PEMANEN ENERGI LISTRIK DARI CURAH HUJAN MELALUI TRANSDUSER PIEZOELEKTRIK SECARA SERI DAN PARALEL
Electrical energy has become one of the basic needs for the continuity of human activities. From time to time human activities continue to increase and the demand for electrical energy also increases. In order to overcome this, many innovations in electricity are needed to support the need for electricity. By utilizing rainfall that continues to exist every year, this research was carried out to obtain the performance of converting raindrop energy into electrical energy through piezoelectric circuits and different rainfall parameters.
The method used in this research is an experimental method, where the pressure applied to the piezoelectric varies to produce a voltage. There are two types of tests carried out in this study, namely testing with a series circuit and testing with a parallel circuit of various height variations, including: 170 cm, 190 cm, 210 cm, 230 cm, 250 cm, and 270 cm. In testing series and parallel circuits, the highest output voltages are both at a height of 270 cm. However, when viewed from the whole experiment with ten variations to the six heights, the series circuit produces more average voltages than the parallel circuit.

MINIMASI KECEPATAN PROSES PEMILAHAN SAMPAH DAUR ULANG MELALUI PERBAIKAN TATA LETAK FASILITAS DI BANK SAMPAH MAJU SEJAHTERA
Maju Sejahtera Waste Bank is a waste processing industry in Manado City and is managed directly by the Malalayang District government which was established in 2021.
This research aims to find out the process of sorting recycling waste and make improvements to the layout of waste bank facilities using Promodel Software. Research was carried out at the Maju Sejahtera Waste Bank and data collection in the form of interviews with managers and workers of the waste bank and conducted direct observations to calculate the time of waste transport vehicles and documentation.
The results showed that the layout of the facility in the initial layout and the simulated proposal layout had a significant difference from the results of the simulations carried out.

10Along with the increasing population and technological advances, so The need for electrical energy is also increasing so that it demands the availability of energy continuous electricity. One of the problems faced by PLTU North Sulawesi-3 2x50 MW as a supplier of electrical energy is a decline in performance generating unit caused by the Coal Feeder equipment experiencing disturbance. From these problems, an analysis is needed to find out how influential Coal Feeder equipment has on performance generator. The research was conducted by observing the work of the Coal Feeder on load, plant operation data processing based on Performance Index Formula PT PLN 2007 generator. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: Coal Feeder operation plays an important role in the reliability and efficiency of the process power generation of PLTU Sulut-3 2x50 MW, so that if the Coal Feeder is disturbed it will affect performance generators such as low Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) and High Equivalent Forced Outage Rate (EFOR).

PENGARUH KECEPATAN PEMAKANAN TERHADAP KEKASARAN PERMUKAAN BENDA KERJA PADA MESIN BUBUT KENT USA RML-1640T
In the turning process, surface roughness is one of the important properties of the surface of an object because it determines whether or not the machine elements function properly. This is an obstacle in the industry, especially in manufacturing because it must be able to produce products with good surface roughness quality. Under these conditions, it is necessary to choose the right machining parameters. Some of the machining parameters that affect the quality of surface roughness are the main cutting angle and the feeding motion of the workpiece or feeding. Therefore, surface roughness is a measure of the accuracy and surface quality of a manufactured industrial product. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of feeding speed on the workpiece surface roughness in the KENT USA RML-1640T lathe process. To obtain the research results, it is necessary to test the lathe by varying the rotation by using a feed motion and a fixed depth of cut and the same test object material. The results of the analysis obtained from this study indicate that the feeding speed increases, the surface roughness increases. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression line equation is obtained y Μ =2.839+0.030x which predicts that for every 1 mm/min increase in infeed speed, the surface roughness on the lathe for infeed speeds of 114 to 380 mmm/r will increase by 0.030 ΞΌm. And from the significant test results, it was found that feeding speed had a significant effect on the surface roughness of the turning process..

