    INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, LEADERSHIP, PERSONALITY AND MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR OF ESSELON III EMPLOYEES

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership, personality, and motivation toward organizational citizenship behavior of the personnel echelon III the government Palangka Raya municipality. This research tried to answer problems about organizational culture with evidence of increasing service of the personnel echelon III. The research was conducted on organizational citizenship behavior personnel echelon III the government Palangka Raya,  involving of 125 personnel echelon III that had been selected from the target populations of 156 personnel echelon III by using a quantitative approach with path analysis methods. the research of hypothesis testing showed: (1) organizational culture had a positive direct effect on OCB; (2) personality had a positive direct effect on OCB; (3) motivation had a positive direct effect on OCB; (4) organizational culture had a positive direct effect on motivation: (5) leadership had a positive direct effect on motivation; (6) personality had a positive direct effect on motivation. To improve the OCB personnel echelon III the government Palangka Raya needs to increase organizational culture, leadership, personality, and motivation. &nbsp

    INFLUENCE OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING AND GROUP INVESTIGATION LEARNING MODEL ON CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the PBL and GI learning models on students' critical thinking skills and student's motivation. The procedure of the research used data collection methods with survey and test techniques (pretest and post-test). The data analysis techniques were researched instrument validation test, research instrument reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, One Way Anova test, and LSD Post-Hoc test. The results of the research using the PBL and GI learning models have a significant effect on critical thinking skills, a significant value of 0.00 < 0.0,5, and students' learning motivation gets a sig assessment. 0.00 < 0.05 which is stated to have a significant effect. Data testing was continued with the LSD Post-Hoc test to see a comparison of the effect of the use of the PBL learning model with the GI and the results were significantly different, namely the PBL model was a model that had more influence on critical thinking skills with a value of 0.039 <0.05 and on learning motivation with a value of 0.039 < 0.05. 0.046 < 0.05 compared to the GI model. The conclusion from this study is there is an effect of PBL and GI learning models on critical thinking skills and learning motivation of students of grade XII of WR Soepratman Catholic High School No. 020 Samarinda

    EFFECTIVENESS OF A BUTTERFLY STYLE SWIMMING SKILL LEARNING MODEL FOR JUNIOR HIGH

    The purpose of this study was to produce a butterfly style swimming learning model for junior high school students. The subjects in this research and development are students of Middle School. The research method used is the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used are the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through assessment instruments with t-test statistical data analysis. The results of research and development of a butterfly style swimming skill learning model for junior high school students shows that (1) the butterfly swimming skill learning model for junior high school students significantly improved the butterfly swimming skill of the students (2) Based on data analysis, the average value of pre-test 9.3750 and post-test average 17.6250 standard deviations of pretest 3.78721 and post-test 2.99305 average pretest and post-test 8.25000 and standard deviation 3.11119 value of t - 16.771 significance level 0.05 can be said that the Butterfly Style Swimming Skill Learning Model can improve butterfly style swimming skills and is effective to be applied in the learning process of butterfly style swimming skills for junior high school students. &nbsp

    This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of SETS and Contextual learning models on the Scientific Attitudes of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon, and (2) the influence of sets and contextual learning models on the critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon, (3) the influence of sets and contextual learning models on scientific attitudes and critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon simultaneously. The hypotheses tested were: (1) SETS and Contextual learning models affect the Scientific Attitudes of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengaland on, (2) SETS and Contextual learning models have an effect on the critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon, (3) sets and contextual learning models affect scientific attitudes and critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon Simultaneously. This type of research includes Quasi-Experimental Design. The target population is all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon Year of Study 2021/2022, the number of research samples as many as 77 students. Research instruments use scientific attitude questionnaires and tests of critical thinking skills. Research data were analyzed using MANCOVA's One Way statistical test. The results showed that: (1) There was no effect of sets and contextual learning model on the scientific attitude of students of class XI of SmK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon with partial eta squared value p2 = 0.3%. (2) There is an influence of sets and contextual learning models on the critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon with partial eta squared values p2 = 86.61%, and (3) There is an influence of sets learning model and on scientific attitudes and critical thinking skills of students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Telen and SMK Negeri 2 Bengalon simultaneously with partial value eta squared p2 = 76.90%

