    Implementasi Social-Bricolage Entrepreneurship dan Digital Marketing sebagai Strategi Resiliensi Pelaku Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari

    This study aims to examine the effect of P2L program (social-bricolage entrepreneurship) on P2L business performance and to examine the role of digital marketing as mediating effect of social-bricolage entrepreneurship on P2L business performance. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is the manager/member of the P2L program group in Malang Regency and collected as many as 62 respondents from 30 P2L groups. Data analysis used the SEM-PL. The research findings show that social-bricolage entrepreneurship does not have a significant effect on the business performance of P2L group managers/members, but has a major impact on the use of digital marketing strategies so as to improve performance. This finding means that digital marketing has a full mediation role in the relationship between social-bricolage entrepreneurship and P2L business performance. In addition to explaining this relationship, this research also shows the need to frame the role of digital marketing within this framework, so that it can provide maximum benefits. Given this important role, managers/members of the P2L group should make maximum use of the existing digital platforms, both freely available and with support from relevant stakeholders

    Mediation Role of Work Flexibility on the Linking of Work Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction

    This study investigates the direct and indirect effect of work family conflict on job satisfaction. As a novelty of the research, the researcher added the work flexibility variable as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative analysis using a questionnaire as a research instrument which is distributed to as many as 113 respondents online. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were banking employees who were married. After the data is collected, then quality testing is carried out using validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS with the smartpls program. The results showed that work family conflict can reduce job satisfaction, work flexibility can affect job satisfaction. As well as moderating work flexibility in the relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction. It is hoped that further researchers can add the age control variable

    Analisis Peran Environmental Attitude pada Hubungan antara Consumer Innovativeness terhadap Purchase Intention

    This study investigates consumer innovativeness's direct and indirect effects on purchase intention. As a novelty of the study, the researcher added the environmental attitude variable as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire as a research instrument distributed to as many as 160 respondents online. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were students from all over Indonesia who met the predetermined criteria. After the data is collected, then do the test for quality using validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing uses structural equation modeling with the help of the smartpls program. The results show that consumer innovativeness has a direct effect on purchase intention. Increasing consumer innovativeness can directly increase purchase intention. Furthermore, the environmental attitude variable is proven to mediate the impact of consumer innovativeness on purchase intention. The recommendation for further research is to add moderating variables such as gender and age

    The Effect of Green Intellectual Capital on SMEs’ Business Sustainability

    This study aims to examine the effect of the dimensions of green intellectual capital, i.e. green human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital, on SMEs’ business sustainability.  The data of this quantitative research was collected from a survey of 100 respondents and analyzed by using partial least squares. This study shows that green human capital and green structural capital have no significant effect on SMEs’ business sustainability and that green relational capital influences the sustainability of SMEs’ business. The findings enrich the abundance of knowledge concerning green intellectual capital, especially in the context of SMEs, and prove that green intellectual practices in the SMEs sector are still relatively low. They also imply that SMEs actors should pay more attention to the relational aspect as a relationship with stakeholders is the primary source of strength to win the competition

    The Role of Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables on The Effect of Earning Per Share, Debt Equity Ratio and Price Book Value on Stock Price

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of dividend policy in mediating the effect of earnings per share, debt equity to ratio and price book value on stock prices. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with complete financial statements for the 2015-2020 period. Data were analyzed using path analysis method using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share have no effect on dividend policy. Debt equity to ratio has no effect on the company's dividend policy. Price book value has no effect on the company's dividend policy. Dividend performance has no effect on stock prices. Earning per share has an effect on stock prices. Debt equity to ratio has an effect on stock prices. Price book value has an effect on stock prices. Dividend policy is not successful in mediating the effect of earnings per share on stock prices. Dividend policy also failed to mediate the effect of debt euqity to ratio on stock prices. Furthermore, the dividend policy also failed to mediate the effect of price book value on stock price

    Sentimen Investor, Faktor Fundamental Makroekonomi dan Excess Return Pasar Saham di Indonesia

