ANALISIS BAURAN PEMASARAN, RISIKO, DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN AGROINDUSTRI KOPI BUBUK CAP OBOR MAS LAMPUNG, DI KECAMATAN KOTABUMI KOTA, KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA
This research aims to analyze marketing mix that consists of agroindustry’s owner and coffee powder consumer pespective, agroindustry risk, risk management of ISO 31000: 2009, and financial ratio of agroindustry. This research is a case study method at coffee powder agroindustry in Kotabumi City SubDistrict, North Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected in December 2018 until February 2019. The results show that marketing strategy of agroindustry has used the 7P marketing mix component, which the product, place, price, process, people,and physical evidence are good, while for the promotion component, it has not been used optimally. Agroindustry risk consisting of production risk, price risk, and income risk shows the low value of risk. Agroindustry has well applied Management Risk of ISO 31000: 2009 which is based on operational risk that consist of process risk, people risk, and incidental risk. Financial ratio consisting of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over, and net profit margin shows a bad financial performance in 3 years production.Key words: agroindustry, coffee powder, financial ratio, marketing mix, ris
PENGARUH HAMBATAN NONTARIF DI PASAR UNI EROPA TERHADAP EKSPOR KOMODITAS CPO INDONESIA
This research aims to analyze which trade barriers are implemented by European Union (EU) on Indonesian Crude Palm Oil (CPO) commodity and did the non-tariff barrier named “Report on Palm Oil and Deforestation of Rainforrest” which has been ratified by the European Comission (EC) have a significant effects on Indonesian CPO export or not. This research used literature study method with secondary and primary data obtained from BPS, Indonesian National Export Development Agency, Central Bank of Indonesia, Eurostat, WTO, FAO, PASPI, Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, Indonesian Ministry of Trade and Indonesian Palm Oil Assosiation (IPOA). The results of this research show that the EU has implemented non-tariff barriers on Indonesian CPO since 1905 with various kinds of issues such as health, social and environment. The non-tariff barrier which has been ratified in April 2017 by the European Comission did not significantly affect on Indonesian CPO export.Key words: CPO, European Union, Non-tariff Barriers
ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL MESIN PEMANEN TEBU CANE HARVESTER (STUDI KASUS PADA PT LAJUPERDANA INDAH SITE KOMERING)
This research aimed to analyses the productivity, thefinancial of feasibility and sensitivity of machine cane harvester. This research was a case study in PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering, South Sumatera. The data was collected in December 2016 andanalyzed by descriptive quantitative. The result of researchsuggested that big productivity machine cane harvester of 17.91 ton per hour work or 0.31 hectare per hour work or three hours of work to finish one hectare of land. The use of the machine cane harvester on PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering financially worth it to implement. The used of the machine cane harvester was sensitive at a change in the production of amounted to 19percent and increase in the17.58 percent but the value of payback period of the cane harvester was not sensitive.Key words: cane harvester machine, financially analyse, productivity
PENDAPATAN DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI PADI SAWAH DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
This reseacrh aimed at analyzing level of income and welfare of rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency. The reseacrh was conducted in Central Lampung District, deliberately taken location with consideration that it is the largest rice production center in Lampung Province in 2016. Data were collected in January 2018 using a survey method. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents of lowland rice farmers taken using a simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using income analysis, R-C ratio, and household welfare according to the 2014 BPS criteria. The results showed that the contribution of the income of lowland rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency in 2016 amounted to 70.81 percent of the total household income, the rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency are mostly in the prosperous category based on the 2014 BPS criteria. POLA KONSUMSI IKAN LAUT DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KONSUMSI IKAN LAUT OLEH IBU HAMIL DI KECAMATAN KOTAAGUNG KABUPATEN TANGGAMUS
This study aims to analyze dietary patterns and factors that affect consumption of marine fish by pregnant women in Kotaagung Subdistrict of Tanggamus District. Respondents are 42 women at second and third trimester pregnancies who are recruited voluntarily. Data are analyzed descriptively using Multiattribute Fishbein and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the consumption patterns of marine fish of pregnant women were illustrated by type of fish consumed, the amount of consumption, frequencies and locations of purchase. The types of fish consumed were cob, flying fish, anchovy, squid, bloated, and blue marlin. The dominant fish consumed by respondents was cob. The average amount of marine fish consumption by pregnant women was 42.12 grams/week and considered very low. The average consumption of protein was 6.02 grams (1.40 %AKE) per day and it was calculated that the maximum desireable dietary pattern (DDP) score for animal food was only 5.60 out of 24 of DDP ideal score. Purchase frequencies of marine fish were once to four times a week. Purchase locations were traditional markets and traveling traders. The factors that influenced the consumption of marine fish were prices of marine fish, pond fish, chicken, and tempeh, income, number of family members, and education.Key words: dietary pattern, marine fish, pregnant women
GAYA HIDUP DALAM MENGONSUMSI SAYUR DAN BUAH SERTA TINGKAT KECUKUPAN GIZI ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA METRO
