Get PDFKajian ini bertujuan untuk membina, menguji kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan Modul Pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy dalam pengurusan konflik Guru Bimbingan Dan Kaunseling sekolah menengah. Konflik yang terhasil menyebabkan Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling mengalami stres. Oleh itu modul ini dibina sebagai satu strategi untuk membantu Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling menangani stres. Modul ini dibina berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan Teori Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy oleh Albert Ellis (1995). Hasil kajian perpustakaan telah berjaya membina Modul Pengurusan Konfik yang diaplikasikan menerusi lapan sesi utama yang merangkumi 20 aktiviti kendiri. Sesi 1: Ice Breaking, Sesi 2: Pengenalan Modul Pengurusan Konflik, Sesi 3: A – Peristiwa / C – Emosi Terhasil, Sesi 4: B – Sistem Kepercayaan, Sesi 5: A – Peristiwa / B - Sistem Kepercayaan / C – Emosi Yang Terhasil Sesi 6: Pengajaran Tentang Dispute, Sesi 7: D – Hujah / E – Emosi Baru dan Sesi 8: Rumusan / Penamatan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan nilai kesahan kandungan modul ialah 88.44%. Nilai kebolehpercayaan modul ialah .915. Modul pengurusan konflik dapat membantu Guru Bimbingan dan Kaunseling menangani konflik di sekolah. Get PDFThese studies are research on the development of research and development (R & D) using the Borg and Gall model. However, this development research takes several stages, namely, problem identification, information gathering, product design, and product testing. The results of the study found that Jokotole figures were legendary figures in the Madura region from Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep. The legend of Jokotole is found in every legend in the villages of Madura, there are 38 stories that tell the character of Jokotole both in his journey (stop) so as to create his own legend or narrate the battle against his enemies, while in the Bangkalan region there are 12 legends which tell Jokotole namely in the area of talk, keleyen, tip plate, and so forth. In this development research, the Jokotole story was made the main character in its emergence as a learning media based on andorid, because the tendency of the majority of Madurese people to accept Jokotole figures as positive figures starting from Jokotole's birth, journey, chivalry, spirituality, and death. Furthermore, in the development research this took the legend of the villages that gave rise to the character of Jokotole. Andorid media based on learning media applications ranging from stories, places (the area adopted from google map maps, questions, and reading ability tests using the ability formula to read elementary school children, namely junior high school. Get PDFThis study is a study of the use of chain messages techniques to streamline learning to listen to students in learning Indonesian in grade IV SDN Tarikolot I with legend stories. This research was conducted to improve the ability to listen to students, then the class teacher did not use this chain message technique. In this class action research researchers used Jhon Elliot's model. This research was conducted in three cycles. In each of its actions the researcher uses various data collection tools in the form of tests and non tests. At the implementation of this learning students look very enthusiastic, because in this learning given a piece of story that they must understand and tell a group of friends, so that each student has responsibility. The results of the study showed that learning Indonesian with reading material from a legend could improve the process and ability to listen to students. The learning process every cycle has increased. This can be seen from the average value of the process test in the cycle 1: 66.33; cycle 2: 70.3; and cycle 3: 77.3. The ability to listen to students also experiences an increase in each cycle seen in the average value of the evaluation test cycle 1: 67.5; cycle 2: 71,47; and in the 3: 75.5 cycle. And can also be seen also from the average results of observations of student activities in the cycle 1: 67.04; cycle 2: 73; and in the 3: 76.8 cycle

Get PDFDigitalization is developing rapidly in the community, but not all levels of society can use technology properly including students. So that it needs an active role of universities in directing students to be more effective in using technology as a learning support facility. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the use of e-learning in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI Lumajang can spur student academic activities on an ongoing basis so as to improve the quality of learning. This type of research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The research method uses in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. Found the results of the first study, most of the students of Economic Education Study Program were able to use e-learning well. Second, the intensity of e-learning media usage is not routinely fully used by students because not all subjects are given through e-learning media. Finally, the use of e-learning media provides an attraction to encourage students to be more active, more effective in understanding the material, more efficient in terms of time and cost. The main problem that arises is the unstable internet network connectivity because most student residences are in locations that are difficult to reach with a strong internet network so they have to struggle more to be able to access e-learning
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak Sekolah Dasar: Application of Direct Learning Model to Increase Creativity of Elementary School Children
Get PDFThis research uses classroom action research with Kemmis & Taggart model. This research uses 4 stages including, planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. Research conducted in SDN Randegansari Driyorejo District Gresik Regency aims to determine the development of student creativity in decorative motif material. The data of teacher and student activity is obtained through observation. The results showed that the implementation of dye binding technique on ornamental motif material can improve the creativity of students with the average about 65,5 or 45,5% in cycle I, 68,7 0r 87,09% in cycle II, and 80,6 or 93,5% in cycle III.. The results of this study indicate that creativity can be improved by implementing dye binding techniques so that students' creative attitude in the learning process can develop and student creativity increases
