    This research is a quantitative descriptive study using data collection techniques, namely questionnaire / questionnaire, interview and observation. This research was conducted in class X Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Karomah Paterongan Galis Bangkalan, the results of this study to determine the effect of local wisdom in planti ng character education, forms of local wisdom and ways of planting character education in class X MA Nurul Karomah. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, conclusions show that there is an influence of local wisdom in the cultivation of character education class X MA Nurul Karomah, forms of wisdom in MA Nurul Karomah in the form of 1). Yellow Book Study. 2). Madura smooth engunt bunten. 2). Students stand up and say hello when the teacher wants to enter the class. Cultivation of character education is done through from class X by giving good examples to students

    Every individual who feels satisfied with his work will provide optimal performance. These conditions also occur in the world of education so job satisfaction is an important thing that must be owned by the teacher. Teachers who have satisfaction in their work will try to give their best performance. In fostering a sense of satisfaction with the work of the teachers, it takes the conditions of the workplace or school that can support optimization of performance. The conducive workplace conditions are reflected in the culture that exists in the school and can be felt by the teachers. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in private upper secondary school administrators in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research is a population research that uses the subject of teachers who work in one private high school in Surabaya. The number of subjects of this study were 50 private high school teachers in Surabaya. The instrument used in this study is the scale of organizational culture and job satisfaction scale. The scale of organizational culture in this study was based on Robbins and Coulter's theories. While the job satisfaction scale in this study was based on Spector's theory. Data analysis in this study uses product moment correlation. The results of the product moment analysis (r = 0.670, p <0.05) showed significant results. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted that there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among high school teachers. The correlation coefficient of 0.670 indicates the direction of the relationship in this study which is positive, meaning that the better the teacher's perception of organizational culture in schools, the higher job satisfaction experienced by teachers

This led to horizontal conflicts thatled to the decline of the Indonesian nation, and the occurrence of riots everywhere.The purpose of this article is to describe the urgency of Civic Education based onmulticultural in fostering the diversity of Indonesian society. This research method isliterature review. Multicultural based Citizenship Education (PKn) plays a veryimportant role in fostering the diversity of Indonesian society so that diversity is not asource of conflict, but rather as a basis in tolerating and respecting the diversity thatexists in order to realize the state of Indonesia with Unity in Diversity. Civic learningbased on multicultural education is a simple method and strategy, in order to createthe character of the nation's children who can live in the nuances of difference.Therefore, in the learning process students should be brought closer to thecommunity, life and mutuality in society. Students should be familiar and trained indealing with and solving existing diversity problems in society. Civics teachers mustmake a self-transformation and self-restoration to prepare themselves for guardingand teaching on a multicultural basis. Teachers should get guidance and direction inorder to play a maximum role so that multicultural education can be implementedthrough Civics well. The researchmethodology used is qualitative descriptive. From the results of the research shows that thedevelopment plan of PTLP in Idamdehe village has been socialized since 2011-2013.     The objective of this study is to map and to find out the development and change of thecontents of the teaching materials in Pancasila Education for higher education in thepost-reform era. This study explores how the development and changes undergo in thecontent of it which rarely become a concern and study from academics and Pancasilaresearchers. In particular, this study explores the development and changes of theteaching materials in Pancasila Education for universities through case studies on booksor the other teaching materials that have been published or circulated in many bookshopsin Yogyakarta region. The methods used in this study are literature review andobservation of the five well-known public bookshops in Yogyakarta which have becomepublic reference, such as Gramedia, Kanisius, Toga Mas, Social Agency, and ShoppingCenter located in Malioboro. The results of this study indicate that the sources andcontents of the teaching materials in Pancasila Education have various contents andapproaches which depend on the author's perspectives. This study finds that thebookshops in Yogyakarta provide the teaching materials of Pancasila Education fromvarious authors and publishers. The teaching and learning of Pancasila Education inhigher education becomes a lot easier since there are many variants of teachingmaterials. The conclusion of this study shows that the teaching materials for PancasilaEducation for Higher Education in the post-reform era has undergone rapid developmentand changes

    Based on the phenomenon in the field, there are a lot of local wisdom of Tomun Lamandau Dayakpeople who are almost extinct due to the entry of modernization and the lack of public awarenessin maintaining their wisdom. Based on the results of observations and interviews found somelocal wisdom that is almost gone, namely: traditional games, traditional farming systems, wisdomrespecting the forest, traditional medicine system, spiritual abilities, traditional singing anddancing, one of which is Babukung dance (a procession of tribal death rituals of Dayak Tomun).Departing from the problem, the aim of this study was to find out and analyze the role of SocialCapital (bonding, bridging, networking) of the Dewan Adat Dayak in preserving local wisdom inLamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province. This study uses descriptive qualitativemethodology. Using snowball sampling technique in determining informants. The conclusionsdrawn in this study are: a). The social capital owned by the DAD district of Lamandau in bonding,bridging and networking is inseparable from the role of the actor, namely the head of the DistrictDAD as a driving actor. b). With the existence of social capital owned, it is expected that DAD inthe future will be more consistent in preserving existing local wisdom
