In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals

The implementation of a home visit at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo consists of: 1) Planning / preparation, at this stage the teacher must know in advance the purpose of carrying out a home visit / home visit. 2) Implementation, so that the implementation of home visit remains focused on the objectives, the teacher must be able to pay attention to the time available and be able to make good communication to build parent's trust before digging student data. 3) Evaluation, so that the implementation of a home visit is beneficial for parents, teachers and students, the teacher must conduct an evaluation of the completeness and usefulness and commitment of parents in handling student learning problems both at home and at school. 4) Follow-up, After the teacher visits the student's home and knows the student's learning problem both at home and at school, then to deal with the problem the teacher must follow up. 5) Prepare a report on the results of the home visit, After getting the results of the home visit activity the teacher makes a report accompanied by photos and complete documentation and the results are conveyed to the principal. In home visit activities there are several supporting and inhibiting factors that are very influential including: family, school, and community environment. While the inhibiting factors include: Limited supervision of the school, awareness of students, the influence of television shows and gadgets. In implementing the home visit at SD Muhida there were also several obstacles so that the home visit encountered obstacles including: 1) the lack of follow-up in home visit activities. 2) The teacher does not support the home visit activities. 3) lack of support from parents. 4) less able to adjust the time
Organizing Farmer Schools in Solving Embug Pest Problems in Duren Village, Tugu District, Trenggalek Regency
Get PDFThis study discusses the organization of farmers to make a farm school about pests. The purpose of this organization is to solve the embug pest problem in the village of Duren, Tugu District, Trenggalek Regency. There are various factors causing unresolved embug pest problems in Desa Duren due to a lack of knowledge and lack of farmer education in eradicating embug pests in his village. This assistance research approach is carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which focuses on involving the community as a full research subject. The steps in the PAR method are conducting initial mapping, building humanitarian relationships, setting research agendas for social change, participatory mapping, determining humanitarian issues, devising movement strategies, organizing communities, launching change actions, building learning centers or community schools, reflection and expand the scale of the movement and support. The strategy used to provide knowledge to farmers on how to eradicate embug pests is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting joint problem analysis then designing participatory scara programs and then designing farmer schools as a forum for farmer education in order to provide farmers with knowledge about eradicating ha and ma embug. Farmer school is one form of critical education offered by Paulo Freire. Education is built on the basis of human critical awareness in understanding social reality. Critical awareness is an awareness that understands social problems due to oppressive relationships, systems and social structures. Get PDFMental retardation is one factor that affects the lack of cognitive abilities of individuals in learning and understanding learning or understanding commands given. People with mental retadation needs more help in learning, repetition, and double attention than childs at their age. This research method was qualitative, the type was single-subject experiment, and the client was a 9.3-year-old girl with an IQ of 64. The data collection used by researchers in this study was the interview method (autoanamnesa and alloanamnesa), observing the subject's behavior at home, when she was playing and learning. The psychological tests given are CPM, Bender Gestalt, and Graphics (BAUM, DAP, HTP). An economic token as the type of intervention used, tried to help improve the eating patterns of subjects who were previously less organized. The token used in the form of color paper was affixed to the subject's daily journal if it has performed the assigned task. The intervention was carried out within 14 (fourteen) days, divided into two sessions. Calculation of total tokens to got the reward in a week, and the minimum value is eighteen tokens, and prizes agreed upon in the form of a large picture book. Get PDFThis study aims to test empirically whether there is a relationship between self efficacy and job satisfaction in disabled workers at PT. Maspion Unit 1 Sidoarjo. Self efficacy in question is a motivator in the individual about the beliefs owned to organize and display the actions needed to succeed in completing tasks owned by workers with disabilities. Self-efficacy has a close relationship with work processes in employees. Based on the work process carried out by workers with disabilities owned self-efficacy will have an impact on job satisfaction both related to themselves and with the company.This research was conducted on disabled workers in PT. Maspion Unit 1 Sidoarjo as many as 56 people, consisting of 23 female subjects and 33 male subjects. Based on the age of the research subjects categorized from the age of 33 years - 54 years. And based on the work period of research subjects ranging from 13 years to 16 years of work. Data collection tool in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire, which consists of two measuring devices, namely a self efficacy measuring device consisting of 30 items and a job satisfaction measurement consisting of 54 items. Based on the analysis of research data, the correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among workers with disabilities is 0.005 and p is 0.371; correlation between self efficacy and job satisfaction in disabled workers. This shows that there is a significant correlation between self efficacy and job satisfaction among disabled workers at PT. Maspion Unit 1 Sidoarjo

Gadgets that initially made it easy for everyone will turn into a negative thing if you can not control yourself to use it, design with interesting features that might make someone want to linger to use it to feel dependent on the gadget. This research aims to reduce gadget addiction behavior in children. The research method is an experimental method with a case study approach is to provide Economy Tokens in order to control the behavior of children so they do not play gadgets for a long time. The token economy is given for 3 weeks and subjects must collect 5 stickers each week and then they will be exchanged for gifts in the form of toys they want. The subject is a child who is 7 years old in Ambon. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the application of token economy can reduce gadget addiction in children. The subject's behavior is more controlled and is responsible for the decisions taken and their consequences. Another impact is the subject has good social interaction with people around him

As a result of the social impact of Lapindo mud, there is a demoralization and even crime and crime, then the spirit of life of people to practice the religion has decreased, even ethical values, spiritual values have declined due to the Lapindo mud disaster. Therefore, the efforts of Muhammadiyah Porong, especially for Muhammadiyaah and Aisha residents, including their parents, first continue to carry out spiritual activities such as studies, guidance, understanding of religion, then from an economic standpoint, because almost 80% of the people in Porong are traders and merchants. who became very few farmers, because the life of the Porong community was almost a trader and a merchant, one of his da'wah was how to become an Islamic trader, honest, not cheating, really running a trade that did not harm others. Milk production type with The Shape of the pelvic udder it has been noted that cows have achieved a significant advantage in milk yield from cows with The Shape of a cup and round udder. It was noted that the selection-breeding work on the udder forms of cows in the breeding of cattle of Simmental breeds is an important factor in the creation of high-yielding dairy herds.
Also, the udder index of cows of Group I of the type of milk production and the milk yield rate were higher than that of cows in groups II and III, these data indicate that the udder of cows of Group I was developed proportionally and was well adapted to modern milking equipment