    This study aims to examine the effect of investor sentimen and macroeconomic fundamentals on excess returns which are useful for decision making in optimizing portfolios. This study used the aggregate market with the aim of knowing the entire stock market in Indonesia, and used daily data during 2020 with a total of 242 data according to the number of trading days in 2020. This study used trading volume, advance-decline ratio, market turnover, share turnover for sentiment investor indicators. SBI Interest Rate, S&P500 Index, and exchange rate were used as indicators of macroeconomic fundamentals. The sentiment investor proxies are analyzed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Through GARCH analysis, it is found that investor sentimen has a positive effect on excess return. Based on the Granger Causal test, the study found that excess return granger cause investor sentiment, but not vice versa. Regarding macroeconomic factors, it can be concluded that macroeconomic variables, namely interest rates, the US S&P500 index, and exchange rate have a simultaneous effect on excess return, where the macroeconomic variables explain 22,64% excess return in the Indonesian stock market

    Analisis Website Quality, Customer Satisfaction dan Repurchase Intention pada Bisnis E-Commerce di Indonesia

    The purpose of this study are to analyze the effect of website quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The sample in this study are 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using the Structure Equations Modeling. Based on the results, it shows that website quality has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction and an indirect effect on repurchase interest through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results also show that the website quality variable has no direct effect on repurchase intention

    Comparison of Indonesian Banking Performance Pre and Post Pandemic Covid-19

    This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of Indonesia's Banking Sub Sector before and during the pandemic. We apply the CAMEL method to assess the Bank's performance via CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non-Performing Loan), NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return on Assets), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) in both situations. The sample uses 42 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 – 2020. The results show that the CAR, NPL, and NPM values during the pandemic have increased compared to before the pandemic. However, the ROA and LDR values decreased during the pandemic compared to before the pandemic. The other findings exhibit no significant differences in CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, and LDR on bank performance before and during the pandemic. In conclusion, banks should be aware of changes during the pandemic and will change various financial transactions. The research results are also significant for policymakers to make policies that can facilitate the community and the banking world in the post-pandemic era by paying attention to changes

    Open Innovation: Analisis Gamification terhadap Intention of Engagement dan Brand Attitude

    This study aims to analyze the effect of gamification on the intention of engagement and brand attitude. This study also aims to identify and analyze user involvement in gamification activities as an open innovation process in the field of marketing. Questionnaires were distributed to 170 respondents and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study are the dimensions of perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the intention of engagement and brand attitude. The dimensions of perceived usefulness and perceived social influence only affect brand attitude. The perceived ease of use has no significant effect on the intention of engagement and brand attitude. In the context of user participation in open innovation, collaboration between users and Shopee does not seem to have a strong level of involvement. In the protection dimension, all games presented at Shopee Games have met the element of protection of intellectual property, which indicates an element of unique ideation as part of the sustainability of open innovation practices

    Faktor-Faktor Penentu yang Mempengaruhi Niat Penggunaan Mobile Payment

    The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Perceived Security, Perceived Compatibility, User Mobility, Personal Innovativeness, Social Norms, and Social Self Image on Intention To Use Mobile Payment on Gopay consumers in Surabaya. This study using a sample of 170 Gopay customers in Surabaya where at the time of sampling using a non probability sampling technique that is Sampling Purposive, then data was collected using an online questionnaire method and this research was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that Perceived Security, Perceived Compatibility, User Mobility has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness but for Personal Innovativeness it did not have a positive effect on Perceived Usefulness as a mediation, while for the mediating effect of Perceived Ease Of Use, the results showed that Perceived Security, Perceived Compatibility, User Mobility did not positive effect but Personal Innovativeness has a significant positive effect on Perceived Ease Of Use, for the results the mediation effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease Of Use does not affect the relationship between Perceived Security, Perceived Compatibility, User Mobility, Personal Innovativeness on Intention To Use Mobile Payment, lastly for the influence of social norms and social self image has a significant positive effect on Intention To Use Mobile Payment