level, and factors affecting the consumption of vegetables and fruits in Metro City. The research is conducted purposely in Elementary School 1 Metro and Elementary School 6 Metro; involving 52 samples of 5th grade elementary school children obtained by using a simple random sampling method. Primary and secondary data were collected in November 2017 – May 2018. Vegetables and fruits consumption data were collected by 24-hour recall and analyzed descriptively by Variety of Nutritional Adequacy Value and statistically by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the nutritional adequacy level of elementary school students was as much as 82.69%, but they were experiencing deficiency of calcium and vitamin C. Average value of the variety of nutritional adequacy was 85%, which means that the food consumed by children is diverse. The lifestyle of elementary school students in consuming vegetables and fruits was indicated that they rarely bought various serving of vegetables and fruits since they like vegetables and fruits served at home. Elementary school students preferred local to import fruits and prefer buying them at traditional market to modern market. They agree that eating vegetables and fruits was important and had good impact on health. The factors which affect the consumption of vegetables and fruits were the number and types of vegetables and fruits consumed, the consumption frequency of vegetables and fruits, and the children’s opinion.Key words: fruits, lifestyle, nutritional adequacy level, vegetable
PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM TANAM HAZTON TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS DAN PENDAPATAN DI DESA PAREREJO KECAMATAN GADINGREJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU
This study aims to analyze the effects of the application of the hazton planting system on productivity and income, find out the comparison of the income of rice farmers with hazton planting system and conventional planting systems, analyze factors affecting rice farming production of hazton and conventional cropping system, and analyze factors affecting income from hazton rice farmeing and conventional cropping systems. Location was selected purposively in Parerejo Village, Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu District. Respondents in this study were 30 rice farmers with hazton planting system and 30 rice farmers with conventional planting system. Data collection was conducted in October - November 2018. Data analysis methods used were qualitative and quantitative analyses. The results of this study indicated that the income of the hazton planting system does not significantly influence the application of the hazton planting system. There is a difference in income from the farming of hazton planting system and conventional planting system with a confidence level of 99 percent difference in income of IDR435,670. Factors that influence rice farming production with hazton planting system and conventional cropping system in Parerejo Village Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu District are age, length of farming experience, and rice seeds, whereas, education, and land size do not influence the productivity of rice farming. Based on the analysis, the factors that influence the income of rice farming with the hazton planting system and conventional planting systems in the Parerejo Village Gadingrejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency are education level, selling price, and seeds.Key words: conventional planting system, hazton planting system, income
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI SEMANGKA MITRA DAN NON MITRA DI KECAMATAN TUMIJAJAR KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG BARAT
The objectives of this study are to know the implementation of watermelon farming on partnership and to compare the income of partner and non-partner watermelon farming in West Tulang Bawang Regency. The location of this study is chosen purposively in Tumijajar Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. The number of respondents is 65 farmers selected using census method. The data of this research were collected in January-April 2019. The partnership program is analyzed using descriptive qualitative and comparison of income of watermelon farmers on partnership and non-partnership is analyzed using income analysis. The results showed that the implementation of partnerships that are applied in watermelon farming in CV Salim Abadi is able to achieve production targets, plant care, group dynamics, discipline and discuss thesustainability of partnership programs. The average income obtained by partner watermelon farmers in Tumijajar Subdistrict is greater than non-partner watermelon farmers.Key words: income, partner, watermelo
ANALISIS KINERJA USAHA DAN RISIKO PETAMBAK UDANG VANAME PADA SISTEM TRADISIONAL DAN SISTEM SEMI INTENSIFDI KECAMATAN LABUHAN MARINGGAI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR
This study aims to analyse the farm performances and the risk of vaname shrimp farmers in conventional and semi-intensive technology in Labuhan Maringgai Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency with the consideration that the location was vaname shrimp production center. The sample in this study were 35 vaname shrimp farmers consisting of 24 conventional farmers and 11 semi-intensive farmers that were randomly selected disproportionately. The research data were collected in March 2019 and analysed using quantitative analysis of farm performance and production risk. The results showed that the farm performance of conventional vaname shrimp farming tended to be better than of the semi-intensive farming. Production risk of conventional vaname shrimp farmers has a higher chance of loss or production risk compared to semi-intensive shrimp farmers.Key words: farm performance, risk, vaname shrimp
KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI ANGGOTA LUMBUNG DI KECAMATAN GADING REJO, KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU
This study aims to analyze food security level, the factors affecting food security, and the efforts to increase food security of farmer household of granary member. The location of this study is chosen purposively as consideration that the group of granaries received the granary development program in Gading Rejo Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency with 44 farmers of granary members who are selected by proportional random sampling method. Data were collected in April 2018. Food security level is analyzed using cross classification between food expenditure and food sufficiency level, factors affecting the level of food security is analyzed using ordinal logistic regression, and the efforts to increase the level of food security is analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The study shows that food security according to BPS category as much as 22.,73% is in secure category, 15.91% less secure, 34.09% vulnerable, and 27.27% insecure. Food security according to nutrition science and the 2012 Constitution of Food as much as 45.45% is in secure category, 27,27% less secure, 15.91% vulnerable, and 11.36% insecure. Factors that influence the level of food security are rice production, price of rice, and side occupation. Efforts to increase food security are programs on increasing income through irrigation and crop indexes, improving nutrition through education on nutrition and food by the government, accelerating food diversification, and development of food barns. Farmer’s effort to overcome food shortages is by changing habit in the quality of food consumed.Key words: food security, granary membe
