    ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI LADA DI KECAMATAN ABUNG BARAT KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA

    The purposes of this research are to find out the income of pepper farming, household income, level of household welfare, and factors that affect the welfare of pepper farmer households in Abung Barat Sub-District. The location was determined purposively with the consideration that Abung Barat Sub-District is the center of black pepper production. The number of respondents in this research is 63 respondents taken randomly. Data were collected from April to May 2019. The analytical methods used are farming analysis, the analysis of Sajogyo and Subyective welfare levels, and binary logit analysis. The results showed that average income of pepper farming is IDR8,356,590.51/year, average household income is  IDR20,055,616.61/year, based on the criteria of Sajogyo 61.90 percent of the respondent pepper farmer households are included in the sufficient category, and based on the criteria subyektif  that 68.25 percent of pepper farmer households are included in the sufficient category.  The factors that influence the level of household welfare of pepper farmers are the number of family members and income.Key words: farmers income, pepper, welfar

    This study aims to analyze the cost of production, added value, internal and external factors and operational strategies of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry. This research is a case study involving respondents  of agroindustry owners, employees, and consumers and addition to lecturers of agribusiness and employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The data was  analyzed quantitative descriptively by cost of goods manufactured and added value and qualitative descriptively by SWOT analysis .  The result showed that the production cost of  Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry was IDR45,938/kg to IDR106,856/kg.  The added value generated was IDR17,241.75/kg – IDR103,385.89/kg. After knowing the total value of internal factors and externals factor, it was known that the agroindustry was in quadrant I (growth).  The strategy that might be implemented was to expand  the marketing areas, increase production and carry out by online marketing using promotion and business development by utilizing its strengths. Key words : added value, agroindustry, operational strategy, production cos

    SIKAP DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK OTAK-OTAK IKAN TENGGIRI DI KECAMATAN KOTAAGUNG KABUPATENTANGGAMUS (Kasus pada Otak-otak ikan tenggiri Ci Awa)

    The research aims to analyze the characteristics, attitudes and satisfaction of customers on mackerel fish“otak-otak”, as well as the relationship between consumer attitudes and consumercharacteristics. This study uses a survey method. The research location was home industry Ci Awa Kotaagung District of Tanggamus Regency. The determination of the location is done deliberately with the consideration that Kotaagung District is the largest fish-producing center and there are many fish-based home industries.  Respondents were 54 customers. The results of thestudy showed that consumers of Ci Awa are mostly female, age group of 17-35,high school graduates, self-employed workers, and the amount of income per month belongs to the moderate income group. Consumer attitudes towards Ci Awa's were positive. The levelof satisfaction of  customers of Ci Awa was in the satisfied category. Consumer characteristics (age,income, and education) have a relationship with the attitude of consumers of Ci Awa.Key words: attitudes, consumer, home industry

    KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI KELAPA SAWIT SWADAYA DI KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG

    The aims of this research are to analyze the level of food security, the factors that affect the level of food security, and efforts to increase the level of food security of palm oil farmer households (POFH). The research was conducted using a survey method in Tulang Bawang Regency by involving 67 respondents from POFH who were chosen by a simple random sampling. The results of the research showed that 47.76 percent of POFH were categorized as the most secure of food, 29.85 percent as less secure, 20.90 percent as vulnerable, and 1.49 percent as food insecure. The factors that positively affect household food security were household income, formal education level of household head, and ethnicity.  The factor that negatively affect household food security was the the number family members. The efforts to increase the level of food security by Government were monitoring the stock of rice, drafting food balance, Programs called Pengembangan Usaha Pangan Masyarakat (PUPM), Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) and Modal Pengembangan Pangan Pokok Lebel (MP3L). The efforts of palm oil farmer households were owing groceries (47.50%), do outside work of palm oil farmer (50.62%), and changing dietary habit (1.88%). Key words: cross-classification, food security, palm oil households

    PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DALAM PEMBELIAN BUCKET BUNGA SEGAR DI ROSE FLORIST BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This study aims to determine decision making, purchasing patterns, and customer satisfaction of fresh flower buckets. The research was conducted at Rose Florist Bandar Lampung using a survey method.with the total samples of 40 customers. The samples were determined using Accidental Sampling. Data collection was carried out in November 2019 - February 2020. Decision making and purchasing patterns were analyzed using qualitative descriptive method and the level of customer satisfaction was analyzed using the Satisfaction Customer Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the decision making in purchasing fresh flower buckets was mostly influenced by friends and the attribute that was considered was the appearance of the product. The highest number of purchased buckets of fresh flowers.in the last three months was as many as 4 buckets, the frequency of buying was 3-4 times, and type mostly bought was the small bucket. Most the consumers of the fresh flower bucket were satisfied.  Based on the Cartesian IPA diagram, the attribute in quadrant I is price. The attributes in quadrant II are product appearance and freshness of flowers. Attributes in quadrant III are attributes of speed of assembly and ease of obtaining. And, the attributes in quadrant IV are service and the diversity of the flower types.Key words: customer satisfaction, decision making, fresh flower bucket, purchasing patterns

