In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 Character education is an important aspect to develop the affective domain of children. Its content is applied in learning in primary schools based on material from the curriculum content standard. Elementary school children are now more individualistic, difficult to get along with and prefer to play gadgets rather than playing with their peers. Therefore, the teacher can utilize and develop local wisdom-based material that contains a lot of views and rules so that children have more foothold in determining an action in their daily activities. Get PDFThis research is motivated by the phenomenon of employees who feel they lack the rights as employees in the company.This study aims to determine differences in job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourced employees of PT. Domusindo Perdana. This research is a comparative quantitative study. The population in this study was 1,242 employees. This study uses a sample of 200 employees with details of 100 permanent employees of PT. Domusindo Perdana and 100 outsourced employees of PT. Domusindo Perdana. The sampling technique used in this study is quota sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a job satisfaction scale consisting of 41 items. The hypothesis in this study is that there are differences in job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourced employees of PT. Domusindo Perdana. The results in this study indicate that the value of permanent employee job satisfaction (mean rank: 130.78) is higher than the value of outsourcing employee satisfaction (mean rank: 70.22) with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 which indicates that there are differences in satisfaction work between permanent employees and outsourcing employees of PT. Domusindo Perdana

Get PDFThis study has a background problem where teacher performance is declining, this is characterized by Distrust and teacher disloyality, many empty hours and teacher enthusiasm in teaching is decreasing. School leaders try to provide teacher welfare in the hope that teacher performance will increase. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between teacher welfare with teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the primary data. The population in this study were 55 teachers in SMA Muhamadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression test, the hypothesis test uses the t test which was previously tested with the validity and reliability test and is evaluated with the assumption test. The results of this study produce that welfare affects the performance of teachers so that the better the welfare of teachers in schools, the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and activities at school increases. Of course this also needs to be done monitoring of teaching teachers so that the welfare provided by schools can take place effectively
