Simultaneous test of motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> F table or (32.194> 2.770), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road

    Get PDF
The tsunami is the biggest threat to countries around the world tectonic plates and the ring of fire, including Indonesia. The impact of economic losses and heavy casualties made the tsunami worth watching out. Ecosystem-based tsunami disaster mitigation efforts are deemed necessary, considering that 2/3 of Indonesia consists of the sea. The coral reef is one of the coastal ecosystems that can reduce tsunami waves by up to 50% before it hits coastal areas. However, the current condition of coral reefs is very alarming due to the actions of irresponsible humans. Collaboration between stakeholders is needed to carry out ecosystem-based tsunami disaster mitigation efforts. Collaborative governance becomes an essential issue in efforts to build and improve services in the public sector by involving all relevant stakeholders. The sectoral ego of the stakeholders is no longer relevant to be maintained because each actor has their strengths and weaknesses. Collaboration between actors framed in a collaboration platform by having a principled engagement, shared motivation, and collective capacity will produce better results

Besides, several challenges started to appear; such as the limited number of staff who provided the online-based service for the community, the community’s inadequate understanding of how to use the Internet and the online-based licensing services, lack of facilities and infrastructures, and others. The challenges could be reduced by optimizing the education and training for the staff, optimizing socialization from DPM-PTSP to the community who were not experienced in using technology networks, providing facilities and infrastructures needed by providing budget, and optimizing service provision. Furthermore, DPM-PTSP should well respond to the customers’ complaints and improve their service performances
