    ANALYSE RELEVANT BETWEEN SECTOR FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL OVERHEAD CAPITAL TO PRODUCT OF DOMESTIC BRUTO

    The objective of this research is to analyse relevant between sector financial and social overhead capital to product of domestic bruto. This research also the wind know how big influence of either through parsial and also by simultan from variable sector financial and variable social overhead capital to gross domestic product. Method of Analysis used by probit analyse constructively program e-views 5. While result which got from this research is: In Indonesia in the national have been found by that is: by parsia is channel of rate of interest  not signifikan, channel of exchange rate of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of ekspektasi signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of price of asset of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of credit of t-1 signifikan t-sig 0.00, and variable of social overhead capital signifikan t-sig 0.01. While  influence together from free variable to variable trussing of showing result of finding at level of confidence 99 gratuity, with value of F-Sig of equal to 80.23504 and prob 0.00 that together entire/all variable perceived in best model have an effect on signifikan to value of enthusiasm of invesment in IndonesiaThen to variable trussed by GDP indicate that, channel of rate of interest not signifikan, channel of exchange rate of signifikan t-sig 0.05, channel of ekspektasi signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of price of asset of signifikan t-sig 0.00, channel of credit of t-1 signifikan t-sig 0.00, and variable of social overhead capital signifikan t-sig 0.00.     FACTORS THAT AFFECT FINANCING PROFIT-LOSS-LOSS SCHEME) SYARIAH TBK GENERAL BANKING IN INDONESIA

    The purpose of this study is to determine the economic aspects of the implementation of financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss). Factors that affect financing (Profit Sharing Schemes - Losses) in Islamic general banking Tbk in Indonesia (in 2011-2017) using the variable Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital/equity, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on assets (ROA) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The method of this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with panel data from the eight observed Sharia commercial banks. The approaching model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model. The results of this study show that Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital / Equity, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a significant effect on financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss Scheme), while Return on assets (ROA) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has no significant effect on financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss)

    CHARACTER EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT (a case study in the Elementary School Penyengat Island)

    This study aims to find out and get an idea of character education management (a case study in the Elementary School Penyengat Island). This study used a qualitative approach to the method used in the form of case studies. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data sources, where researchers use people and documents as data sources. Data collection techniques used in the research were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in the study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Based on the research results as follows: 1) For the planning of moral education in primary schools Penyengat Island has gone well from the aspect of curriculum planning, teaching staff and infrastructure. 2) For the organization of moral education in Penyengat has gone well from the aspects of organizing the curriculum, teaching staff and infrastructure. 3) For the implementation of character education in Penyengat been running with good views of aspects of the implementation of the curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and student character education in public primary schools Penyengat Island. 4) For the supervision of moral education in Penyengat been running with good views of oversight of curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and student character education in public primary schools Penyengat Island.                                           Keywords: management education, character education, manners,  Penyengat Islan

    INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION AND JOB ENGAGEMENT TO TEACHER SATISFACTION VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL WEST CIKARANG DISTRICT

    This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication and job involvement on teacher work satisfaction. This research was conducted at Vocational high School in West Cikarang sub-district through survey method with analysis of path analysis data. The sample of this study is 104 Teachers with civil servant status. The results showed that there are: 1) organizational communication Direct influence on job satisfaction; 2) job involvement Direct influence on job satisfaction; and 3) organizational communication Direct influence on job involvement. Thus, teacher job satisfaction is influenced by organizational communication and job involvement. This research recommends to the principal of Vocational high School in West Cikarang sub-district to apply good organizational communication in their environment and to fulfill the expectation for Vocational high School teachers to get job satisfaction well then teacher work involvement in school environment should be better. Keywords: organizational communication, job engagement, and job satisfaction

    TEACHING STYLES, MOTOR SKILLS AND SPRINTING SKILLS LEARNING OUTCOMES

    The purpose of this study was to look for the effectiveness of teaching styles on learning outcomes seen sprinting skills of motor skills. The method used is experiment with a 2x3 factorial design treatment. Population research is College of teacher training and education students that amounted to 12 classes, conten 360 person. The sample was selected using simple random sampling. The study was conducted during one month with 16 times meeting. Research instrument using sprint test and rubric. The results of the study concluded that: (1) There are differences in skill scamper between teaching style inclusion, training and reciprocal as a whole, (2) There are differences in skill scamper between motor skills and high motor abilities low overall, (3) There is an interaction between style teaching and motor skills against the skills to sprint overall.                                                                                             Keywords: Teaching Style, motor skills, sprin

