    Khalwat Non-Muslim Dalam Qonun Jinayat di Aceh: Diskursus Syariat Islam dan Hak Asasi Manusia

    In this article, we examine the application of Aceh Qanun No. 6/2014 on the law of jinayat against acts of khalwat committed by non-Muslims. The aim of the research is to analyse the legal provisions for non-Muslims who commit acts of khalwat based on the provisions of the Qanun Jinayat. This type of research is normative jurisprudence. It uses a deductive approach. The sources of data chosen will be both primary and secondary data. The primary source of data is the Aceh Qanun No. 6/2014 on the Jinayat Law. Meanwhile, the secondary sources of data consist of various books, articles, magazines, and various pieces of information related to the Khalwat movement in Aceh. The result of this research is that non-Muslims who engage in khulwat, whether with Muslims or not, are subject to the applicable provisions of Qanun Aceh No. 6/2014 and do not need to be given the freedom to choose whether to be tried under the Qanun Jinayat or the national law (KUHP). Khalwat crimes are not specifically regulated by the national law (KUHP). The punishment for non-Muslims who commit khalwat is uqubat ta'zir caning up to 10 times or paying a fine of up to 100 grams of pure gold or imprisonment for up to 10 months. With the application of Islamic law to non-Muslims who violate the laws of jarimah, the provisions of which are not regulated in the National Law (KUHP), the Aceh Qanun will continue to cause controversy both nationally and internationally.  Abstract In this article, we examine the application of Aceh Qanun No. 6/2014 on the law of jinayat against acts of khalwat committed by non-Muslims.     Islamic Efforts in Realizing the Sakinah Family: "Solutions to Overcome Domestic Violence (DV)"

    This paper examines the role of Islam in realizing the sakinah family as a solution to overcome domestic violence (KDRT). This study aims to identify the application of Islamic values in creating a harmonious family and preventing domestic violence. The method used is an in-depth literature study by examining various sources, both the Qur'an, hadith, and the views of scholars related to rights and obligations in family life in Indonesia. The findings of this study reveal that Islam strongly emphasizes the importance of harmony in the household, by providing clear guidance on the roles and responsibilities of each party, as well as ways to resolve conflicts peacefully and encourage problem solving through dialogue, mediation, and a compassionate approach. Therefore, the application of Islamic teachings that prioritize respect and harmony can be an effective solution in overcoming domestic violence in society.Tulisan ini mengkaji peran Islam dalam mewujudkan  keluarga sakinah sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan mencegah kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka yang mendalam, menganalisis berbagai sumber seperti Al-Qur'an, hadis, dan pandangan para ulama tentang hak dan kewajiban dalam kehidupan keluarga di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Islam sangat menekankan pentingnya keharmonisan dalam rumah tangga, memberikan panduan yang jelas tentang peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pihak, serta metode penyelesaian konflik secara damai, dan mendorong pemecahan masalah melalui dialog, mediasi, dan pendekatan berdasarkan kasih sayang. Oleh karena itu, penerapan ajaran Islam yang mengutamakan rasa hormat dan kerukunan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di masyarakat

    Integrating Madrasah Diniyah into Secondary Schools: A Case Study of Local Religious Curriculum in Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the historical implementation of local content curriculum on religion and Diniyah education in secondary schools in Jombang and its impact on the quality of Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through document analysis, observation, and in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and community leaders. The findings show that Islamic education in Jombang has developed dynamically in response to socio-cultural changes. Integrating Diniyah Education into the school curriculum represents an adaptation to diverse local needs and the complexity of religious practices in the region. This implementation has positively impacted students' religious character, enhancing worship competencies and deepening religious understanding. The study concludes that adapting the Diniyah madrasah curriculum to local cultural contexts is an effective strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education, especially in socially and religiously plural communities. It highlights the importance of local potential in formulating responsive and contextual Islamic education policies.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi historis kurikulum muatan lokal Agama dan Pendidikan Diniyah di sekolah menengah Jombang serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan Islam. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara dengan guru, kepala sekolah, serta tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di Jombang berkembang secara dinamis mengikuti perubahan sosial budaya. Integrasi Pendidikan Diniyah ke dalam kurikulum sekolah menengah merupakan bentuk adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan lokal dan kompleksitas praktik keagamaan masyarakat. Implementasi ini berdampak positif dalam memperkuat karakter religius, meningkatkan kompetensi ibadah, dan memperdalam pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adaptasi kurikulum berbasis budaya lokal merupakan strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam, khususnya di wilayah dengan keragaman sosial dan religius. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya potensi lokal sebagai dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang kontekstual dan responsif

    Ziarah Makam di Mbah Priok: Dinamika Tradisi Keagamaan dalam Efeknya terhadap Perubahan Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Setempat