IMPLEMENTASI HASIL RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENDINGIN UNTUK PENGUKURAN TEMPERATUR PEMOTONGAN PADA BENCH DRILL IXION BT 25
This research is an experimental study that is testing the drilling process to analyze the decrease in cutting temperature from the implementation of the cooling system design results on the IXION BT 25 bench drill. This test was carried out at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory of Unsrat. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from testing the drilling process without cooling and with cooling by varying the diameter of the drill chisel 8 mm, 12 mm, 17 mm, and 23 mm. The results of this study are in the form of a graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature without cooling, the graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature with the cooler and the graph of the relationship between the diameter of the drill bit and the cutting temperature without and using a cooler linearly. The conclusion of the research implementation of the cooling system design results for measuring cutting temperature on the bench drill IXION BT 25, shows that in the first experiment for a drill chisel diameter of 8 mm the temperature decreased by 21.7%, in the second experiment for a drill chisel diameter of 12 mm it reduced the temperature to 32. ,5%, in the third experiment for the diameter of the drill chisel 17 mm lower the temperature 65.5% and in the fourth experiment for the diameter of the drill chisel 23 mm lower the temperature 65.2%. Thus, the larger the diameter of the drill chisel used, the greater the temperature drop. Thus the implementation of the results of the cooling system design for measuring the cutting temperature on the IXION BT 25 bench drill can stabilize the cutting temperature so that it will extend the life of the drill tool.ΓΒ Keywords: Drill Chisel Diameter, Cutting Temperature, Cooling System Desig
Perancangan Rotor Turbin Angin Savonius Tipe-L Untuk Pembangkit Listrik Pada Rumah Tinggal
Rotor is one of the main component in wind power plant. The rotor plays a role in converting wind energy into rotary energy / mechanical energy. To connect the rotor to the gear requires a shaft. This research aims to design a rotor Savonius Wind Turbine with an L blade type for a Wind Power Plant. This research has two purposes, first to design the Rotor Savonius Wind Turbine and then simulate the rotor in the Ansys Workbench 18.1 to sees the output power. Second is making a Rotor to complete a miniature Wind Power Plant with a ratio of 1:5. ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ ΓΒ The result of the Rotor design is that the diameter is 1.25 m and the height is 2.5 m. Can operate at 6.25 m/s with the output power is 120 Watt. PENGARUH KECEPATAN POTONG TERHADAP UMUR PAHAT BOR PADA BENCH DRILL IXION BT 25 MENGGUNAKAN CAIRAN PENDINGIN
This study discusses how to determine the life of the drill chisel in the process of cutting workpieces using coolant and whether the cutting speed will affect the life of the chisel on the IXION BT 25 bench drill machine. The purpose of this study was to analyze the age of the chisel by varying the cutting speed and conducting linear regression analysis to determine the effect of cutting speed on the chisel life of the IXION BT 25 bench drill machine.The test results of the drill process on bench drill IXION BT 25 that has been developed using coolant obtained the first point cutting speed of 28,903 m / minute resulting in a chisel life of 0.019 minutes, the second point cutting speed of 29,908 m / minute resulting in a chisel life of 0.058 minutes and the third point cutting speed of 30,159 m / minute resulting in a chisel life of 0.108 minutes. From these results it is seen that the life of the chisel in the drill process using coolant will be increased by increasing the cutting speed. The results of linear regression analysis obtained by Y=-1.7697+0.0617X, this shows that the effect of cutting speed on the chisel life of the test results conducted on ixion BT 25 bench drill machines that have been developed using coolant that is each cutting speed increased by 1 m / minute will decrease the chisel life by 0.0617 minutes.ΓΒ Keywords: Cutting Speed, Chisel Life, IXION BT 25 bench drill machin
PENGARUH DIAMETER MATA BOR TERHADAP PEMAKAIAN DAYA LISTRIK PADA BENCH DRILL IXION BT 25
This research talked about whether using a larger drill bit will decrease or increase electricity usage and whether the drill bit will affect electricity usage on the bench drill IXION BT 25 drill machine. The goal of this research is to analyze the tendency of increasing or decreasing electricity usage on the bench drill IXION BT 25 drill machine based on the relationship graphic between drill bit diameter and power usage based on test results on the drilling process using a coolant and doing some linear regression analysis to obtain the drill bit relationship which affects the electric motor power usage on the bench drill IXION BT 25 drill machine.From the results of the drilling process on the bench drill IXION BT 25 drill machine which has been developed with the coolant, it is found that when the larger diameter of the drill bit is used, the electricity usage will increase. From the results of linear regression analysis, the relationship Y=-0,00088+0,00016X was obtained. Implementasi Metode Dual Response Dengan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Untuk Memprediksi Overcapacity Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Di Kota Manado
The dual response method is a method used to get maximum prediction results on artificial neural networks to be able to predict the next period. The purpose of this study is to predict the mass amount of waste that goes to the landfill for the next one year and the time of excess capacity at the Sumompo landfill based on historical data on the mass of waste that goes to the landfill and the area of ββthe Sumompo landfill.
The initial stage carried out in this study was to take historical data on the mass of waste that entered the Sumompo landfill at the Manado City Environmental Service then from the data searched for the average value and standard deviation of the historical data obtained, then the data was normalized to binary sigmoid form. with a range of 0.1 to 0.9. After that, the data is trained to recognize patterns through the training and testing process, then proceed to the simulation process to get predictive results.
Prediction results from research using the "trainlm" training function with network architecture 12-8-3-2 obtained the mass of waste that enters the final disposal site from September 2021 to August 2022 are: 1796172 tons, 1703016 tons, 1553125 tons, 1627118 tons , 1627118 tons, 1552924 tons, 1703036 tons, 1553150 tons, 1705416 tons, 1855288 tons, 1695870 tons, 1776243 tons. The prediction results show that the highest waste mass will occur in June 2022 with a pile height of 17 meters. Overcapacity of the final disposal site is predicted to occur in March 2022 where the landfill has exceeded the limit for the remaining volume of the landfill, which is 30,000,000 cubic meters of waste.
