Analysis of Administrative Services on Organizational Governance through Managerial Performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province
Human resources are one of the very important factors and cannot be separated from an organization. Today, human resources are no longer viewed only as resources but are capital or asset in an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of administrative services on managerial performance, analyze the effect of administrative services on organizational governance, and analyze the indirect influence of administrative services through managerial performance on the organizational governance of BPSDM South Sulawesi Province. The study was carried out at the BPSDM of South Sulawesi Province with a sample based on the Slovin formula determined by 322 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) contained in the AMOS v. 22 program. The results of the study using path analysis were obtained as follows: First, the implementation of administrative services affects the governance of the BPSDM organization. Second, managerial performance practices have not been able to encourage the implementation of administrative services in influencing the governance of the BPSDM organization. The results of the test showed that administrative services had a positive effect on organizational governance variables. This means that the implementation of administrative services can improve the implementation of organizational governance. Public Perception of the Use of Brokerage Services at the Kolaka Ferry Port: Experience, Selective, and Contextual Based
The existence of brokers in administrative services raises various perceptions among the public. Some people think that the presence of brokers as one of the negative image bearers of the organization, and some people perceive it as a positive thing. Therefore, this article is here to explain the public perception toward the use of brokers with the research located at Kolaka Ferry port. This research uses quantitative methods with data sources derived from the results of questionnaires and supported by secondary data related to the use of brokerage services and ticketing services at ports. The research data were then analyzed descriptively by percentage, starting with calculating the respondent's value for each aspect, recapitulating the value, calculating the average value, and calculating the presentation. The results showed that the people in Kolaka Regency felt happy and were helped by the presence of brokers. Unofficial ticket services are the reason people prefer to use brokerage services when buying tickets. Brokers who provide services will not be held responsible when people are caught using their services. In addition, the community supports the provision of punishment when a port manager is involved in the practice of brokering
Optimization of The Implementation of Regional Financial Supervision In The Regional Government Of Banten Province
Regional financial management supervision activities are carried out as a form to test the accountability and compliance of local governments in the performance of conducting regional financial management. The implementation of financial management supervision is carried out in a multilevel manner and organized by internal and external government agencies. The implementation of internal supervision is carried out through the Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP), further implemented and strengthened by the implementation of internal government supervision by the Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP), as well as external government supervision carried out by the Audit Board as an independent body. Optimizing the supervisory function of regional financial management in Banten Province needs to be done because there are still many financial management problems faced by the Banten Provincial Government. Of course, the purpose of this study was to find out how efforts to optimize the implementation of regional financial supervision in the Regional Government of Banten Province. Researchers use qualitative research methods with an expiatory approach. This research uses the study of the reliability theory of public sector audits by prioritizing the competence and professionalism of auditors, strong and independent public sector audit institutions, and the existence of clear audit standards. The result obtained is the need to improve the competence and professionalism of auditors even amid a pandemic because the increase in auditor competence is needed to produce optimal supervision, in addition to the need for strengthening independent and credible supervisory institutions.Keywords: Optimization, Supervision, Regional Financ
Evaluation of the Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L) During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Garut Regency
The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Garut Regency, implemented by the Food Security Agency (DKP) using the CIPP Evaluation Model. The Food Security Agency (BKP), the Ministry of Agriculture through the Food Security Service from 2010 to 2019 has implemented Sustainable Food House Area Activities (KRPL) through optimizing the use of yard land. Since 2020, it has been transformed into a Sustainable Food Garden (P2L). This study uses a qualitative method. The research is descriptive (descriptive research), that is, describes the actual situation in accordance with the object of research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques in five farmer groups/women farmer groups in Garut Regency and in-depth interviews with ten informants who were directly involved with the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program. The results showed that the Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L) in Garut Regency had been running well and effectively starting from the submission, distribution of the assistance to farmer groups/KWT as well as assistance carried out by the local office and extension workers in the fields. Although in implementation there are still some obstacles faced in the field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the P2L program was an alternative solution to fulfill family food security. Institutional Network Model in the Coordination of Street Vendor Empowerment in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
