The dependence of milk yield on the living weight of cows of Simmental breed
Studies have found that increasing the salinity of dairy cows with Simmental breeds in the herd is important in increasing milk production and creating high-yielding herds. The amount of milk of the cows having 531-560 kg live weight with the type of milk production was 768-1153 kg (P>0,999), milk fat output was 21.6-27.9 kg, 4% milk volume was 540,3-697.1 kg) higher than the different living weight Equinox with the type of milk-meat, and these indicators were determined as 932.5-1401.3 kg), 26.9-38.5 kg
Reward and Punishment to Motivate Performance in Islamic Perspective: Reward dan Punishment untuk Memotivasi Kinerja dalam Perspektif Islam
In Islamic education, the granting of punishment and reward is permitted based on the Quran and Sunnah by maintaining aspects of tarbiyah. This study aims to discuss how effective the application of reward and punishment systems in motivating someone's performance in general, be it students, employees. And as a religious individual, especially for those who are Muslim, how does the effect of implementing this reward and punishment system increase faith and good deeds or avoid evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include library research, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the forms of rewards given included rewarding someone who excelled in an action, were able to improve the person's performance motivation in the future and could motivate others to do the same good.On the other hand, punishment is also important to apply including giving advice and guidance, showing a sour face, giving a hard rebuke, and giving additional tasks, such as memorizing the surah or short verses from the Quran or hadith, is also able to prevent someone from doing negative things and try not to repeat negative things in the future
Analysis of Supervision Results of Teacher's Performance in Developing Quality of Islamic Education Institutions: Analisis Hasil Supervisi Kinerja Guru Dalam Mengembangkan Kualitas Lembaga Pendidikan Islam
Quality human resources will affect the quality of an Islamic educational institution. One of the influential human resources in the development of Islamic educational institutions is the teacher. The principal as the leader of an educational institution is tasked with conducting an assessment of teacher performance. This article aims to explain the importance of teacher performance supervision activities in Islamic education institutions and how the results of teacher performance supervision in developing Islamic education institutions. This research is included in the research with a qualitative approach. It was concluded that the results of supervision of teacher performance are very important in an Islamic educational institution, and the results of supervision of teacher performance can develop the quality of Islamic education institutions

Application of a Literacy Culture Approach to Foster Student Learning Motivation: Penerapan Pendekatan Budaya Literasi untuk Menumbuhkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa
Literacy culture is a habit practiced by every individual to use their abilities and potentials. Literacy is applied in schools / madrasas before the learning time starts getting used to students to read non-textbooks. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation to learn from habits that are built early on. This research is a type of qualitative research with observational methods, interviews and documentation from various data sources, which will be the respondents to be interviewed are the headmaster of Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Middle School, some teaching teachers and some of the junior high school students in the school. The results of this study are 1) the existence of literacy culture is able to increase student motivation, in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru with a culture of reading before the lesson starts approximately 15 minutes, 2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing this literacy culture as for supporting factors from the literacy culture in the school with adequate facilities and infrastructure and the absence of students who arrive late for school to take part in literacy program activities. Lack of motivation from students themselves or outside students, so the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. 3) solving the existing problems is increasing the motivation of various parties, especially the school and parents of students as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure

Quality education is always desired by the community, the quality of education in Indonesia is characterized by the achievement of the National Education Standards (SNP) or exceeding the SNP. One factor that determines the quality of education is the implementation of quality learning as well, quality learning is only produced by qualified teachers. The competency standards that must be possessed by teachers are pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies. Teacher competency improvement needs to be improved along with the rapid development of science and technology, so that through quality learning can prepare graduates who are ready to face life in their day. The Principal's Performance as a Supervisor in Improving Teacher Professionalism: Kinerja Kepala Sekolah sebagai Supervisor dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru
