Media Model Tiruan Sapi Perah dapat Meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Usia Dini: Dairy Cow Imitation Model Media Can Improve Early Childhood Cognitive Ability
The initial conditions indicate that the cognitive abilities of early childhood are still low in understanding the workings of cow milking. In the activity of milking cow's milk, children's cognitive abilities are needed so that the results obtained can be maximized. Based on observations on February 4, 2019, researchers found that many early childhood children are afraid of milking cows, there are also students who do not understand how to milk cows to obtain milk with large capacity. Therefore, the researchers used the artificial cow model artificial media. This model is a three-dimensional imitation model with a length of 120cm x 75cm. this model is used so that students can listen to the process of milking the cow properly, so that students can practice directly properly and correctly.
The subject and location of this study were group B RA Nurul Islam, Boro Village RT 01 / RW 01, Tanggulangin Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency with subjects as many as 14 PAUD students consisting of 10 male students and 4 female students. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles, data collection techniques used are teacher observation sheet instruments, student observation sheets and practice test sheets milking cows with three-dimensional imitation dairy media media.
The results showed an increase in children's cognitive abilities in the practice of milking cows with a three-dimensional imitation model of dairy cows reaching a developmental percentage of 64.28%, and increasing in the second cycle of 92.8%. Then the results of observation of teacher activities in the first cycle were 65.5% which increased by 22% to 87.5% in cycle II. While observations of student activities obtained results of 64.28% results in the first cycle, and 85.7% results in the second cycle. Each aspect of a child's cognitive abilities in understanding how to milk a cow with increased dairy cow media in the second cycle has achieved a predetermined indicator of success so it does not need to be increased in the next cycle.
Based on the results of the research described above, it can be concluded that the medium of dairy cows can improve children's cognitive abilities in understanding and practicing milking with dairy cow three-dimensional model media in group B RA Nurul Islam Boro Village RT 01 / RW 01 Tanggulangin District Sidoarjo
Intellectual Capital dan Knowledge Management dalam Inovasi dan Kreasi Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Kemampuan 4C dan Literasi: Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management in Innovation and Creation of Learning Media Based on 4C Capabilities and Literacy
Education is the key to improving the quality of the nation's generation that is dynamic, following the needs and developments that exist. Industrial Revolution 4.0, where technological sophistication can do things that were previously considered difficult to do, also have an impact on education. This is a challenge for schools, especially in terms of preparing their educators to be able to form learners to be tough and ready to compete in the world of technology. Learning media is one of the factors that play an important role in learning that intersects with technology and gives a big influence on students. The use of internet-based technology has also been widely applied in learning media in schools. But the problem is, educators need to take an important role in terms of innovation and the creation of learning media that they use daily in classroom learning activities so as to support the needs of students in accordance with 4C skills (communicative, cooperative, creative, and critical thinking) and literacy culture. In this case, it is very important for schools to identify intellectual capital, namely the knowledge capital that is in school, which is the educators and how to properly manage all existing knowledge. This article examines the importance of intellectual capital and knowledge management in a school organization so that schools can manage existing knowledge in order to create innovation and learning media creation
Keterkaitan Alexithymia dengan Perilaku Agresif pada Remaja Laki-Laki: Linkage of Alexithymia with Aggressive Behavior in Adolescent Boys
In 2018, KPAI noted that 84% of students in Indonesia had experienced violence at school. The research conducted by Jannah (2018) on early adolescents at Surabaya A Junior High School revealed that 76% of students had hit, 66% had fought, 46% had damaged items when angry, 90% had been hostile, 84% were angry and indicated adolescents tend to be prone to aggressive behavior. Adolescents who are male have a tendency to behave aggressively higher when compared to women (Santrock, 2007). The development of impulsive aggression involves emotional processes (Teten et al, 2008). Emotional states during adolescence are characterized by unstable and turbulent emotions, so that the mood can change quickly. Teenagers are said to have reached emotional maturity if they do not "blow up" their emotions in front of other people but wait for a more appropriate time and place to express their emotions in ways that are more acceptable. Adolescents whose emotions mature provide stable emotional reactions, do not change from one emotion or mood to another. The difficulty of reacting to emotions is called alexithymia. According to Sadock & Virginia (2010), alexithymia is a person's inability to describe or have difficulty describing or being aware of his emotions or mood. Goleman (2017) states that emotional blindness will cause several disadvantages including aggressive behavior. Research shows that high alexithymia levels are associated with high aggressive behavior and impulsive behavior (Teten et al, 2008). Salminen et al. (1998) stated that men were more likely to be not expressive in conveying emotions so that the possibility of alexithymia occurring in men was more than women. Based on the theoretical study above, there is an association between alexithymia and aggressive behavior in male adolescents