The management of street vendors that interferes with city governance has not been effective because it is sporadically done by the displacement or seizure of trading facilities. The pattern is thus ineffective in its construction because it does not reduce the amount, nor the behavior of the street vendors. This research aims to determine the pattern of coaching and explore the model of handling the use of street vendors through a synergic approach between agencies in coordination. This study uses descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The research site is the location of the street vendors trade in the city of Makassar, the research informant consists of the street vendors, government officials, and public citizens. Data is collected through direct interviews with an informant, field observations, and document analysis. Data analysis is done at the same time when collecting data using the interactive models of Huberman and Miles is data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing and verifying. Data, source, and time triangulating data. The results showed the construction of the street vendors still oriented to the regulatory offenders and carried out partially by the agency according to its interests so that the handling has not synergized between government agencies and other related parties. Construction of street vendors is institutionally implemented by sub-district offices and assisted by Makassar public order police, while for the utilization of street vendors needed a model coordinated centrally by the mayor to be structured, programmatic, and integrated so that the street vendors can be empowered and contribute to the development of the city
The Implementation of National Police Assesment Center in Encouraging Open Career Promotion
The competency of Indonesian National Police human resource is believed as the main factor in determining the successful of Indonesian National Police organization. Now, Indonesian National Police has been conducting an opening of career promotion program which one of the stages is use Assessment Center to examine managerial competencies. This research aims to analyze the policy and the impact of Assessment Center implementation in encouraging the opening of career promotion. The researcher used qualitative approach by applying observation, interview, and documents study as the data collecting techniques. The result of this research is the policy of implementing the Assessment Center in encouraging the opening of career promotion, in a narrow sense, has been done well although it hasn’t been done yet entirely. In a broad sense, the implementation of the Assessment Center in encouraging the opening of career promotion has not been succeed and have not had positive impact. This could happen for the Indonesian National Police as a bureaucracy organization, does not have the capacity of organization as the bureaucracy’s breadwinner, in which involves: organization structure; work mechanism; human resources; financial support and needed resources. Those four elements are still not able to optimize the condition and encourage each other
The Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) And Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Financial Performance of Bank DKI
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Financial Performance at PT Bank DKI, period 2010 - 2019. The method used is descriptive quantitative by using classical assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression, T-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The t-test results showed that CAR has no significant effect on ROA. LDR has no significant effect on ROA. NPM has a significant positive effect on ROA. The F-test results showed that simultaneously CAR, LDR, NPM have a significant effect on ROA at PT Bank DKI for the 2010-2019 period. The coefficient of determination test results showed the contribution of the independent variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to Return On Assets (ROA), (by Adjusted R2) is 72.5% and the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other factors. The limitation of this research is the sampling of research using the financial statements of 2010 – 2019. The variables taken are only limited to banking fundamental factors, namely liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. This research is expected to enrich information as a reference as well as literature on banking financial performance by using banking fundamental ratios, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposits (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA)
Effect Of Government’s Policy to Build 1 Million Houses on Performance of Housing and Apartment Credits of Banks Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during Period 2015-2017
Through the Directorate General of Housing Financing, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing estimates that by 2025 the number of housing needs in Indonesia will reach 30 million units based on calculating housing needs (backlog) of population growth. In 2015, the Government Program's number of achievements for the Construction of One Million Houses was around 700 thousand units. In 2016, it reached 805,169 housing units, and in 2017 onwards, it is expected to reach the target of 1 million houses per year. The main problem in a housing development or the property sector is land availability and various communities' purchasing power. The government policy related to the construction of 1 million houses coupled with easy licensing of the land sector and provision of subsidies such as the liquid housing finance facility (FLPP) has stimulated the banking sector and other financial institutions to finance the property sector. The residential segment, namely apartments and housing, is the most significant contributor to the national property capitalization value, reaching 55.8%. The growth rate of the capitalization value of the residential sector reached 16.5%, from Rp. 152.7 trillion to Rp. 177.9 trillion in 2017. The Effect Of Organizational Culture, Work Competency and Discipline on Work Spirit That Impact on Employee Performance at The Business of Transportation in West Jakarta
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence and work discipline on work morale which has an impact on employee performance at the West Jakarta Transportation Agency. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 125 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that organizational culture has a significant effect on work morale by 25.9%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Competence has a significant effect on work morale by 39.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on work morale by 26.7%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture, competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work morale by 48.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work enthusiasm has a significant effect on employee performance by 38.8%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0 ,05..

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Ministry of education and culture-Research and Technology) issued a Permendikbud No. 30 the Year 2021 on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS) in the College Environment. The policy raises pros - cons that are caused by the presence of the controversy the purpose and contents of the Culture of the. This study analyzes the perspectives of people through social media in response to the discharge of Permendikbud 30 of these.