    This aim of this research was to study the influence transformational leadership style and job motivation on job performance.     The purpose of this research is to obtain information on the correlation of arm muscle explosive power, core stability strength and achievement motivation with running speed of 60 meters run. This research was conducted at college in Sport Science Faculty State University of Jakarta in April 2013. Total population 80 people, the sample is taken with purposive sampling technique. The sample of the research is 35 male students. The results of the research concluded: (1). Correlation between arm muscle explosive power with speed to run 60 meters at 0.699, (2). Correlation between core stability strength with speed to run 60 meters at 0.769, (3). The correlation between achievement motivation with the running speed of 60 meters at 0.652, (4). Correlation between arm muscle explosive power, core stability strength and running speed achievement motivation with 60 meters of 0.842. &nbsp

    The aim of this research is to find out the extent of implementation process about  Educational Operating Cost (EOC) at Public Vocational  High School in North Jakarta  consists of; (1)rationality which underlying  Public Vocational High School in North Jakarta (2) stages (3)the main contents implementation of budget policy of Educational Operating Cost. (4) budget policy and (5) the impact of the implementation of Educational Operating Cost policy.This research uses qualitative methods with observation, interview and documentation. In this case the right approach and considered applicable is to use Countenance of Robert E. Stake because this model is considered to provide an overview in  the beginning of evaluation results to the evaluation criteria of policy implementation. Stake stressed that there is two basic activities in the evaluation of Description and Judgement which emphasizes three stages such as; Antecedents (Context), Transaction (Process), Outcomes (Output), as this model has more advantages than the other methods.The research carried out at Public Vocational High School in North Jakarta consisting of 8 (eight) schools. The impact of expected implementation policy evaluation is :  School can implement message contents of Government Rule Number. 34/2015 which generally aims to fund education operational activity in order to implement   compulsory education  12 years. to complement the needs of teaching and learning activities, to maintain educational facilities, and to improve the management of the school administration.   &nbsp

    ANALYSIS OF THE NEED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) ASSESSMENT BASED ON HIGH ORDER THINKING SKILL (HOTS) IN BIOLOGICAL LEARNING

    The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the views and constraints faced by teachers and students in the field regarding the development of assessment instruments . This research is only limited to needs analysis research which is sourced from the results of initial observations and a review of the relevant literature. Researchers made observations in four schools, namely public senior high school4 Samarinda, public senior high school 6 Samarinda, public senior high school 15 Samarinda and public senior high school Samarinda. The data collection technique in this study used an analysis of the needs of teachers and students. The results of the observations were in the form of an instrument of teacher needs assessment which was analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The researcher found that the development of assessment instruments Teachers have never done a Computer Based Test based on High Order Thinking in Biology learning because of the teacher's limited knowledge of computer-based exams, the teacher's limited time in making assessment instruments, limited facilities and infrastructure. Learners want assessments that are more attractive and efficient for them

    CURRICULUM OF INDONESIAN TOURISM VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS : CATERING SKILLS COMPETENCIES IN LINE WITH THE ASEAN LEVEL COMPETENCIES OF THE WORLD OF WORK

    The purpose of this study is to examine 1) the alignment of the SMK Tourism curriculum with the competency of Catering expertise. according to the competencies needed by the world of work; 2) implementation of learning in schools; 3) implementing industrial work practices; and 4) implementation of competency tests (certification). The background of the research problem is that the Tourism Vocational School graduates have not linked and matched the needs of the world of work. The research method used quantitative and qualitative approaches, while data collection used focus group discussions. The results showed 1) The curriculum of the Vocational High School of Tourism with the competence of Catering expertise in accordance with the competencies needed by the ASEAN tourism workforce based on the Common ASEAN Tourism Curriculum or Level II National Work Competency Standards; 2) learning activities in schools according to the learning implementation plan, teachers master the material and learning methods, where 92.6 percent of teachers have an undergraduate education with at least 20 years of teaching experience; 3) implementation of industrial work practices according to the competence of students' expertise and carried out for 3-6 months; and 4) the implementation of the student competency test (certification) is carried out at the School Professional Certification Institute with cross-school assessors and professional assistants from industry. This study concluded that the competency of the Culinary Vocational School of Tourism expertise is in line with the competencies needed by the ASEAN region of work based on the Level II Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI)