    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI EKSPOR DAN PROSPEK EKSPOR PISANG PROVINSI LAMPUNG

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the exports volume of Lampung Province’s bananas and predict the exports of Lampung Province’s bananas.  This research based on the exports of some kind of banana produced by firm and by the corporation program involving the firm and smallholder farmers.  This study used both descriptive and quantitative analysis methods and data werw obtained from the relevant authorities as secondary data for 5 years, starting from the first quarter of 2015 to the first quarter of 2020.  The data were analyzed by regress time series data using Ordinary Least Square Method (OLS) and Autoregressive Integreted Moving Average (ARIMA).  The results of this study showed that the factors that significantly affect the exports volume of Lampung Province’s bananas are domestic banana production and the average of domestic banana price index.  The trend of banana exports prospect until the end of 2024 decreases.     PERILAKU KONSUMEN KERIPIK PISANG LUMER MELTE VANANA DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This study aims to determine attitudes, satisfaction, and loyalty to purchasing Melte Vanana melted banana chips at CV Vanana Jaya Sinergi. This research is placed in Bumi Manti Street number II, LK II, Kampung Baru Village, Labuhan Ratu District, Bandar Lampung City chosen purposively. The number of samples in this study is 50 people selected by the non-probability sampling method. Research data is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively by Fishbein Multi-attribute Model, Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and loyalty pyramid.  Results of the research known that consumers who became respondents in this study were 44 people (88%) aged 17-25 years and the majority were male. The highest level of consumer education is senior high school, with as many as 42 people (84%).  Most consumers' income or stipend (44%) is less than IDR500.000 per month.  Study results indicated that the consumer attitude score for Melte Vanana melted banana chips at CV Vanana Jaya Sinergi was 188.46 in the good category.  Consumer satisfaction with Melte Vanana melted banana chips at CV Vanana Jaya Sinergi was in the very satisfied criteria, with which score is 85.41. Consumers’ loyalty to Melte Vanana's melted banana chips was categorized as liking the brand (90%) at the loyalty pyramid level. Keywords: Attitude, banana chips, customer behavior, loyalty, satisfaction. 

    ANALISIS PENDAPATAN, RISIKO DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI KARET DI KECAMATAN PAKUAN RATU KABUPATEN WAY KANAN

    The study aims to analyze the amount of household income, the risk of rubber selling prices and the level of household welfare of rubber farmers in Pakuan Ratu Sub-District, Way Kanan Regency.  The research method used was survey method.  The number of the respondent in this study is 56 rubber farming households obtained using proportional random sampling.  The results show that the average total income of rubber farmer households is Rp31,580,310.71 where the largest income is derived from income from rubber farming.  The price risk on rubber farming is relatively small that can be seen from the variation coefficient value (CV) is 0.17.  The level of household welfare based on Sajogyo's indicators shows that 100% rubber farming households are in the living groupworthy.   Key words: farmers, income, risk, rubber, welfare

    Along with the development of science and technology, broilers are not only sold in fresh but also in frozen condition.  This study aims to determine consumers’ attitudes and the factors that influence their demand of fresh broilers and frozen broilers in Bandar Lampung City.  This research was conducted at three markets namely Pasir Gintung, Koga, Way Kandis, and in three supermarkets namely Chandra Tanjung Karang, Chandra Teluk Betung, and Transmart.  The number of consumer respondents was 60 people, recruited accidentally.  Research data were analyzed using multiatribute Fishbein and Seemingly Unrelated Regression.  Consumers’ attitude showed that the color and the scent of fresh broilers and frozen broilers got the highest scores.  The demand of fresh broilers was influenced by the price of fish, the price of cooking oil, the price of tempeh, and the number of household members.  The demand of frozen broilers was influenced by the price of fresh broilers, the price of frozen broilers, the price of cooking oil, the price of tempeh, household total income, and the number of household members.  Key words: attitudes, consumer, demand, fresh broilers, frozen broilers
