household expenditures, increasing farm productivity, and increasing the percentage of farm produce for own consumption compared to the amount sold
Pengaruh Karakteristik Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja UMK Agroindustri Pengolahan Kedelai di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah
Entrepreneurs are believed to be the driving wheel, and entrepreneurs are also considered as innovators in economic development. One form of entrepreneurship, namely UMK (Micro Small Business) can help the government as a driver of the economy by creating jobs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of MSEs in soybean processing agroindustry in Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted from April 2021 to October 2021 in Central Lombok Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 120 respondents. The data is processed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative data was processed descriptively while quantitative data was processed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) analysis. The results showed that (1) the entrepreneurial characteristics of soybean processing SMEs in Central Lombok Regency were divided into individual characteristics and psychological characteristics. The indicator of individual characteristics that has the greatest positive influence is business experience. Indicators of psychological characteristics that have the greatest positive influence are hard workers, (2) individual characteristics and psychological characteristics have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial competence. The biggest influence is shown by psychological characteristics, (3) individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on business performance; while psychological characteristics have a negative and significant effect on business performance, (4) entrepreneurial competence has a negative and significant effect on business performance. That is, there is a decrease in benefits to the performance of the soybean processing agro-industry MSEs due to entrepreneurial competence
Persepsi dan Minat Masyarakat Terhadap Konsumsi Susu
Indonesia has great potential in the development of the agribusiness sector. One of the sectors that can be developed is the livestock sector. Milk is one of the livestock products that are consumed daily by the community. In 2019, Indonesia's milk consumption was recorded at 16.23 liters/capita/year. Indonesia's milk consumption is still relatively low compared to Singapore and Malaysia. This study aims to determine public perception of milk and milk consumption, and public interest in milk consumption. Data were obtained from interviews through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that 65.6% of respondents chose a positive view of milk, 57.43% of respondents had a positive view of milk consumption and 74.16% of respondents had a positive opinion of the benefits of milk. There are 40% of respondents who have a moderate purchase frequency, 73.3% of respondents have a low consumption frequency and 61.7% of respondents have a low milk consumption measure.Keywords: Milk, Public Perception, Public Interest, Reaso
Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum) Di Kecamatan Sulang Kabupaten Rembang
This study aims to determine the factors that influence tobacco production and determine the level of efficient use of inputs on tobacco production factors. This research uses a stratified random sampling method with 63 farmers as respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression and calculation of economic efficiency. The results stated that the R2 value obtained through multiple linear regression analysis was 0.890, meaning that the contribution of independent variables (land area, number of laborers, number of seedlings, amount of TSP fertilizer, amount of ZA fertilizer, amount of ZK fertilizer, number of pesticides) to tobacco production was 89 percent, while 11 percent is influenced by other variables outside the model. The results of the F-test were jointly influential and the t-test showed variables that influenced tobacco production including land area, number of laborers, number of seeds, amount of ZA fertilizer, and amount of pesticides. Variables such as the amount of TSP fertilizer and the amount of ZK fertilizer had no significant effect. The use of production factors in tobacco farming has not been efficient. Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Niat UMKM Kuliner dalam Pemanfaatan Layanan Go-Food di Surakarta
This research aims to determine factors that influence the culinary MSMEs intention to use Go-Food in Surakarta using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) modification. Factors are perceived resources, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, and relative advantage. The basic research method is the descriptive method. The method of location determination is purposive. The method of sample determination is purposive sampling with many samples of 60 respondents. Data collection tools using questionnaires. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. software. The research results show that perceived resources have a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive effects on attitude towards using, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive effects on relative advantage, attitude towards using and relative advantage have positive effects on behavior intention to use Go-Food in Surakarta.Keywords: Culinary MSMEs, Go-Food, Modified Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Modelin
PREFERENSI KONSUMEN BERAS DI PASAR KRIAN KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Preference is subjective taste of individual for product or service. Preference becomes one of the determinant factors for consumption level of a product, includes rice. Rice consumption level is also impacted by difference in the level of consumer income. This study aims to analyze the preferences of rice consumers at Krian Market, Sidoarjo Regency. This study was conducted at Krian Market, Sidoarjo Regency, using a method of non-probability sampling through accidental sampling by 50 respondents. The analysis tool was Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result showed that the highest score of importance level is flea pests-free, clean, and fluffier. It means that rice consumer preferences at Krian Market where rice that flea pests-free, clean, and fluffier.Keywords: Preferences and Rice Consumer
ANALISIS PERMINTAAN BERAS ORGANIK DI KOTA SURAKARTA
Research aims to understand variable influence the price of organic rice, the price of nonorganic rice, chicken egg price, education, income, the number of family members, preference on the organic rice in the city of surakarta and elasticity demand. The basic method used in this research is descriptive and analytical method with survey research technique. The method of determining the location of the research is aimed at Surakarta City. The sampling method used is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression analysis. This research result indicates the price of organic rice , the price of non-organic rice, the price of chicken egg, education, income, the number of family members, and preference together had an influence on the request of organic rice. The factors that influence individual is organic rice price, non-organic rice price, chicken egg price, and income. The organic rice price elasticity was negative (-0,683) shows that the organic price is inelastic. The income elasticity was positive (0,611) shows that rice organic included in a category of normal good. Non-organic rice price cross elasticity was positive (1,454) means non-organic rice of substitution to organic rice. Chicken egg price cross elasticity was negative (-1,060) means egg of complementary to organic rice.Keywords: Demand, Elasticity, Organic Rice, Regression
KERJASAMA DAN BAGI HASIL ANTARA PEMILIK MODAL DENGAN PETANI KERAMBA IKAN NILA DI SUNGAI KAPUAS KOTA PONTIANAK
The main problem faced by cage farmers in running their business is that some of them have enough capital to build a productive business, but they do not have the skills to do it. Some have no capital but have the skills to work as cage farmers. On this basis, they then collaborated. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The study was conducted in the Kapuas River, Tambelan Sampit Village, East Pontianak District, Pontianak City. The location selection was done purposively with the consideration that the area is a large area with tilapia fish farmers. The results showed that the cooperation carried out by capital owners with cage farmers in Tambelan Sampit village, the equipment used for the business came from owners of capital, while cage farmers as workers. In the collaboration, there is an unwritten agreement but it is well known in general that cage farmers do not share the risk if there is a loss, cage farmers also do not bear the costs of repairs if there is damage to the equipment used during the business. The amount of profit-sharing is determined based on mutual agreement, namely, profit divided by a 50% margin for 50% cage farmers for capital owners. Actions taken if one of the parties feels aggrieved include deciding the working relationship that can be carried out by the capital owner to the cage farmers in Tambelan Sampit already done based on or in accordance with the Islamic concept. Conformity is meant especially when compared with the principles of Muamalah taught by Islam.Keyword: Capital Owners, Cooperation, Farmer
