Get PDFSchools generally prepare class XII students to continue their studies at the higher education level, both official and non-official, this is done because almost 90% more high school students choose to continue their studies in higher education. In general, students take two selection courses at tertiary institutions, namely the national selection of state tertiary institutions (SNMPTN) and the joint selection of state tertiary institutions (SBMPTN). Both of these selections require intense preparation and guidance by the school conducted by the homeroom teacher and tutor. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the optimization of career services can improve the success of students who are accepted into state universities. This study uses qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people or observable behavior. The study was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. In this study the source of the data obtained from interviews and observations to counseling guidance teachers, vice principals in the field of student affairs, public relations and school principals. Research data uses alumni data from Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo High School from the 2015-2016 academic year until 2019 - 2020. Guidance and counseling have a very important role in helping the achievement of national education goals, and helping students achieve maximum potential development, independence in their lives, and decision making and choices to create a productive, prosperous and caring public welfare life

Get PDFTeenager with diplegia cerebral palsy has poor ADL (Activity Daily Living) ability. This is due to that he doesn’t train his ability while at home because his family choose to give him full support by preparing all his needs. The goal of this researches is to change dependent behavior to more independent in his simple daily routine that related to optimum hand utilization and also ability to move independently. Researcher is using experimental method with case study approach. Researcher give behavioral therapy intervention (shaping) to improve level of independence of subject. Intervention was done in 5 session, including rapport, determined activity, activity training, intervention and evaluation. Intervention was done in 6 days doing observation and using target achievement activity checklist. Before intervention, subject always aided in daily living activity. After intervention, subject want and able to do simple daily activity such as eat, using and tidy up his clothes and also moved independently. The result of this researches show that shaping behavioral therapy can be used to improve level of independence in teenager with cerebral palsy diplegia.

Get PDF Islamic religious education is one of the most important subject matter that must be obtained by every student in school, but in fact the implementation of Islamic religious education in Indonesia still gets a lot of criticism from various parties, these criticisms regarding the curriculum, learning methods and also to teachers Islamic religious education itself, on the other hand there is one non-formal institution called madrasa diniyah that specifically provides Islamic religious education to the community, this institution can also be integrated with various formal institutions under the umbrella of the education service. if the existence of madrasa diniyah can be utilized to the maximum, it is not impossible that various problems in Islamic religious education can be overcome. The purpose of this research is to examine the pilot school that integrates madrasa diniyah into basic educational institutions as an effort to strengthen the Islamic religious curriculum, namely SD Khazanah Ilmu. This research includes qualitative research, data collection is done by collecting documents, conducting interviews, and also observing at the research site, while the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the form of implementing madrasah diniyah as a curriculum for Islamic religious education curriculum in the elementary school of science is through several efforts, namely the formulation of the main objectives, the formulation of teaching materials, the system of teaching recruitment based on religious competence, the development of learning methods and techniques, and finally is to carry out routine evaluation programs both daily, weekly, monthly to yearly. This is the background of this research. These problems are discussed through qualitative research conducted with the Grounded Research model. The subjects of this study were 25 teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 BS Tanggulangin. The object of this study is the influence of teacher social competence on improving human resources at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, showed that the social competence of teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School has a pretty good value based on the results of the test of the teacher's social competency instrument which shows the value of each description is 4 with a total score of 100, and from the interviews it can be concluded that there is an influence which is significant from the social competence of teachers to increase human resources in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School with a focus on increasing the number of students and increasing teaching staff in the last 5 years since the foundation of this institution

Get PDFPTSD (Post Trauma Stress Disorder) is a maladigmatic reaction that can be experienced by an individual after experiencing a traumatic event in his life. This will have an adverse effect if the individual cannot eliminate the trauma, so that it can disrupt his daily activities. The main symptom of PTSD is involuntary backlash of traumatic events in the form of intrusive dreams or "shadows", which burst into consciousness suddenly (flashbacks). This research was conducted to reduce maladaptive behavior such as crying when listening to people talking loudly to children who see domestic violence in their parents. The subjects in this study were one person carried out for eighteen days divided into six days of assessment and twelve days of therapy. The method used in this research is behavior modification with flooding techniques, where the traumatic trigger stimulus will be presented directly to the subject and after that will be given an understanding of the situation. The results of research that have been done show that the subject is able to maintain the behavior of not crying when hearing a high tone of voice when hearing other people talk

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient on the anxiety of final year students who are preparing their final project. This study uses quantitative methods and this type of research is a simple linear regression research that aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, while the one that will be examined is the effect of adversity quotient on anxiety in students in the preparation of the final project at the Department of Architecture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. Characteristics of the sample are students of the Department of Architecture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado, who have contracted a final assignment course, which consists of class of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The magnitude of the effect of adversity quotient on student anxiety can be seen from the r value of 0.979 with the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.958. This means that there is an effect of adversity quotient on student anxiety with the influence of the independent variable (X) of 95.8% on student anxiety and the remaining 4.2% is influenced by other factors. Based on this fact, it can be said that the adversity quotient does have a role or influence on reducing anxiety in students who are doing the final project

The result of this study shows that two types of borrowing word are discovered encompassing loanword and loan shift. There are six words which are discovered as part of borrowing word in this study. Therefore, the most dominant type of borrowing word in this study are both loanword and loan shift
