The Utilisation of Synchronous and Asynchronous Online Learning Media in Distance Learning in Madrasah Aliyah
The use of online learning media, both synchronous and asynchronous, has become part of an interesting phenomenon and deserves attention in today's era of technological development. This study aims to analyse the use of online media in distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah in terms of media utilisation, namely, the aspect of determining media and the aspect of media implementation. This research used descriptive qualitative methods in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Ponorogo. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The data is analysed using the Miles Huberman model of data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, the determination of synchronous and asynchronous online media in the implementation of distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out through three main points sequentially, namely setting criteria, determining alternative media, and performance in the classroom. Second, the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous online media in the implementation of distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out in two forms, individually and in combination. Synchronous online media is implemented in virtual face-to-face activities and material deepening. In contrast, asynchronous online media is implemented in practical exercises and assignments. As for presentations, discussions and exams of synchronous and asynchronous online media are implemented combatively

The Perceived Utility and University Enrolment Intention in Indonesia: Students Perspective
This study investigates the difference between the utility of general higher education (GHE) and Islamic higher education (IHE), students' enrolment intention, and their correlation. Data were collected using questionnaires. The participants of this study were 753 students in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Researchers used convenience and snowballing sampling techniques. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Spearman's correlation. This study proves that the level of utility and all its factors (economic and non-economic benefit, probability of success, and cost) differ significantly between GHE and IHE (Sig<0.05). Moreover, it was found that all factors correlate with enrolment intention (Sig<0.05). However, correlation coefficients indicate that the cost of GHE and IHE is the factor with the weakest correlation (p=0,139 and p=0.084) with enrolment intention. The strongest correlation with enrolment intention is the utility of GHE and IHE (p=0,597 and p=0.579) and the possibility of success in GHE and IHE(p=0,614 and p=0.530). This study offers practical recommendations for higher education institutions and suggests future research

Muslim Post-Graduate Students’ Self-Leadership Skills and Productivity during Remote Teaching and Learning
The study aims to investigate the impact of self-leadership on Muslim postgraduate students’ achievement or productivity during remote teaching and learning in Malaysian higher education institutions. The research instrument was a Likert questionnaire that measured the dimensions of self-leadership and productivity. The study employed principal component analysis (PCA) and path analysis using AMOS. The findings supported self-leadership as a multidimensional construct with five underlying dimensions comprising self-determined goals, self-reward, self-punishment, self”“observation and self-cueing. Several latent variables further supported each dimension. In addition, the results showed that the dimensions of self-leadership and productivity are psychometrically sound regarding divergent and convergent validity. The average variance explained for each variable was (> .05), and the values for composite reliability of the constructs ranged from (.887 and .910). Furthermore, the study found that the dimensions of self-leadership, i.e. self-goal, self-reward, self-punishment, self”“observation and self-cueing, positively predicted Muslim students’ productivity during remote teaching and learning, with a p-value of less than 0.00. The study recommends promoting self-leadership strategies to enhance students’ productivity and, in turn, their overall educational performance
