Hedonic value motivation: impact on consumers’ purchase intention
The focus of this study, using an explanatory and accidental approach, shows consumer buying interest in shopping at modern shopping centers in Surabaya. Data were collected from 90 questionnaires and analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that consumer buying interest at the modern shopping centers (malls) was driven by hedonic impulses. It is evident from the positive significance value associated with consumer perceptions of the atmosphere of the outlet, of retail services, as well as the presence of fashion that contains hedonist value so as to have an effect on consumers’ purchase intentions. For future studies, it is best to examine utilitarian aspects as a motivation that affects the purchasing intention of consumers at modern shopping center
Export orientation of Indonesia’s manufacturing industry
The aim of this study is to analyze the export orientation of the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia. In order to achieve this objective, Cobb-Douglas production function, consisting of foreign direct investment (FDI) and labor, was developed. The data from the Industrial Survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS) for the period 2005-2015 with 249 manufacturing companies as samples. Based on the Hausman test, the fixed-effect model is more appropriate to be used in this study. The results from the estimation indicate that FDI and labor have a positive and significant impact on the growth of the export manufacturing industry. Labor has a stronger effect on exports than on FDI, where the coefficient of labor is 3.696 and of FDI is 0.302. On the basis of this result, it could be concluded that FDI and labor lead the export orientation to the Indonesian manufacturing industry

This research accords with a detailed overview of management in general regarding SME growth development in Kosovo. So, it deals with the main factors such as the main components of management and its impact on the success and development, the techniques, and the approaches to assess the SME economic system and their development. We have also pointed out the life cycle phases of firms that are not constructed on economic theory but have received considerable attention from managerial theories of enterprises. So, chronologically was analyzed SME development in general, given that Kosovo has a liberal trade regime characterized by simplicity and neutrality of business or SME registration. In our data analysis, we applied Cronbach's alpha for reliability analysis and linear regression. The findings of the paper show that two main topics are management experience and the growth of the sector where they operate has a significant impact. The revision opens a challenge besides wide-ranging debate taking place entrepreneurship and supervision skills in Kosovo. However, this examination has to do with evidence in Kosovo and cannot be generalized to all countries. This investigation is one of the rare researches in this field in Kosovo, which deals with the topic of SME development. This treatment approach should be used by applying dynamic approaches as well as other factors

Results showed that 81 per cent were female households with a mean age of 35 years and mean household size of 4 members. Mean years of schooling and monthly expenditure were 13 and ₦3,611.94 (USD10.01), respectively. Mean consumptions of fresh fish category were mudfish (0.3354), catfish (0.1889), tilapia (0.2167), trunk fish (0.1138) and snakehead fish (0.1444). The McFadden R2 was 0.50 and the validity of independence of irrelevant alternatives hypothesis for the use of MNL was not violated given a p-value of 0.7618. Results showed that consumers' income, price of the fish, level of education, household size, experience and freshness had a significant impact on fresh fish choices. The study therefore recommends that policy that will increase consumers’ satisfaction for every naira spent on fresh fish and improve fish qualities should be given proper attentions

Factors affecting the import of soybean in Indonesia
As an agricultural country, Indonesia still imports soybeans to meet domestic soybean needs. The gap between national soybean production and consumption causes the government to import. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence soybean imports in Indonesia. The data used are time series data for the period 2003-2018. Data is sourced from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations International Trade Statistics Database (UN COMTRADE), the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia, World Bank, Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis method uses SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the macroeconomic conditions directly affect soybean production and consumption. On the other hand, consumption has a direct effect, but production has no direct effect on soybean imports. Macroeconomic conditions do not have a direct effect on soybean imports. Nevertheless, the total effect (combined direct and indirect effects) is significant from macroeconomic conditions on soybean imports
