Get PDFThe development of educational institutions especially Muhammadiyah has increased quite rapidly. The increase in educational institutions must be balanced by the high loyalty of educators in the institution. So to become educators who are loyal to the institution required subjective welfare for educators who are in the institution. This study aims to understand teacher quality improvement through subjective well-being to maintain loyalty to educational institutions. In this study using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with four subjects. Data collection is done by interviews and field notes. This research shows that all four subjects have good gratitude with their profession and enjoy their profession as an educator. Work motivation has an effect on individual job satisfaction. The subjective well-being of the four subjects is influenced by the way he views his profession. The subject sees the teacher as a noble, proud, pleasing, and blessing service. Patience, high gratitude, and social support also help the four subjects in reducing negative emotions so that it is easier to achieve satisfaction in their daily lives and work. So that when the subject has subjective well-being or good or high subjective well-being, the level of loyalty to the educational institution will be good and high

This type of research is field research (field research) by discussing descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection is done by interviewing, collecting and collecting, while data analysis uses analytical techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion collection. The results obtained in this study are the Arabic Habituation Program which contains writings of mufrodat, muhadasah and muhadharah which are very supportive of the Academic Achievement of Muhammadiyah 9 Middle School Students at Tanggulangin Islamic Boarding School. This paper aims to provide an illustration that the management of an educational institution requires the concept of integrated quality management in an effort to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals maximally. Because in this quality management there is a mature, measurable and realistic planning concept in accordance with the available resources. Educational institutions as institutions whose outside targets are in the form of increased human resources with complex aspects, namely intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Clearly it really needs the concept of Total Quality Management in an effort to produce graduation in accordance with the vision and mission of national education objectives. The learning activities at Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool are organized by the school curriculum in collaboration with the national curriculum, Muhammadiyah, Tahfidz, and International, EPP curriculum. The management system in the field of education is a process created to coordinate various educational resources, facilities and infrastructure needed with a view to achieving educational goals and objectives. This study aims to examine more further about the principal's managerial system in creating a quality culture in Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool by describing the problems faced by the principal such as: 1) the form of the principal's management concept, 2) the steps taken by the principal in realizing the concept of management in schools, 3) the form of the concept of quality schools that are built, 4) the efforts of the school in creating a quality culture, 5) the role of the principal in creating a quality culture. This research is a qualitative research field by using descriptive methods that aim to make sensing (description) systematically factual and accurate about the facts and characteristics of the population or a particular area. The approach used is a phenomenological approach that seeks to understand the meaning of events and their links to ordinary people in certain situations, in this research emphasizes the subjective aspects of the people studied. Get PDFThis study aims to describe the principal's strategy in building the image of the school through religious character education in SDN Negeri Wonocationan 1. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, with data sources obtained through direct observation or observation, interviews with informants and documentation. The results showed that in improving the school's image the principal's strategy was to carry out activities in instilling the values of religious character, it could be classified into three activities namely (1) integration in subjects. As seen in the BTQ program that can be carried out in Islamic education teaching, (2) habituation activities can be seen from the habits that are carried out every day at school, namely the implementation of Dhuha and Dzuhur prayer in congregation, reading Asmaul Husna every morning, wearing headscarves for female students from grade 1 to grade 6, refracting smiles, greetings and greetings. (3) The last activity is a school extracurricular which includes the implementation of Istigosah, BTQ and Hadrah Al-Banjari training

Get PDFThis study aims to improve students 'understanding of learning to read by utilizing smartphones as learning media and to see students' responses to learning by using learning media. The research method used in this research is observation to observe the learning process, tests to determine students' understanding of learning to read, and a questionnaire to see student responses. The results that have been obtained in this study are: 1) Students are more enthusiastic and active when following the teaching and learning process, 2) the results of the test are 17 students (85%) who are complete and 3 students (15%) who are not finished, 3) Sawang Elementary School 25 students' responses to smartphone-based learning media with good categories, which means the media is effectively used as a learning medium

Alpha generation is very vulnerable to the negative effects of digital influence if it is not matched by character education from an early age, because the rapid development of technology is more inherent in the era of alpha generation than the previous generation which enabled the lifestyle of the alpha generation to be strongly influenced by technological developments. In the sphere of education, the alpha generation is able to develop through a media search for references that are not only in the form of books, but can be obtained from journals, ebooks, internet sites and so on. With the rapid development of technology which also has an impact on the scope of alpha generation education, the author provides an innovative educational method for the alpha generation, namely "Application of the Quantum Learning Education Model Through a Constitutional Approach" in which this educational model aims to make students able to express their creativity by involving digital devices so that students are very productive in the use of digital media through a contextual approach. The hope is to familiarize students in the use of technology in accordance with the current digital era so that later they are able to create or produce something technological through the guidance of a contextual approach to students so as not to fall into the bad things because of the negative side of technological development. This learning model is very supportive of the learning process of alpha generation students currently born in conjunction with technological advancements. The author designed this educational model because the concept of education applied to millennials or other generations will no longer be suitable given the characteristics of the alpha generation are very different from other generations. This innovative education model is a collaboration between the quantum learning education model and the educational model of contextual approaches that are specifically designed for alpha generation. This educational model is formulated for the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia by referring to the minimization of deficiencies between the two educational models and also the characteristics obtained in both are very supportive of the educational model needed in the alpha generation. The correlation of this educational model also trains creative activities so that elementary school students can create a creative product that benefits themselves and the environment

Get PDFMuhammadiyah movement is known as the movement of enlightenment. The enlightenment movement has a role to return the people to the right guidelines of life namely the Al Qur'an and the Sunnah. Muhammadiyah is also known as a large movement and spread throughout Indonesia, therefore to facilitate the delivery of religious knowledge to the community some branches or branches take care and observe the condition of this movement in each region. The purpose of this research is to recognize and understand how the development of the enlightenment movement in the environment around us in carrying out their duties and their contribution to society through programs that have been made to return people to the right direction and still hold fast to the Qur'an and sunnah or how Muhammadiyah's role in empowering the surrounding community. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation and interviews with figures in the membership structure of Muhammadiyah who are in branches. The results showed that several excellent programs have been carried out by Muhammadiyah branches that deal directly with the Muhammadiyah community in the area itself, and through this program, many positive things have been created to enlighten the people.

Dalam proses penelitian kali ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara,observasi,foto dan juga video saat proses penelitian dilakukan. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan mengungkap dan menyimpulkan bagaimana sejarah awal berdirinya ranting Muhammadiyah yang ada di daerah Sidokare. Seperti halnya mengaji, memaknai kitab kuning, les bahasa Inggris dan juga bahasa Arab. Di samping adanya trobosan di ranting Muhammadiyah yang ada di Sidokare, ada banyak tantangan dalam melakukan programnya. Seperti halnya ketika ada masjid Muhammadiyah selalu banyak tantangannya terkadang sampai ada problem rebutan dan lainnya Tetapi meskipun begitu, ranting Muhammadiyah Sidokare tetap melakukan programnya dengan harapan ranting Muhammadiyah di Sidokare bisa berkembang bahkan maju untuk kedepannya dan berguna bagi masyarakat yang ada di sekitar wilayah tersebut
