    Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai konsumen dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,862.Kuliatas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,878. Kualitas layanan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,208. Nilai konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,317.Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,345. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui nilai konsumen sebesar 0,273. kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pelanggan sebesar 0,303

    The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (2) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave, (3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on intention to leave, (4) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave through organizational commitment. This research was conducted by using path analysis (Path analys). Data on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to leave was obtained through interviews and using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents MPS Ngoro JOMBANG employee who is a partner of PT.Hm. Sampoerna Tbk. From the research variables that affect the intention to leave, namely job satisfaction variables significantly positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction variables were not significant negative effect on intention to leave, organizational commitment variables significantly influence the intention to leave, and organizational commitment variables moderating the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave

    Consumer satisfaction is a strategic aspect that must be created by marketers through the strategy it has set. Consumer satisfaction has a positive impact on the company's survival, because customer satisfaction can create a customer loyalty to the company or create a positive word-of-mouth relationship.Population in this research is consumer cafe Grow Malang counted 40 respondent by using non-probabillity sampling (saturated sampling). The method in this research is quantitative and descriptive research. Data that has met valitidas test and reliability, then through spearman rho analysis can be seen the following results; a) Product (X1) has a value of -0.57 which means having a very weak relationship with customer satisfaction, b) Price (X2) has a value of 0.463 which means the relationship price with consumer satisfaction is strong enough, c) Place (X3) has a value of 0.121, which means a place relationship with poor consumer satisfaction, d) Promotion (X4) has a value of -0.162, which means the relationship of promotion with consumer satisfaction is very weak. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i2.169

    The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Intention to Leave.The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using propotionate random sampling technique and the size of the samples to be determined 79 of 98 employes of PT. Bitung Mina Utama. The data collecting technique is questionnaire. The data is analyzed by using Path Analysis.The findings of this study show: (1) Organizational Culture has significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (2) Organizational Culture has significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (3) Organizational Culture has insignificant effect on Intention to Leave; (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (5) Job Satisfaction has insignificant effect on Intention to Leave; and (6) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on Intention to Leave

    ANALISIS PENGARUH BRAND EXPERIENCE TERHADAP BRAND PERCEIVED VALUE, BRAND SATISFACTION, DAN BRAND LOYALTY

    This research aims to analyze the influence of brand experience on brand perceived value, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty in one stop carcare service industry in Malang City and also to analyze how the role of brand perceived value and brand satisfaction in mediating the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty in one stop carcare service industry in Malang. This type of research is an explanatory research and sampling method used is non probability sampling with sampling purposive sampling technique. The sample of research is 200 consumer of D2 Autocare and Autowash Malang and the data obtained is analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart Modeling PLS version 3.0 program. The results show that brand experience directly does not significantly affect brand loyalty but brand experience significantly influence brand loyalty when mediated by brand perceived value and brand satisfaction that acts as a perfect mediation in this research. This indicates that the D2 should continue to improve brand experience, brand perceived value, and brand satisfaction to increase brand loyalty from consumers DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i2.170

    PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA

    This study aims  to determine the impact of and health on job satisfaction in Sugar Refinery Kebon Agung Malang. The number of population is 241 employees. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Sample in this study using the Slovin formula, obtained the results as many  as 150 respondents. This study using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is the salvation (X1) and health (X2) as the independent variable and job satisfaction as a variable dependent (Y). The results of this research stated  that safety and health has positive and significant impact to the job satisfaction in Sugar Refinery Kebon Agung Malang. This is shown by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.427 or 4.27% by F significance 0,000 F and partial effect also show significant impact, this study found that health variables has a greater impact  influence on other vaiables, this is the show with a regression coeficient of 0.636 DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i2.170

    ANALISIS VARIABEL YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL

    The aim of this study is to examine the effect of Capital Structure to the foods and beverages and pharmacy sub sector companies Listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study used six variables, including capital structure as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are profitability, liquidity, asset structure, growth opportunity, and the size company. Number of samples in this study are 22 companies with details of 14 companies from the foods and beverages sub sector and 8 companies from the pharmaceutical sub-sector. The analysis using multiple regression. The result reveals that profitability and growth opportunity variable have no effect on capital structure, both foods and beverages, pharmaceutical, as well as a test of overall  sub-sector. Otherwise, the variables of liquidity and asset structure have a significant effect on both sub-sectors. Size Company Variable has a difference where the size company showed a significant result for testing per sub-sector, but the overall test of size company is not a determinant of capital structure. This indicates that liquidity, asset structure, and size company need to be managed and controlled properly in order to arrange the composition of debt in the capital structure that is efficient and effective for the company DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i1.171

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study also investigates the indirect effect of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Samples in this study amounted to 170 customers who buy products boutique Zoya in Malang. Sampling method is used purposive sampling method. Hypotheses testing in this research is used PATH analysis. The research found that brand image and service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty.     The purpose of this study was to determine how big of a role Organizational Commitment  as a mediation influence training and work discipline to employee performance at DPPKA Malang. The samples are 205 respondents to the sampling method using proportional random sampling method. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach that is supported by the survey, is explanatory. Testing hypotheses in this research using path analysis. The results showed that the training and work discipline can improve employee performance DPPKA Malang, training and discipline can enhance organizational commitment to DPPKA Malang, and organizational commitment has a role as mediation influence training and ork discipline to employee performance at DPPKA Malang. The findings empirically indicated that in order to increase the commitment and performance of employees, the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue (DPPKA) Malang regency need to pay attention to the factors that can influence organizational commitment and performance of employees. Recommendations relating to the results of this research in improving organizational commitment and employee performance, it is recommended  leader that has the authority to control and more attention, and to conduct periodic performance evaluationsDOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i1.171

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekplanatory yang bertujuan untuk, menguji pengaruh peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 responden dan mereka adalah karyawan bagian produksi pabrik Kertas PT. Setia Kawan Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (probabilitas sampling), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen kuisioner. Untuk selanjutnya dianalisi menggunakan metode dan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) – Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, komunikasi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, dan Peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan
