    The Influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Policy on Community Welfare in Kubung District, Solok Regency

    The Family Hope Program and its impact on Community Welfare in Kubung District, Solok Regency, is one of the Government's policies to address poverty problems, especially meeting the health and basic education needs of children from poor families and providing assistance with conditions that must be met by participants before receiving assistance. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kubung District, Kab. Solok and to find out whether the Family Hope Program has an effect on Community Welfare in the District. Kubung District of Solok. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research to reveal facts related to the Family Hope Program and its impact on community welfare in the district. Lemur. The population in this study were all participants of the Family Hope Program in the district. Lemur. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, while the categories of samples taken by researchers were those who had become PKH participants and because the population in the study was difficult to reach as a whole, the number of samples was set at 61 people. To measure respondents' opinions through questionnaires regarding the events and symptoms they experienced, researchers used a Likert scale technique. And data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the SPSS system and data analysis through observation and interviews to strengthen the results of statistical analysis.     Interest Affect and Type of benefits in the Implementation of the Slumless City Program in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi

    The handling of slum areas through the City Without Slums program has been implemented in a number of areas since 2016, after the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing issued Circular No. 40/SE/DC/2016. The program is expected to improve the quality of the environment so that the level of welfare and the regional economy will increase. Through this article, the researcher intends to provide an overview of the implementation of the City Without Slums program in Bone Regency, from the aspect of Interest Affect and Type of Benefits, through a qualitative research method. By using Interactive Model Analysis, in processing the data from the observations. documentation and interviews, it was found that the City Without Slums program in Bone Regency was carried out with an orientation to the public interest with a decentralized system and community empowerment. The government formulates a strategy for dealing with slum areas by paying attention to the suitability between community needs and existing problems, then the community is used as the main actor in implementing the strategy. This program has also provided collective benefits for the local government and the people of Bone Regency, in terms of the economy and the provision of public services. In order for the implementation of the KOTAKU program in Bone Regency to run optimally, the government needs to pay attention to the capabilities and number of existing program implementers

    The Use of Social Media in Public Services Delivery: A Case in Selected West Java Local Governments

    Adoption of social media by government agencies is typically associated with the promotion of transparency, participation, and cooperation. However, less emphasis has been placed on the use of social media for public service delivery. As a result, this article investigates the tactics used by eight local governments in West Java Province to develop content for social media. To that end, the research re-creates a well-known interpretive framework of social media interactions in the public sector, focusing on three categories: information provision, citizen involvement, and public service delivery. The present research puts the methodology to the test by analyzing Twitter data from a key collection of local governments. The findings support the use of social media to disseminate institutional information and encourage connections with people. At the same time, local governments in West Java  are beginning to employ social media to perform public services

    The Influence of Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Company Performance With Leverage as a Moderating Variable in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period

    ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance (GCG), risk management on company performance. The population in this study came from the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method with the secondary data type, which produces a sample of 27 companies. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The results of this study show how that Risk Management does not affect Company Performance, The results of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) affect the Company's Performance, simultaneously concluded that simultaneously the variables of GCG and Risk Management have a positive and significant effect on variable Y, namely Company Performance and based on the Cross-section F value of 0.6478, the value of Cross-section F probability is greater than the significance level of 0.05  that is 0.6478> 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which shows positively Leverage Moderates Risk Management on Company Performance and based on the Cross-section F value of 0.0000, the value of Cross-section F probability is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 that is 0.0000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which shows positively Leverage Moderates Good Corporate Governance on Company Performance

    Utilization of Technology to Enhance Accessibility of Public Services for the Community

    The utilization of technology in public services has been identified as a potential solution to improve accessibility and efficiency of public services for the community. This study aims to explore the role of technology in enhancing the accessibility of public services for the community in Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative research approach and used semi-structured interviews as the primary data collection technique. The findings of the study suggest that the utilization of technology can improve the accessibility and efficiency of public services for the community in Indonesia. The study identified several factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of technology in public services, including funding, infrastructure, and technical expertise. The study suggests that public sector organizations need to address these challenges and leverage the facilitators identified in this study to successfully implement technology-based public services initiatives

    This study aims to determine and describe the Competence of Village Fund Allocation Management in Kapala Pitu District, North Toraja Regency. The method used is an interactive model, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results show that 1) The availability of adequate information about village funds is considered to have been implemented effectively. 2). Public knowledge and insights about village funds are considered to have been implemented effectively. 3). Increasing public trust in the management of the Village Fund is considered to have run effectively. 4). The increased community participation in village fund activities is considered to have been implemented effectively. Overall, it can be understood that the Competency of Village Fund Allocation Management in Kapala Pitu District, North Toraja Regency has been running effectively. project finished. So that the responsiveness of the village community in Kapala Pitu to the implementation of village governance runs well, the allocation in the implementation of the village fund program has been able to increase public trust in the village government, the result is that village development is getting more advanced. The creation of a good relationship between the community and the government through community empowerment with the labor-intensive model of the local village community is given the opportunity to implement the village fund program both in physical and non-physical development

    Transparency in Village Fund Management in Bontocani District Bone Regency

    Transparency is perceived as the disclosure of information to the public regarding the process or performance of the government. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of transparency in the management of village funds in Bontocani District, Bone Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection process includes the stages of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. The stages of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the transparency in the management of village funds in the Bontocani District was quite good in its implementation, but still needed to be improved. There is still some information that is not known by the community, even though all information regarding the management of village funds should be transparent. The village government has implemented the applicable rules and regulations

    Government Policy In Distribution Of Cash Social Assistence (BST) In The New Normal Era

    This study examined government policies in the distribution of Cash Social Assistence (BST) in the new normal era of the covid-19 pandemic. Research location in Darul Aman District of East Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that government policies in the distribution of BST social assistance to the poor in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic were in fact middle-class economic communities.  Although they are affected by Covid-19, many poor families affected by Covid-19 do not get BST social assistance. In the new normal era, the Government of Indonesia re-opened public spaces for community activities in the hope that the wheels of the people's economy returned to normal, but people's dependence on social assistance actually increased and the community continued to rely on social assistance from the government. Thus the community does not seek to develop itself in order to improve the family economy.

    The Collaboration in Socializing Policies of Covid-19 Pandemic

    Role of regional government in socializing the policy produced by SKPD of this local government is an obligation for every apparatus to socialize that policy so that the society, as the main receiver of the related polciy, will get their rights and obligations properly. The communication of regional government in this research can be discussed in more explicit regarding the flow of that communication delivery from the government to the community. The method used in this research was decriptive with qualitative approach and applied the theory of Edward III to see the stages of communication in its role in socializing the policy of the Government of South Tangerang City. Those types of socialization media were main instruments of regional government pf South Tangerang to socialize policies. There was another type of socialization namely direct media or socializing to every neighbourhood. The conclusion of this research was that the socializing of policies has been conducting through various types of media; online, printed, and electronics. The Office of Communication and Informatics of South Tangerang City played its role also in regards to socialization by cooperating with Press Councils to monitor the behaviors of media. It is suggested that th e Government of South Tangerang City keeps improving their performance in socializing policies so that these will reach the purposes of the policies produced in order to build law order society towards the policies made
