Analisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja
The study aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. In addition, analyze the relationship of work-life balance on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and job performance, as well as the effect of performance on career development for employees of one of the world-class tire supplier companies in Suryacipta Industrial Estate, Karawang. The data processing method used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee engagement and work-life balance, but does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance also has a significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and job performance. In addition, job performance has a significant effect on career development. The work-life balance of employees needs to be considered by the organization so that employees can carry out two very different roles effectively to increase job performance. Future research is expected to be able to use a more specific questionnaire statement on emotional intelligence variables so that it can provide more representative results
Analisis Nilai Perusahaan Sub Sektor Batu Bara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This research was conducted in order to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and firm size on a firm's value. The research was carried out in the coal sub-sector which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 to 2020. This type of research was quantitative research with the method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling and the research sample obtained was 16 companies. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis assisted by the Eviews 11 program. The results are obtained, namely profitability and capital structure partially have a significant and positive influence on firm value. While the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on the value of the company
Financial Performance of Consumer Goods Industry in Indonesia Before and During Covid-19 Pandemic
The global business world has been severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Many businesses from large to small have to struggle to survive in the midst of the difficulty of managing and maintaining a business, and the consumer goods industry in Indonesia is no exception. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and proving the differences in the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample studied consisted of 46 companies belonging to the Consumer Goods Industry sector that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using documentation techniques. The data source is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques include descriptive and inferential analysis using Paired Sample t-test. This study concludes that during the Covid-19 Pandemic, financial performance as indicated by the ROA ratio decreased significantly compared to before the Covid-19 Pandemic. Meanwhile, the ROE of consumer goods industry companies in Indonesia did not differ significantly before and during the Covid-19 pandemic
The Influence of Organization-Based Self-Esteem and Employee Engagement toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior
This study aimed to investigate the effect of Organization based Self Esteem (OBSE) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB) of foreign-owned bank in Cirebon. To obtain data, a sample of 103 employees was taken at several banks with foreign ownership status in Cirebon using an accidental sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that both OBSE and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on the OCB of employees at several banks with foreign ownership status in Cirebon
Peran Religiuitas dan Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Memilih Bank Syariah Indonesia dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Moderasi
The Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity, word of mouth and motivation on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks, as well as the influence of religiosity and word of mouth on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks with motivation as moderation. The method used is a quantitative approach and analysis using SEM-PLS. The sampling technique used the census method as many as 120 consumers who used the services of Bank Syariah Indonesia Baubau branch. Based on the results of the study, it shows that religiosity, word of mouth, motivation have a significant effect on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks. Meanwhile, the influence of religiosity is moderated by motivation on customer decisions, showing negative results, meaning that motivation does not moderate the relationship of religiosity to customer decisions; and the effect of word of mouth on customer decision variables moderated by motivational variables shows that motivation moderates the influence of word of mouth on customer decisions
Determinasi Faktor-faktor Keputusan Hedging dengan Instrumen Derivatif pada Perusahaan Manufaktur
This study was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables used such as leverage, liquidity, growth opportunity, firm size, and financial distress on hedging decisions with derivative instruments in manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The data used is secondary data downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the company's official website in the research sample. In selecting the sample, this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 47 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Logistic regression analysis was used in this study to test the hypothesis of each variable used. The test results show that the variables of leverage, growth opportunity, and firm size have a positive influence on hedging decisions with derivative instruments, and financial distress has a negative influence on hedging decisions with derivative instruments, while liquidity has no effect on hedging decisions with derivative instruments
Investigating Work Value, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Among National Electric Company Employees
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence organizational commitment, namely work value and job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the State Electricity Company (PT PLN) in the West Java region, using quantitative methods with a regression approach (path analysis) and using quantitative data (from questionnaires). Research respondents consisted of 210 permanent employees. In general, this study aims to determine the efforts that can be made to increase employee commitment to the organization. The results show that there is a positive influence of work value on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of work value on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of work value on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. the most influential on work value, the job itself factor is the most influential on job satisfaction and normative commitment factor is the most influential on organizational commitment. This study proposes several recommendations to employees at the State Electricity Company Ltd (PT PLN). Improve indicators that have a high contribution to commitment to the organization. This research aims to find out the effect of employee engagement, work environment, and organizational learning on the organization's commitment to manufacturing companies in The East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP) Bekasi Industrial Estate. This research is with a quantitative approach, and this type of research is explanatory research. The study was conducted on 17 manufacturing companies in the EJIP Bekasi industrial area with a population of 2757 employees with a sample of 350 respondents. Data processing uses SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) programs with Lisrel software. The results showed that employee involvement in the company has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has a positive and significant on employee commitment. Organizational learning has a positive and significant on organizational commitment. This research advice, the company engages employees in various tasks will provide an opportunity to optimize its potential and will add a sense of belonging to the company. Improvements in the physical and non-physical work environment, create a calm and conducive work atmosphere to increase organizational commitment. Likewise, the application of organizational learning for employees needs to improve their knowledge, skills, and expertise. Leaders need to support organizational learning for employees. They have a self-development program and increase the organization's commitment
E-wom's Role in Driving Purchase Intention during Covid-19 Pandemic
Testimonials are one of the marketing tools that can have a big impact on consumers. Testimony is a form of electronic word of mouth (E-wom) where the information contained in E-wom will be very important as a reference for consumers when they want to make a purchase of a product. This research aims to find out the influence of E-wom quality, E-wom quantity, and E-wom credibility on the purchase intention of fashion products on the online marketplace. The population in this study are people who have visited marketplaces such as tokopedia, shopee, and bukalapak in Surabaya. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with the number of samples being 385 respondents. Respondent data is collected by distributing questionnaires online. This study used multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 22 as an analysis tool. The findings of this analysis show that E-wom quality affects purchase intention, E-wom quantity affects purchase intention, and E-wom credibility affects purchase intention.Â
Antecedent Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality
This study aims to examine the antecedents of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality. This study used an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and the test hypothesis. The population in this study were all employees from the 5 best private Islamic universities in North Sumatra and the sample size in this study was 200 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is factor analysis and the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study showed that work ethics, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Service Quality at Private Universities in North Sumatra
