FLASHCARD MEDIA: THE MEDIA FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS UNDERSTANDING FOR ENGLISH VOCABULARY AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The purpose of this study was to analyze to develop in understanding English vocabulary by using flashcard media in students elementary school. This research was conducted at primary students in boarding school. The subjects were students of the third class with fourtee students. The research method was classroom action research using by model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart with four stages which including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Techniques of analysis the data collection through the results of monitoring action, analysis of learning activities, field notes and evaluative tests, as well as data collection by using documentation/photos taken during the learning process. Results obtained the understanding of vocabulary in the first cycle was 52.5%, and the second cycle was 80.0%. The average percentage of data monitoring the first cycle was 77.5% and the second cycle was 96.2%. Therefore learning by using flashcard media can improve their understanding of English vocabulary. The implication of this research is through flashcard media in learning English can motivated to students to improve the understanding of vocabulary in third grade students of elementary schooll in boarding school
THE IMPACT OF COACHING AND MENTORING ACTIVITIES TOWARDS DECREASING CREATIVE IDEAS OF GEN Y EMPLOYEES IN MEDIA COMPANY
This study aims to analyze and describe an event of declining creative ideas in media companies in 2014-2015 is associated with the implementation of coaching and mentoring activities of production division employees in 2014-2015. Research uses qualitative method. Data obtained from field observation, documentation study and interview to 20 informants. Their production employees have worked for at least 3 years and are classified as Gen Y. Along with the change of leader, coaching and mentoring activities conducted by long-time leaders are much reduced. Activities such as establishing trustworthiness, actively listening, clarifying, asking questions, giving feedback are not effective yet. Not all leaders have opened the initial conversation well. The listening activity has not been fully accompanied by empathy. Questioning and feedback activities have not fulfilled the rules of coaching and mentoring. The results of this study showed that most new leaders have not mastered and implemented effective coaching and mentoring skills and even have not realized the decline in these activities has had an impact on the decline of creative ideas.

THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND WORK CULTURE TO LECTURES’ PERFORMANCE
The objective of this study was to find out the influence of transformational leadership and work culture on lecturer’s performance of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study used quantitative approach, survey method and path analysis. The data was taken from 204 lecturers and 29 heads of study program became the sample in this study. The result of the study found that (1) transformational leadership gave direct positive influence on the performance; (2) work culture gave direct positive influnce on lecturer’s performance; and (3) transformational leadership gave direct positive influnce on work culture. Form the research has been conducted, it could be concluded there must be the improvement of transformational leadership and work culture to improve the lecturer’s performance of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang.

COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION
The objectives of this research are to describe the compensation management in District Government of KutaiKartanegara that consists of planning compensation management, organizing compensation management, actuating compensation management, and controlling compensation management.The findings indicate that (1) Compensation management plan formulates the objectives and requirements that is to arrange employees, motivate improve performance, improve prosperity and spur and improve productivity and quality in providing services to the community and improve the orderly administration of local finance. (2) In Organizing, Procedure for the payment of additional income shall be made monthly, the procedure and the payment mechanism according to the prevailing laws and regulations. (3) Implementation of compensation management are the ongoing compensation process and compensation practice is provided. Requirements to be fulfilled by the employee in compensation (4) Control and evaluation shall be performed by each Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) for employees through performance and attendance performance to identify the beneficiary in accordance with the data provided by each Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD)