    Abstract The tradition of grave pilgrimage is an integral part of religious life in Indonesia, reflecting spiritual values while influencing social and economic dynamics. The Mbah Priok grave in North Jakarta serves as a symbol of cultural and spiritual heritage, attracting pilgrims from diverse backgrounds. However, modernization and socio-economic changes pose challenges to maintaining the relevance of this tradition. This study aims to uncover the role of the Mbah Priok grave in preserving religious traditions and highlighting its impact on the social and economic aspects of the local community. The primary objective is to identify the grave's role as a center for religious practices or traditions and its influence on the surrounding community. This research employs a qualitative. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, utilizing instruments such as interview guides, field notes, and recording devices. Sampling techniques involved purposive sampling, which was further developed using snowball sampling. The findings reveal that the tradition of pilgrimage to Mbah Priok strengthens social values such as cooperation and solidarity, enhances adherence to religious norms, and creates new economic opportunities through local trade activities. The conclusion highlights the importance of balanced strategies for preserving traditions alongside modern developments, ensuring this tradition remains a significant part of the cultural and spiritual identity of the community.Penelitian ini berusaha untuk membahas dan memaparkan bagaimana aktivitas ziarah sebagai bagian integral dari kehidupan keagamaan membentuk pola perilaku, nilai serta struktur sosial dan ekonomi yang ada pada penduduk setempat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengitenfifikasi peran yang dilakukan oleh makam mbah priuk sebagai pusat praktik atau tradisi keagamaan dan bagaimana hal ini bisa mempengaruhi aspek sisoal ekonomi pada penduduk setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan  fenomenologi. Temuan atau hasil penelitian ini antara lain yaitu tradisi ziarah makam mbah riok ini tentu sangat mempengaruhi perubahan sosial ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Menurut hasil temuan ditemukan bahwasanya ziarah makam mbah priok ini mempengaruhi nilai-nilai, norma-norma serta perilaku sosial pada masyrakat setempat. Kemudian dalam aspek ekonomi ziarah makam mbah priok ini juga menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru dimana peziarah membutuhkan layanan barang tertentu yang kemudian ini dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar dalam membangun ekonominya.     Pemikiran Pendidikan Karakter Guru Sekumpul

    This article discusses the concept of Islamic moral education in the thought of KH. Zaini Abdul Ghani, better known as Guru Sekumpul, is a response to modern social dynamics characterized by moral degradation among the younger generation. This research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, which examines his lectures, works, and educational practices. Guru Sekumpul offers a noble morality-based character education approach rooted in Sufistic values and Islamic spirituality, with the aim of forming a perfect human being (insan kamil). His thoughts were chosen because of their wide influence and are still felt today. Some findings, such as the emergence of the Abah Guru social volunteer community at the haul event, seem to address modern social issues that are increasingly distant from humanistic values. These findings are also highly relevant to addressing the moral challenges of modern society through an emphasis on exemplary behavior, gentleness, and holistic spiritual guidance.Artikel ini membahas tentang pemikiran pendidikan karakter KH. Zaini Abdul Ghani seorang ulama dari Kalimantan Selatan atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Guru Sekumpul. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Artikel ini berangkat dari problematika degradasi moral anak bangsa yang makin hari semakin mengkhawatirkan. Hal ini jika dibiarkan tentu akan membahayakan sendi-sendi peradaban bangsa. Sebagai akademisi tentu ini menjadi sebuah keprihatinan yang amat mendalam karena terkait dengan masa depan bangsa. Oleh karena itu tema pendidikan karakter ini diangkat sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memperbaiki keadaan dengan berusaha menganalisis konsep akhlak mulia untuk membentuk manusia yang paripurna (insan kamil). Pemikiran pendidikan karakter Guru Sekumpul sengaja dipilih karena sosok ketokohannya yang dikenal luas bahkan sampai saat ini pemikirannya masih dipraktekkan oleh murid dan muhibbin beliau khususnya yang ada di wilayah Kalimantan Selatan. Tentu ini sangat menarik untuk dikaji agar hasil dari penelitian ini bisa bermanfaat lebih luas

    The Role of Cyber-Creation in Da'wah for the Development of Urban Muslim Communities

    This study aims to analyze the concept of cyber-creation in Islamic preaching within the framework of digital literacy, focusing on the development of Muslim communities in urban areas. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and digital content analysis, this research identifies strategies, techniques, and communication patterns in digital da'wah via social media, online video platforms, and interactive da'wah websites. Thematic analysis reveals that cyber-creation, as a creative process in producing and distributing da'wah content, enhances audience engagement, expands the reach of Islamic messages, and encourages inclusive religious dialogue. Effective strategies include visual storytelling, context-based approaches on social issues, and two-way interaction with audiences. Da'wah practitioners also leverage social media algorithms to target specific audience segments. Challenges include low digital literacy among preachers and the risk of disseminating inaccurate religious content. Nonetheless, this opens opportunities for strengthening religious literacy and forming participatory digital communities. This study contributes to the advancement of contemporary Islamic preaching in the digital era.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep cyber-creation dalam dakwah Islam berbasis literasi digital untuk mendukung pengembangan masyarakat Muslim urban. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis konten digital, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi, teknik, dan pola komunikasi dakwah yang efektif di media sosial, kanal video daring, dan situs dakwah interaktif. Analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa cyber-creation, sebagai proses kreatif dalam produksi dan distribusi konten dakwah, mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens, memperluas jangkauan pesan Islam, dan mendorong dialog keagamaan yang inklusif. Strategi efektif mencakup narasi visual, pendekatan kontekstual, serta interaksi dua arah. Praktisi dakwah juga memanfaatkan algoritma media sosial untuk menjangkau segmen audiens secara terarah. Tantangan meliputi rendahnya literasi digital dai dan risiko penyebaran informasi tidak valid. Namun, terbuka peluang memperkuat literasi keagamaan dan membentuk komunitas digital partisipatif.
