ANALISIS KINERJA DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PADA ROSE FLORIST DI BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the existing performance of the Rose Florist agro-industry and formulate the business development strategy. This research uses a case study method with three respondents consisting of business owner, an employee of the business, and an UMKM officer. Data collection was carried out in April-May 2020. Data analysis uses cash flow and SWOT. The results showed that the Rose Florist Agroindustry has a good financial performance. There was an increase in cash of 9,538,729.17 from the cash flow statement, from the first period of IDR 153,249,128.57 to the second period of IDR 162,787,857.74. The development strategies that can be used in the development of the Rose Florist Agroindustry are to make quality flower arrangements, to add business signposts in business locations, and to train the workers on good management and better skills. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the raw materials procurement based on six right components, standard cost, distribution channels, marketing margins, and the role of supporting services. This research uses a case study method at El Shaddai Food Agroindustry, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta City. The research data were collected in December 2019 to February 2020 and the data analyses method used were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analyses. The results showed that the six components of raw material procurement process had been done precisely. The standard cost of chicken bacang was less than the selling price so the business was profitable and the marketing channels consisted of two channels. HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DENGAN AKSES PANGAN DI KECAMATAN PARDASUKA KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the distribution of poor households and analyze the relation between poverty level and household food access. The method used in this research is a survey method. The location was chosen purposively with consideration that Pardasuka Subdistrict represents the highest RASKIN beneficiary area in Pringsewu Regency. The respondents are 67 households of the RASKIN beneficiary selected randomly. The research data were collected in January 2019. The distribution of poor households was analyzed descriptively and household food access was analyzed by using correlation analysis. The results showed that the distribution of poor households in Pardasuka Subdistrict consists of 47.76% Pre-Prosperous, 19.40% Prosperous I, and 32.84% Prosperous II. The relation between poverty level and household food access in Pardasuka Subdistrict Pringsewu Regency is negative and significant, which means that when the food access increases, then the poverty level of the poor households decreases.Key words: poor household, food acces

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze cooperative’s performance as a business entity, performance related to development, performance towards the interests of cooperative members, as well as economic and non-economic benefits received by members. This research was conducted at KUD Mina Dermaga using a case study method, the location was selected purposively with the consideration that the cooperative has not yet been ranked by researchers or local agencies. Responses stating that 30 people members. This research uses descriptive quantitative data analysis, customer satisfaction index analysis, and importance performance analysis. The results of this study indicate that the performance of business entities and performance related to the development of KUD Mina Dermaga are included in the qualified category. The performance of KUD Mina Dermaga in the interests of its members is of sufficient quality category. The economic benefits received by members are the difference in the cost of buying and selling services . The total annual average economic benefits received by KUD Mina Dermaga members are IDR 508,358.26. ANALISIS PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI DAN KEBERLANJUTAN REPONG DAMAR DI KECAMATAN PESISIR TENGAH KABUPATEN PESISIR BARAT
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine forming income, the income of farmer households, and the sustainability of repong damar at Pahmungan Village, Central Pesisir Subdistrict, West Pesisir District. The method used in this research was the survey method. Primary and secondary data were collected in this study. The Sampling used census sampling. The number of respondents consisted of 58 farmers of repong damar. This study took approximately two months, starting from March to April 2018. The results of this study indicate that repong damar farming provides benefits and was feasible to run based on the results of the R/C has a value of>1. The household income of repong damar farmers was IDR 48,657,130.03 per year, the largest contribution comes from on-farm income with a percentage of 85.10 percent. Repong damar farming at Pahmungan Village, Central Pesisir Subdistrict, West Pesisir District was considered sustainable from social, ecological, and economic aspects.Key words: household income, income, repong damar, sustainability

Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the decision making, attitudes and factors that affected underprivileged households on buying eggs in Bandar Lampung city. This research was conducted in Teluk Betung Timur. The research method used in this research was survey method. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by conducting interviews with 75 underprivileged households. Secondary data was obtained by literature study. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The research data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, by Fishbein multiattribute model and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study showed that consumers decided to buy eggs at the sales location through the need recognition stage, information search stage, alternative evaluation stage, purchase decision stage and post purchase evaluation stage. The price of chicken eggs was the benefit, main focus and the most considered on choosing a location to buy eggs. Consumers prefer buying eggs at grocery stalls compared to traditional markets and modern markets. Together, the price of eggs, household income, number of household members, the price of free-range chicken eggs, the price of purebred chicken, the price of beef, the price of tempeh, tofu, salted fish and cooking oil had a significant effect on purchasing eggs. Factors that significantly influence the purchase of eggs by underprivileged households in Bandar Lampung were the price of eggs and the number of household members.Key words: attitude, decision, eggs, factor

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the performance of business management towards the community and towards the benefits for the members, analyze internal and external environments, and develop some development strategies for KPT Maju Sejahtera. This research uses a case study method in KPT Maju Sejahtera, Tanjungsari District, South Lampung Regency. There were 12 respondents involved, consisting of 3 cooperative organizers, a cooperative supervisor, 5 cooperative members, an expert, and 2 regulators. Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT, and QSPM. Results showed the performance of cooperative business management is included in qualified category. The performance of cooperative towards the community and benefits for the members is included in quite-qualified category. Internally, the main strength was cooperative form partnerships with other legal entities. The main weakness was the low participation of members in using the services of cooperative business units. Externally, the main opportunity was there were no similar competitors in cattle breeding, and the main threat was the low interest of breeders to join as cooperative members. The priority strategies that can be used in developing KPT Maju Sejahtera are: (a) increase the production volume and quality of cooperative products using processing equipment and machines, (b) create processed beef products to increase added value and business unit activities, and (c) intensify communication with members to increase their participation.Key words: agriculture cooperative, development strategy, performance analysi
