Sources and symbols of the Song of Resurrection „Havun, havun” (Bird, bird) by Grigor Narekatsi (947 – 1011) (in Latvian)
In the article two songs of Resurrection by Gregor Narekatsi and the symbolic meaning of „bird” in them are considered. The first song „Havun, havun” (Bird, bird) as periphrase of Song of Songs and the second song „Havik mi paitsar” (Bird descending on the cross stone) with its relation to this symbolic are analysed
Is Scientific Modeling an Indirect Methodology?
Imagine, quarks will be retained as a construct in all future physical theories. Do physicists need more than this kind of invariance to claim the "real existence" of quarks and believe in having a "direct representation" of them?
If we consider modeling not as a heap of contingent structures, but (where possible) as evolving coordinated systems of models, then we can reasonably explain as "direct representations" even some very complicated model-based cognitive situations. Scientific modeling is not as indirect as it may seem. "Direct theorizing" comes later, as the result of a successful model evolution

Physics and Religion in the Crossroads of Paradigms
The change of paradigms in physics and Christianity during historical periods up to the nowadays postmodernism situation is shortly discussed. The search for new physics paradigms in the direction of unification of general relativity theory with quantum theory is analyzed as well as the present status of this search in the context of postmodernism tendencies in Christianity
TGD Inspired Model of Living Matter
Basic ideas of TGD inspired view about quantum biology are discussed. TGD inspired theory of consciousness provides the basic conceptual framework besides new view about space-time and quantum theory, in particular dark matter hierarchy whose levels are labelled by the increasing value of Planck constant so that macroscopic quantum systems are predicted to be present in all length scales. This gives a justification for the notion of field body having onion-like fractal structure with astrophysical size and using biological body as a sensory receptor and motor instrument. Great evolutionary leaps correspond naturally to the increases of Planck constant for the highest level
in "personal" hierarchy of Planck constants implying a scaling up of time scales of long term memory and planned action. The notion of magnetic body leads to a generalization of the notion genome: one can assign coherently expressed super genome to single organ and hyper genome to an entire population. Important experimental input comes from high Tc superconductivity, from the strange findings related to cell membrane, and from the effects of ELF em fields on vertebrate brain. The model for EEG based on "dark" photons predicts correctly its band structure and also narrow
resonances in theta and beta bands in terms of cyclotron resonance frequencies of biologically important ions
Rudolf Steiner. On mathematics and Reality
We consider philosopher and mystic Rudolf Steiner as a searcher after new scientific paradigm who wants to put in the ground of his system mathematics and mathematical thinking, remaining by this in the position of occultism. In the article we want to enlighten in which sense he is using term “mathematics”, what he understands by it, and how he sees its connection with reality. We consider an example how Steinerian idea could possibly be connected with Feynman’s quantum mechanical interpretation. We are coming to the
conclusion that contemporary science and theoretical physicists particularly should turn more attention to Rudolf Steiner as a natural scientist in its own sense
Towards Model-Based Model of Cognition
If it's true that models are the ultimate results of cognition, then shouldn't we try reordering the field of the philosophy of cognition, starting with the notion of model? In this way, couldn't we obtain a unified and more productive picture - a model-based model of cognition
Kaluza-Klein-Carmeli Metric from Quaternion-Cliord Space, Lorentz’s Force, and Some Observables
It was known for quite long time that a quaternion space can be generalized to a Clifford space, and vice versa; but how to find its neat link with more convenient metric form
in the General Relativity theory, has not been explored extensively. We begin with a representation of group with non-zero quaternions to derive closed FLRW metric [1],
and from there obtains Carmeli metric, which can be extended further to become 5D and 6D metric (which we propose to call Kaluza-Klein-Carmeli metric). Thereafter
we discuss some plausible implications of this metric, beyond describing a galaxy’s spiraling motion and redshift data as these have been done by Carmeli and Hartnett
[4, 5, 6]. In subsequent section we explain Podkletnov’s rotating disc experiment. We also note possible implications to quantum gravity. Further observations are of course recommended in order to refute or verify this proposition
