    Talent Management dan Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Employee Retention Sebagai Variabel Moderator

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan talent management, knowledge management, employee retention dan kinerja karyawan serta menganalisis pengaruh talent management dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee retention pada Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Pada peneltian ini, populasi yang digunakan sejumlah 98 karyawan dan dikarenakan jumlah relative kecil maka peneliti menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga semua anggota populasi sebagai objek penelitian. Metode penelitian mengunakan teknik analisis path.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee retention, talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee retention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, talent management dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee retention. Employee retention belum mampu memediasi pengaruh talent management dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini diakrenakan hasil nilai penagruh langsung lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung

    This research aims to find out how the influence of cultural trends, brand ambassadors and prices on the purchase intention of Korean instant noodles. The population in this study is Twitter users, members of Korean Pop fans who idolize the ambassador brand from the Korean band "Super Junior" who consume instant noodles. The number of samples taken in this study used the Lemeshow formula as much 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability techniques, namely incidental sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that: 1) the culture trend of Korean Wave variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, 2) the brand ambassador variable  has a significant effect on purchase intention, and 3) the price variable has a significant effect on purchase intentio

    Factors of Using Non-Cash Payments to the Consumption Level of Students in Pematangsiantar City

    This study aims to determine the factors of the use of non-cash payments to the consumption levels of Pematangsiantar City students. In this study the level of student consumption as the dependent variable and the factors of using non-cash payments are perceived usefulness, perceivedease of use and perceived trust as independent variables. The population in this study were students of Accounting Department in the seventh semester at STIE Sultan Agung Pematangsiantaras many 167 people. This study used quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this research are classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination test, F test and t test.The results showed that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived trust had a positive and significant effect on student consumption levels. This is because students prefer to make any purchases (consumption) using non-cash payments.     Since the Covid-19 pandemic has been declared as a global pandemic, tourism was the most affected sector by pandemic Covid-19. For the tourism industry, there are direct consequences for the national and local restrictions that have a direct impact on people's lives to minimize the spread of the virus. There are human mobility and the possibility of direct physical contact between individuals. Several things that are considered by tourists in making travel decisions, including the risk perception and their travelling’s safety to a destination. There are several risk perceptions, namely the financial risk perception, time risk, social-psychological risk and health risk. Hypothesis using SEM AMOS to majority 16-25 years old respondents, found no direct influence between perceived risk and intention to travel. The results showed that an increase in risk perception did not affect a decrease in travel intention. Among the 4 variables tested, perceptions of financial risk have the greatest influence, followed by perceptions of health risk, social-psychological risk and time risk

    Peran Brand Love sebagai Mediasi Hedonic Product dan Self-Expressive Brand Terhadap Brand Loyalty

    This study aims to analyze the impact of hedonic products and self-expressive brands towards brand love and brand loyalty to Starbucks Coffee customers in Malang City. This study also analyzes the role of brand love as a mediator become an intermediary for hedonic products and self-expressive brands in influencing brand loyalty. The research object uses the Starbucks Coffee brand because Starbucks coffee is categorized as a hedonistic item and Starbucks builds a special bond with its customers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample consisted of 125 customers of Starbucks Coffee Mall Dinoyo Malang with the sampling technique was carried out accidental sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method using the IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS version 24.0 program is a method for analizyng data in this study. The results show that both hedonic products and self-expressive brands have a positive and significant impact on brand love. However, hedonic products and self-expressive brands do not have a direct influence on brand loyalty. Hedonic products and self-expressive brands have a significant effect on brand loyalty with the help of brand love as a mediator. Research also proves brand love has a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty.Â

    PENGARUH CONSUMER ONLINE RATING DAN REVIEW TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PENGGUNA MARKETPLACE TOKOPEDIA

    This study discusses the effect of consumer online rating and review of purchasing decisions on Tokopedia marketplace users. This study uses quantitative methods and the data analysis technique are multiple linear regression with questionnaire research as the instruments. Respondents in this study are the people in Palembang who actively use the Tokopedia application and the number of samples determined is 100 samples. The results of this study indicate that the rating and review variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the study can be a reference for the seller to improve the quality of the product in order to get a rating and positive reviews from consumers to increase sales

    This research was conducted at PT Bumisari Prima which has long been established and is a leader in the field of starch manufacturing. In this study aims to be able to analyze employee work communication, leadership and employee work training on employee job satisfaction at PT Bumisari Prima. Job satisfaction at this company has decreased due to communication, leadership and job training that has not been optimal. The population is 162 employees of PT Bumisari Prima and the sample is 115 employees of PT Bumisari Prima The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the hypothesis testing partially obtained tcount> ttable or 2.498> 1.982 and significant obtained 0.014 <0.05, tcount> ttable or 2.337> 1.982 and significant obtained 0.019 <0.05 and tcount> ttable or 2.359> 1,982 and significant obtained 0.020 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained F value (10.358)> F table (2.69) and the probability value of significance 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.198, this means that 19.8% of the variation of the dependent variable is the performance of PT Bumisari Prima employees which can be explained by variations in the independent variables that are free communication, leadership and work training while the remaining 80.2% explained by other variables not examined in this study.     Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli beras organik. Ada lima variabel yang akan diuji untuk melihat keterkaitannya dengan minat beli beras organik. Variabel-variabel tersebut adalah norma subyektif, kesadaran kesehatan, pengetahuan, persepsi terhadap harga, dan sikap sebagai mediasi antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang mereka adalah ibu rumah tangga di Desa Sambi. Sample diambil secara klaster per Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan kemudian dilakukan secara sistematik untuk menjaga data agar memenuhi sifat probabilistik yang menjadi dasar dari path analisis dengan analisis regresi yang akan digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengonfirmasi Theory of Planned Behaviour bahwa norma subyektif dengan dimediasi oleh sikap mempengaruhi seseorang untuk membeli beras organik. Selain itu, harga juga berpengaruh kepada ibu rumah tangga untuk memiliki minat beli beras organik. Sementara pengaruh kesadaran akan kesehatan dan pengetahuan terhadap minat beli beras organik, dalam penelitian ini tidak mampu dibuktikan secara nyata

    Analisis Pengaruh Atribut Influencer Marketing Produk Elektronik pada Platform Youtube terhadap Customer Purchase Intention

    The seemingly unlimited world makes competition increasingly fierce in the electronics industry. This phenomena makes the industry always look for ways to maximize the competitive advantage of the company. One of them is in marketing strategy. The use of influencer marketing is on the rise and will be able to increase the potential success of a product and brand on the market. But that does not mean the selection and use of influencer marketing can be done easily. Increasing of alternatives and expensive prices are the main problems during the selection process of influencer marketing that faced by industry. This study tries to find what attributes are the main focus for potential consumers in making product purchase decisions when watching video reviews on the Youtube platform. Data from 172 respondents were collected and analyzed in this research. It was found that the detail of product exposition is the most important attribute in making a purchase decision for a product and if execute well will ultimately increase customer purchase intentions of potential consumers who are using video reviews on the YouTube platform
