ISLAM MEMANDANG HAK ASASI PENDIDIKAN
Fulfilling the education right in Indonesia as stated in the constitution faces a lot of problems. The problems include lagislation and policy, budgeting of education , fair distribution and easy access to education covering gender equality in getting and accessing education in area of conflict, boundaries, and remoted area. Problem of legislation related to law and national education policy and noble ideal of independence and the Constitution 1945, Instrument and National and International Standard of Human Right which are not in line yet, results in the condition that the education development is not based on the human right. The education budgeting relates to government commitment to allocate the amount based on the law, fair distribution and wide access to education covering the unit capacity and providing equal opportunities to all learners from different social, economic background, place of living, intelectual capacity, physical condition and gender. Those problems lead to unfulfilled education right as stated independece goals
POLA PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PESANTREN Kasus Al-Mukhlishin Mempawah Kalimantan Barat
An educational institution that allows organizing formal and non-formal learning even informal at once is Pesantren. Historically, direct linkages among environment of madrasah, families and communities indeed countries have been held for more than four centuries. Thus, Pesantren needs to formulate a clear curriculum that is able to cover all forms of education and the environment. Actually, those efforts have been made by Pesantren Al Mukhlisin Mempawah West Kalimantan. This investigation aims to describe the pattern of development of the curriculum in Pesantren. It used a case study method. The data were obtained from interviews, observation and document analysis. The results indicate that the development of curriculum in Pesantren should still take into account the quality of the curriculum in the planning, control and reinforcement. The basic character of the curriculum can be based on the character of believers as Ulul albab which historically has been the primary vision of the schools since the 17th century. In addition, the character is intergrated in such a way in the form of Islamic learning, teaching and real-life boarding students, teachers and scholars (parenting boarding school)
PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS POTENSI UMAT Analisis School Levy
School levy is a concept that can be used as an alternative model which is applied in education funding management practices, particularly in searching for additional sources of financing education. The basic concept of school levy is financing of school education supported by property taxes. Property tax is the property tax paid by people who have a relative excess/wealth. These people, in Islam belong to the group of people who are obliged to pay zakat. The core of school levy is funded by the public school which is in Islam, similar to the financing of education taken from the people in the form of the potential payment of zakat, infak, sadakah, waqf (Ziswa) and the like. Applying school levy model helps the education funding issues that still have not been sufficiently overcome yet by empowering Muslims which basically has Ziswa concept. If this concept is managed properly, it will be an abundant source of education funding and be available continuously

This study is based on the reality that learning process of Arabic in UIN Sunan Gunung DjatiBandung has not been able to reach the expected result. It is indicated in the result of languageproficiency test of the students who learn Arabic in a number of departments and programs in UINSGD Bandung. Therefore, it is necessary that appropriate model of curriculum be found as asolution to improve the quality of the graduates in mastery Arabic skills; that is, the curriculum forteaching learning Arabic that facilitates students to achieve the goals, content standard, teachinglearning process, and evaluation system. This study utilizes Research and Development method,since it focuses on curriculum development of Arabic in UIN SGD Bandung
MENGEMBALIKAN MISI PENDIDIKAN SOSIAL DAN KEBUDAYAAN PESANTREN
This paper intends to reposition Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) as an educational institution that is likely to contribute greatly to the formation of Indonesian identity in the future. The discussion involves the analysis of philosophy, history, sociology, anthropology, theology and education. Data were collected textually and contextually. The result shows that Pesantren is the first educational institution (the 13th Century) that focuses on forming values, moral and socio-cultural character of Indonesia. Some of the orders were passed on in the form of Indonesian Islamic law, architecture and puppets. There are three basic characters that allow schools (Pesantren) to carry out this mission: 1) institutional system that is integrated with the community, 2) intensive ongoing learning system (pondok) and 3) implementation of principles that are based on the universal teachings of Islam can be interpreted in three dimensions, the mythic and the ontological functional (Van Peursen, 1998). Strategically, all three can return the mission of the schools (Pesantren): build and develop the character, moral (akhlak), social (ummat), culture (adab) and religiosity of Indonesia
KINERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS BERBASIS ISLAM
This study aims to find and analyze the factors that affect the headmaster’s performance of Islam-based senior high schools in West Java. The study is a cross-sectional research. In this study, the relationship between variables was analyzed by using statistical approach (path analysis). The testing consisted of simultanious and individual hypothesis testing with error level α = 5%. The sample was 57 schools it is the 15% of the 348 Islam-based schools as the total population that exists in West Java Province. The results showed that leadership behavior, motivation, managerial skills and compensation system are the four factors that directly or indirectly affect the headmaster’s performance of Islam-based senior high school in West Java. The degree of influence of each factor is as follows: 1) leadership was 25.6%; 2) motivation to work was 7.7%; 3) managerial capability was 22.6%, and 4) the system of compensation was 8.0%. Order of magnitude assessment of these factors is 4.17 with 90.35% degree of conformity; 4.01 with 83.34% degree of conformity; 4.34 with 92.18% degree of conformity; 3.48 with degree of conformity of 77.31%

This study started from the assumption that isti\u27ârah widely used in the Qur\u27an and has the essential elements of interest to be investigated further, especially in Sura al-Baqarah, Ali Imran and An-Nisa. The purpose of this study is to find the letter isti\u27ârah characteristics and its influence on the meaning of the verse. The method used in this study is descriptive method, to explain in depth the meaning of the words used and selected based on its context in the Qur\u27an. The results of this study it can be concluded that the media is seen as isti\u27arah Qur\u27an to convey the message of Allah to mankind by way of revealing the relationship between the meaning isti\u27arah with the intended meaning in the verses of the Koran. In terms of education, isti\u27arah also very useful to use in teaching and learning, particularly useful in helping teachers and textbooks so easily understood by students
INDONESIAN STANDARDIZED EXAMINATION IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
This study aimed to determine the quality of Indonesian nationally standardized examination instrument (Soal Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional/SUSBN) in Islamic religious education subjects (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI), on 2011/2012 academic year, in high school of Gorontalo City, Celebes, Indonesia. It was assessed from the aspect of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis based on classical-modern test theory and iteman program. This is an ex post facto research. Data were collected by document analysis technique and used 215 sample from 1321 population of learners. The result shows that items of the question has a good validity level; the distribution of cognitive domain comprehenship enough; it reliability was stable; level of difficulty was categorized as fair; criteria different power are well accepted; effectiveness of detractors items are effective. However, on several points need revised in order to in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs and National Education Standards Agency
يوجياكارتا (MAN I) المدرسة المتÙوقة: دراسة ØØ§Ù„Ø© عن مميزات المدرسة الثانوية الدينية الأولى
This study departed from a reality that in the middle to low quality and learning achievement of madrasas, Madrasah Aliyah I (MAN I) Yogyakarta is a madrassa that can compete with the top schools in general. This study aims to analyze the various advantages of the Madrasah Aliyah I (MAN I) Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are personal interviews, observation, and various documents related to the study material. Based on the research results, we concluded that the school has many advantages over other schools, among them cultivate a good personality, excel in science, and excel in the field of life skills. This school was considered a success in realizing its vision primarily because it is supported by the commitment of the principal, the competence of the teachers and administrative staff. In addition, a lack of compatibility between the vision and mission of the school curricula, completeness educational facilities and learning activities.Â
AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOR IN MADRASAH ALIYAH IN TASIKMALAYA REGENCY AAN KOMARIAH
This research aims to know the relation between Spiritual Intelligence and Leader Personality with Authentic Leadership Behaviour. This research uses quantitative research approach with type of correlation approach. This research is done at 77 headmasters of Mardasah Aliyah in Tasikmalaya Regency. The samples are done by using simple random sampling technique. The research result shows that there is positive between Spiritual Intelligence and Leader Personality with Authentic Leadership Behaviour. The positive correlation coefficient shows that if the Spiritual Intelligence increases, so the authentic leadership behaviour will also increase. Also with the increasing of Leader Personality will increase the Authentic Leadership behaviour. The Spiritual Intelligence and Leader Personality all together affect significantly to the Authentic Leadership Behaviour