LEARNING LIFE BALANCE: A STUDY TO REGAIN MENTAL PEACE AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SENIOR HIGH STUDENTS
The aim of this study is to observe the level of happiness enmjoyed among senio high students related to current school practices and national learning system regulated by the authorities.The world of learning has changed when school grading has been becoming as one of the most obligating and influencing source of educational success in within the institution. The historical myth of study with fun and enjoyment has gradually but sure moved to the sense of study hard for the sake of the future by consuming most of the daytime hours.Nevertheless, this is when the problem of lack of students’ quality time commences. Students do not realize that they are moving to the unsatisfied part of the learning life, as so many times they are also intrigued with and by computers; when unconsiously they lose the lovely ones and the world outside.This study attempts to show how senior high students can achieve the so-called learning life balance to regain their mental peace by more contacts and relationships with families, the environment, and the world around. This is how the world of educating has to recognize and understand the value of happiness of a senior high student. This is how the regulator has to manage the system to flow to the building and the establishment of the well-being of nowadays students
DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN MASTER STUDY PROGRAM ON EDUCATION MANAGEMENT GRADUATE PROGRAM OF JAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY
This research aims to find out descriptively about: the needs of management information systems in the Master Program of Education Management Graduate School, State University of Jakarta (UNJ), planning of management information system model that needed, the development of management information system model, and testing of management information system model. The method used is research and development. Data collected by observation, interview, documentation study, and audio-visual material. The research findings inform that in the Master program study of Education Management, data management and information currently been carried out using information systems as processing and storage of data and information. Needs that exist in the course include the need for tools, software, and human resources. Needs in the form of equipment such as computers, networks, and other support tools have been prepared. Software requirements include information system software. While human resources need such as the provision of administrative and IT staff that competent for the job. Planning includes the design objectives, aspects of education management, procedures, and design models. The design model consists of design of data flowchart and structure menu that illustrates the systems and sub-systems of the information system that designed. Development of the model is done by developing a few things like the development of graphic design, engineering source code, local webserver installation, and design layout. Development is based on the needs analysis and planning. Tests carried out in three stages. The first phase was conducted to test the way of supporting components on the local computer system. The second phase was conducted to test the way of the system designed after being embedded on a local webserver. The third phase is done to test the way of the overall information system
THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHING METHOD, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND ADVERSITY INTELLIGENCE OF STUDENTS LEARNING OUTCOME VIDEOGRAPHY
This research used experimental method. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The sample of this research is 120 students that distinguished on students who have high emotional intelligence and climber type adversity intelligence, high emotional intelligence and quitter type adversity intelligence, low emotional intelligence and have climber adversity type and low emotional intelligence and have quitter type adversity intelligence. The result of try out the instrument show that the reliability of research instrument are follows: the instrument of learning result of videography of 0.918, the instrument of emotional intelligence dimension I of 0.879, dimension II of 0.805. 1 dimensional instrument of 0.850, II of 0.350, III of 0.742 and IV of 0.717. Analysis of the data used two lane ANAVA 2X2X2. The results of this research are as follows: (1) The learning approach influences the learning outcomes of videography. (2) Emotional intelligence affects the learning outcomes of videography. (3) Adversity intelligence affects the learning outcomes of videography. (4) There is an interaction effect between learning approach and emotional intelligence on learning result of videography. (5) There is interaction influence of learning approach and adversity intelligence to learning result of videography. (6) There is no influence of emotional intelligence interaction and adversity intelligence on learning result of videography. (7) There is an interaction effect of learning approach, emotional intelligence, and adversity intelligence to learning result of videography.

TEAM COOPERATION AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON IMPROVING QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN SCHOOL
This research aims to know and to obtain an overview of quality of education improvement through teamwork in SMKN 48 Jakarta. This research was conducted in June until September 2016. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection was done through an interview, observation, and study documentation. Data are from principal’s and supported teachers as informants. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that teamwork have a very dominant role in improving the quality of the school. Teamwork formed by the principal's consist of teachers, committee and parents. The team's success can be seen from the many achievements that have been attained by the students and the school. Coordination happens in teams always do good communication and mutual help to each other. As the main actors in the school in improving the quality of education, the principal's needs to improve its ability to instruct the task, the participation and control of the situation. The principal's orientation in involving the various parties in the activities that advance the quality of schools in developing a culture of discussion is the action that had been very precise. Through the teamwork the quality of education in these schools be increased
IMPROVING ABILITY TO SPEAK MOTHER TOUNGE THROUGH USE OF MINANGKABAU CREATION
This study aims to describe the process and learning outcomes through the use of song creation Minangkabau in improving the ability to speak the child's mother. This research is conducted in TK Nurul Hidayah., Bukittinggi- West Sumatra in January until February 2017. The subjects were students group B were 17 children. This study uses research methods Action research, from comprising: a) planning, b) actions and observations, c) reflection. Conducted over 16 sessions that are divided into two cycles. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis used to determine the percentage of children's ability to speak their mother tongue after the action. the results showed an increase in children after learning to use the song Minangkabau creations. pre-actions are performed to determine the percentage of children's mother tonge by 47, 43%, increased to 68.38% after the cycle for the First, and increased to 87, 50% after the second cycle. The ability to speak their mother tongue can be developed through the use of song creation Minangkabau, where the song creations Minangkabau can attract children to use their imagination so that he is able to express ideas. Minangkabau creations song is a fun activity for young children
FAMILY SOCIAL CONTROL TO BULLYING CULTURE IN HIGH SCHOOL
This research goals is to given the descriptive brief about the form of interaction that applied between social agents, especially the senior and junior in High School (SMA). The research itself told about the transmition of bullying culture that happen in some High School in Jakarta, which done by seniors to their juniors. Also, this research will happen to know how the effectiveness of social crime prevention which applied by family agents as a primary social agent that should prevent any form of violence at school
