This study aims to develop and implement endurance training models for political party candidates and obtain empirical data on the effectiveness and efficiency of the results of the development of endurance training models for political party candidates. Data is collected at PT. OCK Athletics Club in May 2019. Research and development in this exercise uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and uses the Research & Development (R&D) development model of Borg and Gall. Retrieval of data using a 12-minute running instrument (Guidelines for Administration of Physical Ability Tests and Anthropometric Examinations for Acceptance of Civil Servants in the National Police) with 60 subjects as PT students. OCK Athletic Club. Data collection techniques were processed using the onegroup pretest-posttest design, analyzed using t-test procedures and using the IBM Statistics application. The t-test results showed the final t-count of -10.999 on df showed 59 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05 means that there was a significant difference in the endurance training model for Police Academy Candidates

IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT TENSILE TESTING MACHINEFOR APPLICATION IN SOFT MATERIAL TESTING

Current technological developments produce various kinds of innovations and creations in all things, which goal to facilitate all human activities. There are various kinds of tools for testing, ranging from tensile testing, compressive testing and hardness testing. In this case, this research designs and develops miniature tensile test kits. Our goal is to do tensile testing to find out the yield strength, elongation, tensile strength and elastic modulus. This tensile test equipment is designed using a servo motor with 3 AC inputs, 105 V, 0.7 A with 100 watt output and 3000 rad / min motor rotation comparable (477.46 rpm), power transfer using fan belt. This servo motor is controlled by a servo amplifier that goal is to send a signal to control the motor speed, motor rotation direction. The servo amplifier is then connected to a laptop / computer to regulate the amplifier, and describes the test results in the form of stress and strain graphs that occur in tensile test specimens. The component components of the tensile test equipment analyzed in this study are; specimen pin, grip and grip holder). The goal is to determine the maximum stress that occurs so  it can be categorized as safe or not used for testing aluminium (Al) and Copper (Cu) specimens. To find out the component is safe or not with the help of the Solid works 2014 software. By analyzing the maximum von Mises stress that occurs in each component analyzed for use in aluminium (Al) and Copper (Cu) specimens. &nbsp

EFFECTIVENESS OF DRYLAND TRAINING MODELS ON FREE STYLE SWIMMING FOR STRENGTH OF MUSCLE MUSCLE USING MODIFICATION OF ROWING TOOLS ”FOR CHILDREN AGED 13-15 YEARS

This study aims to make variations of exercise or physical activity using a modification of rowing equipment. Data collection was carried out in June 2019 which took place in the Nirwana Swimming Pool in Bogor District, and the yon zikon 13 of Lenteng Agung. This research method used research and development methods (Borg and Gall), compared 40 people from Pyramid S.C. athletes. The research process is preceded by observation and interviews. Taking the test is preceded by a pre-test that is taking 50m freestyle swimming time, then athletes are given assistance doing programmed physical activity using a modified paddle device, then Post-test takes 50m freestyle swimming time. The technique of collecting data before and after doing physical activity Then completed and analyzed using SPSS. T test results showed a significant effect on increasing swimming 50 m after physical activity using the dryland rowing exercise model. Pretest-post-test results with an average value of 1.05 and a control group with an average value of 0.17, this difference is the average value of increasing the speed of test results in groups. Selection of the mean results of the different values of the experimental group and the control group or the average difference = 0.120 t-count = 1.049, df = 18, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that it is related to significant research between groups experiments and control groups, which means they have the "Effective" interpretation category. The importance of a significant difference in the dryland rowing exercise model in the freestyle before and now being given the freedom to use a modified rowing device, is undeniably the training model developed to increase the swimming speed of 50 m

EFFECTIVENESS WATER INTRODUCTION LEARNING MODEL (MNS) BASED ON PLAY IN SWIMMING SPORT

The purpose of this study is to produce a water-based learning introduction model (MNS) based on playing in swimming (for elementary school students who have anxious swimming). The subjects in this research and development are Bekasi Jaya XXIII Elementary School and AL-AZHAR Kelapa Gading Islamic Elementary School. The research method used is the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used are the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through an instrument of anxiety level assessment with t-test statistical data analysis. The results of research and development of water-based learning recognition models (MNS) based on swimming in swimming (for elementary school students who have anxious swimming) shows that (1) water-based learning models (MNS) are based on playing in swimming sports (for elementary school students who are anxious swimming) significantly reduce the level of anxiety in the learning process of water recognition in swimming sports, (2) Based on data analysis, the average value of pre-test is 14.5 and the post-test average is 8.1, t-count = 25.59, df = 39 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, it can be said that the water recognition learning model (MNS) based on playing in swimming (for elementary school students who have the anxiety to swim) can reduce the level of anxiety and is effective to be applied in the learning process of learning water in swimming sports

The aim of this study is to prove the effectiveness of the volleyball smash skill training model for high school age beginners produced. The research method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall using 10 stages and the subject of the study is beginner high school age athletes in East Jakarta. Effectiveness test, the significance of the difference test with SPSS 16 paired sample test obtained the accuracy of the experimental group with an average value of 10.63 and the control group with an average value of 3.23 This difference value is the average value of increased test results in group skills. Selection of the average results of the different values of the experimental group and the control group or mean difference = 0.127, t-count = 7.765 df = 60, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05. Significant differences between the experimental and control groups. These results indicate that the treatment given to the experimental group that is the volleyball smash skill training model for high school age beginners has a higher effectiveness and can improve the volleyball smash skill for high school age beginners. &nbsp

THE EVALUATION OF COMPUTER-BASED NATIONAL EXAMINATION SYSTEM IN INDONESIA

Benchmarks of educational success can be seen from the achievement of student learning outcomes through national examinations held by the government at least once in the education level unit: SMA, SMK, and MA here, since 2014, the government has changed the pen and paper-based national examinations to become computer-based national examinations. The system is implemented semi-online which means the questions are sent online and students work on the problems manually via the school computer off-line. Changes to the examination system must be accompanied by adequate and professional human resources as implementers and information technology systems. This research was carried out by taking a sample of 7 schools (high schools, vocational schools, and MA), all of which are in Jakarta. The research method is qualitatively using observation and interviews. The design of the research design is a combination of two research models namely CIPP and Kirkpatrick. The results of the study show that computer-based exams have more advantages compared to paper-based exams in terms of the distribution of questions and answers, time for examining results, and reducing paper usage.   Keyword: National Examination, computer-based National Examination, Paper-based test, and Student Learning Outcome