    THE EFFECT OF TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS, WORKPLACE CULTURE, AND INNOVATION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WORK OF SURVEYORS AT SUCOFINDO PT (PERSERO)

    This study aims to determine the effect of training effectiveness, workplace culture, and innovation on the effectiveness of the work of surveyors. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method. Path analysis was used to analyze the data collected. The unit of analysis of this research is the surveyor on Sucofindo PT (Persero) Branch Batam. The number of samples taken in this study, 104 randomly selected people. The results showed that the effectiveness of the surveyor was directly influenced by training effectiveness, workplace culture, and innovation. The study also found that innovation is influenced by training effectiveness and work culture. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes are made to the effectiveness of the surveyor is influenced by training effectiveness, workplace culture, and innovation. Therefore, the effectiveness of the surveyor, training effectiveness, workplace culture, and innovation can be taken into consideration in strategic planning for the development of the human resources of a company

    THE EFFECT OF VISIONARY LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR, PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON THE PROFESSIONALITY OF HONORARY EMPLOYEES

    The objective of this research is to study the effect of visionary leadership, organizational behavior, persuasive communication and organizational commitment on the professionality. The research approach is quantitative and the analysis method used is path analysis The research was conducted at IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin located in Jambi, using survey with the samples of 87 employees being selected randomly.The research findings show: (1) visionary leadership has positively and significantly affected the professionality; (2) organizational behavior has positively and significantly affected the professionality; (3)  organizational behavior has positively and significantly affected the organizational commitment; (4) persuasive communication has positively and significantly affected the organizational commitment. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that enhancing the professionality can be done through strengthening leadership and improving organizational behavior.  It was also obtained that (1) professionality was not significantly influenced by organizational commitment and persuasive communication, and (2) organizational commitment was not significantly influenced by visionary leadership.   Keywords: professionality, visionary leadership, organizational behavior,  persuasive communication, organizational commitmen

    MANAGEMENT OF CHARACTER LEADERSHIP STUDENT LEADERSHIP IN SECONDARY MIDDLE SCHOOL NSQ CITY CIREBON

    This research was conducted in Junior high school NSQ Cirebon West Java, which aims to know and to obtain an overview of leadership character education for student. This research was conducted in June to October 2017. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection was done through an interview, observation, and study documentation. A source of data from this research comes from principal's and supports several informants is teacher, and student. Teamwork formed by the principal's consist of teachers, committee and parents. The planning of leadership character building of students in Junior high school NSQ is done through the mechanism of work meeting at the beginning of the school year. Organizing the guidance of student leadership character in Junior high school NSQ is done by making organizational structure that contains the roles and responsibilities in carrying out the guidance of student leadership character. The implementation of leadership character building of students in Junior high school NSQ is done through intra-school students organization program, Scouting and Basic Training of Student Leadership. The supervision of the leadership character building of the students in Junior high school NSQ is done directly by the principal and the board of the Foundation.     A CASE OF MANIPULATING EFL LEARNERS’ CROSS-CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGH VIDEOTAPED CONVERSATIONS AND ITS IMPACT TO SELF-REGULATED LEARNING

    In the new global evolution of education, the importance of using digital media has become central issue for boosting learning effectiveness; however, less attention was weighted on its impact towards EFL learners’ learning in diversity context. This study seeks for describing learners’ cross-cultural understanding that rapidly evolves impact to learning through videotaped conversations. Sample of consisted of 13 students, taken using purposive sampling technique. The current study utilized the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) developed by Pintrich et al., (1991) to point out learners’ self-regulated learning, and Mackin’s (2006) five culture dimensions to determine their cross-cultural understanding. Having projected the learners to videotape their English conversations the results show that, the process the learners jointly take out of class accounts much for extending their engagement with the content beyond class projects, enhancing their mutual integration into new groups. The projects manipulated them to construct ideas, and more surprisingly challenged them to compete for best performances in every single English conversation. Overall, the results proved that boosting the foreign learners’ learning styles to get themselves away from selfishness, shyness intensively turn into a growth beyond mutual and meaningful interactions, where there is respect for diversity on the plane of cross-cultural understanding.     This study examines the influence of work culture, competence, and career development on the performance of administrative staff at the University of Palangka Raya. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis techniques. Results have shown that: 1) work culture has a direct effect on performance, 2) competency has a direct effect on performance, 3) career development has a direct effect on performance, 4) work culture has a direct effect on career development, and 5) competence directly affects development career. The implication of this study is that an increase in work culture, competence, and career development can improve performance.
