Get PDFThe aims of this studyare to analyzejob satisfaction, working motivation, and performance of rubber tappers andthe influence of job satisfaction and working motivation on the performance of rubber tappers.The research location was chosen purposively in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Way Berulu, Kebagusan Village, Gedongtataan Sub-District, Pesawaran District. Respondents were all 80 rubber tappers of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Way Berulu. Data were analyzed descriptively and using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction of rubber tappers of Afdelling I and II PTPerkebunan Nusantara VII Way Berulu was in category of most satisfied, working motivation was in a good category, and the performance met the expectation. Job satisfaction and working motivation influenced the performance of rubber tappers in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Way Berulu.Key words: job satisfaction, performance, working motivatio

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the factors that influence the frequency of tourist visits, find out the willingness to pay admission tickets, and analyze the economic value of Tourism Destination Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District. The research location was chosen deliberately in Indonesian Sentulfresh, Sukaraja Subdistrict of Bogor District. The sample in this study was 68 respondents for original visitors and potential visitors from Sentulfresh Education Farm who were selected by accidental sampling methods with criteria of age 17 years and above. Research data collection were conducted in March-May 2018. The analytical method used in this study were qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: Frequency of tourist visits was influenced by travel costs, education level, income, and distance. Willingness to pay entrance fees by visitors to the tourism destination of Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District was Rp75.367,65/individual for happy kids tour packages, Rp95.220,59/individual for super kids tour packages, and Rp71.323,53/individual for parent travel packages. The total economic value of the Tourist Destination for Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District was Rp11.101.412.264,62 with the value of the consumer surplus/individual/visit of Rp504.082,65. PENDAPATAN USAHATANI DAN TINGKAT KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI LADA HITAM DI DESA SUKADANA BARU, KECAMATAN MARGA TIGA, LAMPUNG TIMUR
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze black pepper farming income, food security,correlation between income and energy consumption level, and correlation between proportion of food expenditure and food security. This research was held in Sukadana Baru Village, Marga Tiga Subdistrict, East Lampung using a survey method. Fourty three respondents of black pepper farmers were chosen by a simple random sampling. Data of this research were collected in February-March 2018 and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, and also Pearson product moment corelation. The study showed that the average income of black pepper farming was Rp23,820,391.86 per year. The total expenditure was Rp1,499,011.00 per month. In addition, there were 70 percent households in food secure category and 30 percent households in food vulnerable category. Proportion of food expenditure has a correlation with food security, and income has a correlation with level of energy consumption. Key words: food expenditure, food security, household incom

Get PDFThis research aims to know corn productivity level in the working area of the extension center (BPPP) Natar Subdistrict, the level of Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) in the BPPP, factors related to the level of the performance of AEWs, the level of satisfaction of corn farmers on the performance of AEWs, and the relationship between the level of performance of AEWs and the level of satisfaction of corn farmers. Research conducted in BPPP Natar Subdistrict, South Lampung Subdistrict uses a survey method. The sample in this study consisted of eight AEWs and 54 corn farmers. Data analysis method uses a descriptive method and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed the average level of corn farming productivity in the Natar Subdistrict is 6,49 tons/ha. The performance of AEWs is good. The factors related to the performance of AEWs are the age of the AEWs, working period of the AEWs, and availability of facilities and infrastructure. The level of satisfaction of corn farmers on the performance of AEWs in Natar Subdistrict is moderately satisfied, and the level of performance of AEWs has a significant relationship with the level of satisfaction of corn farmers in the Natar Subdistrict. KEPUASAN KONSUMEN RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP BERAS PADI ASAL LAMPUNG SELATAN (BERAS “PALAS”) DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN
Get PDFThis research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. SIKAP, PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP AGROINDUSTRI PIE PISANG DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFThis study aims to determine consumer characteristics, attitudes, decision-making processes, and customer satisfaction towards banana pie at YA and JB. The research samples were 66 people selected by accidental sampling. The first and third objectives were analyzed descriptively, the second objective was analyzed using the Multiatribut Fishbein model, and the fourth objective was analyzed using Costumer Statisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the characteristics of consumers of banana pie were dominated by female 18-30 years old who earned Rp1,500,000.00 - Rp2,500,000.00/month. The frequency of buying banana pie on average was once a week. The consumer decision making process on purchasing banana pie, at YA and JB was the same, namely the introduction of needs, information seeking, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. Consumers of banana pie at JB gave an attitude value of 178.40, those at YA gave an attitude value of 180. The satisfaction level of banana pie consumers at JB was 77.86% and 78.76% at YA, both were included in the satisfied category. The attribute of banana pie that was needed to be improved at JB was the expire date, whereas there was no attribute needed to be improved at YA. Key words : Attitude, CSI, IPA, purchasing decision
PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK TANI DALAM PROGRAM KAWASAN RUMAH PANGAN LESTARI DI DESA MARGA KAYA KECAMATAN JATI AGUNG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN
Get PDFThis study aims are to find out implementation of the Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari Program (KRPL), to know the level of community participation in the Program and the factors related to the participation. This study was conducted in November - December 2018 in the Marga Kaya Village Jati Agung Subdistrict South Lampung District. The method used was a survey method. The total of 46 respondents was used as samples by using proportional random sampling method. Correlation between variables were tested using Spearman Rank Correlation Test. KRPL is a home garden land use program by planting family medicinal plants and vegetables. The implementation of the KRPL program is the first year at the stage of growing members of farmer groups for funding of Rp. 15,000,000 in 2013. Some activities conducted in the program included nurseries, plot demonstrations, cultivating in yards, and assistance by extension agents. The second year, namely the development stage, the KRPL program that has been grown in the first year, will continue at the development stage. The third year is the stage of independence of the KRPL program that has developed the management of the KRPL. In this stage, the source of funds is obtained through self-help members of the group implementing the activities. The average participation rate of farmer group members in the program was 69.28 percent. Factors significantly related to the participation are knowledge about the program, education level, communication intensity, motivation level, and experience.Keywords: participation, kawasan rumah pangan lestari program, farmer
TINGKAT KEPUASAN ANGGOTA DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KUD MINA JAYA KECAMATAN BUMI WARAS DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction members, and the factors that affect on the level of participation members of KUD Mina Jaya in Bumi Waras subsdistrict of Bandar Lampung City. This research is condutedby survey method. Respondents of this research consist of fishermen (ship owner, sailor, ship crew, and ship machine) and nonfisherman (fish merchant). The research respondents constitutes of 87 people, consist of 68 fishermen and 19 nonfisherman and the research data is colledcted inJanuary to May 2017. The results of this research showed that the satisfaction felt by members of the inner ministry RAT, mandatory savings, and utilization of business unit services in categories “satisfied”. Based on the results of IPA, the main priority attributes were sufficient physical infrastructure, staff support, and availability of information boards. The age, length of membership, gender, jobs, and member’s satisfaction of cooperation services were positively correlated to the level of member participation of RAT attending. The length of membership was positively correlatedto the level of member participation in purchasing obligatory deposits. Family burden, jobs, and member’s satisfaction of cooperation services alsopositively correlatedto the level of member’s participation on untilised the business unit services.Key words: cooperative, participation, satisfactio
