    People's Perceptions of Tongke-Tongke Village East Sinjai District against Muhammadiyah

    This organization was originally a socio-religious movement, and finally the goal of political space, namely by becoming a special member of Masyumi Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah is a very large Islamic organization and has spread to all corners of the country. So it is interesting to study the perception of the community, especially the people of Tongke-Tongke Village towards Muhammadiyah.This study aims to determine the perception of the people of Tongke-Tongke Village towards Muhammadiyah and what factors influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was funded by the Research Grant Program Batch V of the PP Muhammadiyah Diktilitbang Council in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Sinjai. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of google forms to reach respondents who are far away and find it difficult to arrange time to meet. The data analysis was carried out through the steps of data collection, data presentation, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is little response to knowledge of Muhammadiyah by the people of Tongke-Tongke Village, this is because they are not cadres who have gone through organizational recruitment, however, they are the general public or sympathizers who basically become part of several activities that have been carried out by Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. This research can be used as a reference in making decisions about how the community responds and perceives the Muhammadiyah organization at the village level because previous research has focused on the sub-district level

    The International Context of Indonesia's Omnibus Law: A bibliometric review

    This research examines the perspectives of legal professionals on omnibus legislation in Indonesia, a legal and human rights issue. We have done data searches on hundreds of legal papers that address concerns relating to the law of copyright on the job. Using the keyword system on Google Search, several domestic and international legal periodicals are combed for data. He maintained his efforts to engage the coding system thoroughly with an in-depth examination and a high level of interpretation in order to understand how it may solve issues by emphasizing the quality and integrity of the data. On the basis of the research data and debate, the vast majority of legal professionals believe it to be a fantastic legal change. Nonetheless, the majority of them continue to dispute its efficacy and execution in light of the court's recent ruling that the Creative Economy and Work Law is unconstitutional with conditional enforcement.     Community Empowerment Through Tourism Development in East Kalimantan

    The tourism sector is the government's mainstay sector in development because this sector experiences rapid development every year so that it can increase the country's foreign exchange, local revenue, absorb many jobs and generate other economic sectors. This study uses the Mix Method model with a case study approach in three sample areas. Data analysis uses Qualitative Data Software Analysis NVivo12 Plus, with the aim of describing tourism development that is determined and regulated by the government through laws and regulations providing an overview of community involvement in many things such as eradicating poverty which will ultimately improve people's welfare and increase economic growth.     Hospitals are a very urgent need for people in unstable health conditions. Therefore, people choose hospitals that are able to provide the best service for people in need. The type of qualitative research through a phenomenological approach, while the results showed that the low use of health facilities was often due to the distance between hospitals and communities too far, high tariffs, unsatisfactory services, and that influenced the level of service utilisation, namely from health service providers, namely available facilities, service costs and distance, while the community itself as a user of health services, namely the social and socio-economic status of the community.     ­This study focuses on the implementation of health policies on the effectiveness of the Poor Certificate Program (Indonesia: Program Surat Keterangan Miskin / SKM) in Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency which is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the lack of communication and socialization of employees to the community, inadequate human resources that hinder the implementation of the program, the bureaucratic structure which is usually long, so that people who do not understand to participate in this program experience many things, obstacles. The purpose of this study is to develop knowledge in the field of public administration, especially regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of the SKM in Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency. The writer chose the descriptive qualitative research method because the author wanted to describe in detail and interpret the data or symptoms obtained during the research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, literature studies and other data sources that support the research. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the SKM in Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency was quite effective even though there were several obstacles, this was due to factors that were not yet optimal on effectiveness, both in terms of adaptability, the ability of officers to carry out their work, and resource achievement

    Managing Trust In The Implementation Network Of Food Diversification Policy In South Sulawesi Province

    This study is motivated by the phenomenon of regional food security. Food diversification policy is one of the efforts to fulfill sufficient, decent quality and safe food, which is based on optimizing utilization and based on the diversity of local resources. this is not in line with the fact that the level of regional food demand is greater than the existing supply. The rapidly increasing demand is the effect of increasing population, economic growth, increasing people's purchasing power and changing tastes in society. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of trust between actors in the implementation network of food diversification policies in South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of food diversification policies has not been effective, this is due to the process of cooperation and coordination of actors in the implementation network of food diversification policies that have not been implemented properly

    Responsiveness of the Indonesian Ombudsman in Handling Complaints about Maladministration of Police Services of the Republic of Indonesia

