    EVALUASI KINERJA DAN PERBANDINGAN ANALISIS RASIO (Studi pada Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2014)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja dengan menggunakan perbandingan analisis rasio selama tahun 2010-2014. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI www.idx.co.id sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rasio. Analisis rasio terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar dengan jumlah sebanyak 19 rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan INDF, AISA, dan ULTJ. Rasio aktivitas yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan ICBP, CEKA, MLBI, dan ROTI. Rasio leverage yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan DLTA, ICBP, INDF, ROTI, dan ULTJ. Rasio profitabilitas dan rasio pasar yang cukup baik diperoleh perusahaan DLTA dan MLBI

    Abstract :The aims of this study was to investigate the influence effect of direct TQM practices and leaderships on employee’s satisfactions and loyalties on Clarion Hotel Makassar. In addition, it was done to investigate indirect effect of TQM practices and leaderships on employee’s loyalties through employee’s satisfactions. In this study, the data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale, and then distributed to 157 employees of Clarion Hotel. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The finding of this study reveals that TQM practices and Leaderships have a positive and significant effect on employee’s satisfactions and loyalties. Furthermore, in this study was found that TQM practices and Leaderships have a positive and significant effect on employee’s loyalties through employee’s satisfactions, so employees satisfaction could mediate the effect of TQM practices and leaderships on employee loyalty

    The purposes is to determine the effect of workload, compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance. The method is used to explanatory research by collecting information directly from the respondent, technical sampling took by stratified proporsional Random Sampling, which using the formula from Slovin to obtained sample of 116 people from a total population of 163 people. Data was collected by questionnaires designed with Likert scale. Data analysis method used to descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis which in this study using path analysis (path analysis). Descriptive analysis show the result (1) the average value of the variable workload of 2:28 ( disagree) with the variable workload statement, its mean that their work is easy, (2) the average value of the variable compensation of 4:13 (agree) the statement of variable compensation , its means that compensation more better, (3) the average value of variable organizational commitment at 4:36 (absolutly agree) to the statement variable organizational commitment , which means that organizational commitment is very high , (4) the average value of the variable performance at 4:19 (agree) with the statement of performance variable , which means that the employee's performance is good. The findings showed that there is a significant and positive effect between work load on organizational commitment (β = 0.434, p = 0.000), there is no significant effect and negative between workload on employees performance (β = -0020, p = 0828), there is a significant and positive effect between compensation for organizational commitment (β = 0234, p = 0.005), there is a significant and positive effect of the compensation on employees performance (β = 0282, p = 0.001), and there is a significant and positive effect between organizational commitment to employees performance (β = 0.351, p = 0.000)

    The aims of this study was to determine the process of increasing the employee engagement of the nurse children’s unit in the Balai Klinik Ibu & Anak RKZ Malang. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenology design to explain the application of the leadership model hospital of directors and motivation of nurse children’s unit in an effort to increase their engagement. Data were collected by interviewing 7 informants who are senior, intermediate and junior nursing staff. Data were analyzed using the Interactive Model of Analysis. The results showed that the application leadership model of hospital director for senior and intermediate nurses through the delegation of authority and involvement in decision-making; and for junior nurses through leading by example and description of vision and mission hospitals. Intrinsic motivation of nurses in the works are a live call and pride in their work, while extrinsic motivation is the incentive, salary, promotion, exchange office space, conducive working environment and good relationship between colleagues. The existence of unresolved conflicts between the hospital director with the senior nursing staff related to dissatisfaction in the distribution of incentives encouraging the increased desire to resign from the job and is more suited completed transactional leadership models

    The research objective was to examine the influence of the brand experience, brand satisfaction, and brand trust toward brand loyalty. The quantitative research approach of this research was Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The population is all the people who've made a purchase on the 8 (eight) objects typical culinary Malang. The sampling method is Non-Probability Sampling and sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data sources are primary and secondary. Primary data is data results of the questionnaire testing the research instrument using validity and reliability test. The results showed that the experience of the brand had a significant influence on the satisfaction of the brand, the brand experience had a significant influence on brand trust, brand experience had no significant effect on brand loyalty, satisfaction brand had a significant influence on brand loyalty, brand trust had a significant influence on brand loyalty , experience the brand had an influence indirectly significant brand loyalty through mediation brand satisfaction, and brand experiences have indirect effect on brand loyalty through the mediation of confidence in the brand

    This study aimed to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization on local economic growth as well as view the ability of balance funds and private investment as a moderating variable, in strengthening the positive impact of fiscal decentralization on local economic growth in the province of Bali. The study was conducted in nine districts / municipalities in the province of Bali with a total sample of 45 samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study is partial least square (PLS). Hypothesis test results showed that only fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant impact on regional economic growth. Meanwhile, two moderating variables not proven to strengthen the positive effects of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in the region