    The background of this research is the maladministration of Makassar Polrestabes services which can be seen in public complaints to the Ombudsman. The research problem is how responsive the handling of public complaints is. This study aims to determine the responsiveness in handling complaints in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. The approach used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological type, data obtained from informants namely the head and assistants of the RI Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi, Makassar Police Chief and staff, and the reporting community. Collecting data through interviews, observation and document review. The Miles and Huberman model interactive data analysis through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and inference/verification. The results of the study found three aspects of service responsiveness, namely input responsiveness, process responsiveness, and output responsiveness. All three have been carried out well based on work patterns that refer to applicable regulations. In the aspect of input responsiveness, the reporting community still complains because it is constrained by administrative and substantive requirements so that the report is not processed to the case register stage. Settlement of public complaints regarding maladministration of Makassar Polrestabes services is resolved with recommendations for clarification, mediation or conciliation, by providing understanding to the public on the service process. To increase responsiveness, the Ombudsman needs to carry out intensive socialization and assistance to parties affected by maladministration

    Analysis of Competencies, Individual Behavior and Trainee Satisfaction in Human Reseource Development Center Regional Bukittinggi

    This study aims to analyze the competence ofparticipants in theera  of the covid-19 pandemic at the Bukittinggi Regional Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Bukittinggi), analyze the individual behavior of trainees in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Bukittinggi Regional PPSDM, analyze the satisfaction of trainees in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Bukittinggi Regional PPSDM. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods and is carried out at the Bukittinggi Regional PPSDM. The data collection technique spread the questionnaire with a population of 120 trainees and validation tests using softwere Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. The results of this study illustrate 1) Kompetension got the highest mean score of 4.675 and TCR of 93.5% is already very good. 2) Individual behavior, getting the highest mean value of 4.325 and TCR of 86.5% is good. 3) The e-learning method  is a statement with the lowest value, namely with a mean value of 3.26 and TCR of 65.167% knowledge which is still low. 4) Customer satisfaction is a statement with the lowest value, namely with a mean value of 3.26 and TCR of 65.167% knowledge which is still low. 4) Customer satisfaction is a statement with the lowest value of 3.26 and TCR of 65.167% knowledge which is still low. 4) Customer satisfaction is a statement with the lowest value of 3.26 and TCR of 65.167% knowledge which is still low.  got the highest score of the mean of 4.65 and the TCR of 93% with a good category.  It can be concluded that of the 4 variables, 3 of them with a high category are good while the  low category is in the knowledge variable of  e-learning learning methods

    Bukit Khayangan is the name of a flagship tour of Sungai Penuh City which is managed by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Sungai Penuh City. However, problems are still found because there are visitors who are disappointed because Bukit Khayangan Tourism is not well maintained, such as garbage scattered about because the trash can is not yet available. In addition, there are no guide officers who directly serve tourists. Tourist facilities such as tourist huts that were built on the strategic side of this tour are feared that the roof will fall on visitors who are sitting in the hut. Then the unavailability of lodging around the tour. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach whose aim is to determine the effect of the independent variable (Quality of Service and Tourism Facilities) on the dependent variable (Community Happiness). The population in this study were visitors to Bukit Khayangan Tourism in 2020, amounting to 15,512 people. The sample in the study was determined by the Taro Yamane formula and an error rate of 10%, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Then from the sample, using the Proportional Random Sampling technique, if the technique is not sufficient in the number of samples, it will be continued with the Accidental Sampling technique. by 26.6% ; tourism facilities on the happiness of the community from the R Square value of 0.103, which is 10.3%. And simultaneously, the two dependent variables on people's happiness from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.347, which is 34.7%. From the results of data processing, it is proven that the people who visit Bukit Khayangan Tourism are happy with the services provided by the tour manager and also the tourist facilities provided by the Sungai Penuh City Culture and Tourism Office

    The Influence of Human Resource Competence on Service Quality for Functional Appropriate Certificates (LFS)

    Function-worthy Certificate (LFS) is a form of government control over the strength of building construction before it is used. If the building is to be erected, it must have a Building Permit (IMB), then after the building is erected and before being used, it must have an SLF. The concept of service quality can be understood through consumer behavior in finding, buying, using and evaluating a product or service that is expected to satisfy their needs. indeed sometimes it takes a lot of time with fairly complicated requirements that must be completed by the developer or building owner. These factors influence each other in order to achieve a good qua lity of public service. Competence is the ability possessed by a person including knowledge, skills, creativity, attitude to do his job well based on work standards and procedures for providing services that have been set. The formulation of the problem in this study is how much influence employee competence has on service quality at the Makassar City DPMPTSP Office. The research methodology used is a quantitative research approach. The population is 79 samples. Purposive sampling so that the sample is 79 people. Data Collection Instruments, Observations, Questionnaires. Data Analysis Techniques Validity Test, Significance Test. Reliability test. The results of the HR Competency research have a positive and significant effect on. Quality of Service Management of Licenses for the Management of Function-worthy Certificates (LFS) at the Makassar City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) Office. smaller than 0.05.