This aim of this study is to analyze and describe how the principal's performance as a supervisor in improving teacher professionalism. Begin from the supervision plan, implementation of supervision, and follow-up and evaluation carried out by the principal. This study used qualitative as the method of this research, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at SDN Wadungasih 2. Research subjects included principals and teachers. Analysis is done by reducing data. The results of the study show that: (1) The Supervision, which is carried out by the principal is only done once a year, (2) The Supervision begins with the plan of the form of making programs that have been prepared at the beginning of the semester (3) The Supervision is divided into two stages namely, administrative supervision and supervision at the time of learning activities no follow-up is given after the supervision ends
Santri Leadership Patterns in Organizing in Islamic Union Islamic Boarding School (PERSIS) Bangil: Pola Kepemimpinan Santri dalam Berorganisasi di Pesantren Perssatuan Islam (PERSIS) Bangil
Santri leadership patterns (people studying the teachings of Islam in Islamic boarding schools) in organizing are essential. The effectiveness of the activities of a pesantren related to santri is very much determined from the leadership pattern of the santri in the existing organization at the pesantren. So this study aims to determine the leadership style of students in a good pattern. Leadership is an attempt by someone to recognize and motivate their members to carry out a process to achieve the goals carried in a group or organization. The leader is functioned to formulate structural objectives and processes, ensure the integrity of the members, solve joint problems and follow up on the results of the evaluation. The organization itself is a unity of several people formed to achieve certain goals together. Organizational success depends on 4 things: (1) Planning, (2) Arrangement, (3) Reporting and (4) Supervision. This study uses a qualitative method that is collecting data in the form of words and understanding of the observations. This type of research is descriptive, the research serves to describe the pattern of leadership of students in organizing in the Islamic Union Islamic School (PERSIS) Bangil. From the results of the study, the santri leadership pattern in organizing in the PERSIS pesantren is a democratic leadership pattern, namely leadership that makes members as a team, deliberates on decisions and conveys work tasks in control and supervision. And this democratic leadership is oriented to faith and piety, good character and role models from the Prophet Muhammad
The Effectiveness of Play Therapy and Positive Reinforcement to Reduce Gadgets Addiction in Children: Efektivitas Terapi Bermain Dan Positive Reinforcement Untuk Mengurangi Kecanduan Gadget Pada Anak
Addiction to gadgets refers to the loss of control, obsessive behavior, interpersonal problems, lack of tolerance, signs of antisocial which lead to dependency on gadgets. The intervention in this research was administered is to reduce the addiction to gadgets by promoting children to play without using gadgets. This research was conducted in a single-subject design with three phases, namely the base line phasein which several behaviors were determined to be intervened, intervention phase and finally the baseline evaluation phase. Research data were collected through interviews (autoanamnesa and alloanamnesa), observation and psychological tests including Forer, CAT, and HTP. The subject of this research was a 5-year-old girls who suffered from gadget addiction. The intervention was carried out in three stages for 20 days, each of which lasted for 2 hours. In the first stage, rapport and therapeutic contracts were administered and play therapy without using gadgets was done, and rewards were given when the subject successfully did the task. The last stage was the termination of all activities that had been carried out. The interventions carried out in this research showed significant behavioral changes. Before the intervention, the subject spent 6-7 hours per day to play gadgets. The subject always cried when going to school and was less interested in playing games with his friends. After the intervention, the subject started to do her daily activities with lesser screen time and longer time to play with friends without gadgets. The subject also started to get ready for school every morning
Relationship between Emotional Intelligence with Verbal Aggressiveness in Street Children: Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Agresivitas Verbal pada Anak Jalanan.
Verbal aggressiveness is a behavior that has a purpose to hurt other people’s feeling by saying harsh words, insulting, mocking, and threatening someone. Factor that underlie the emergence of verbal aggressiveness in street children, one of them is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is ability to control oneself, have endurance when faced with a problem,self motivated, able to set the meed, ability to empathize and build relationships with others. The research mainly happen to understand relation between emotional intelligence and verbal aggressiveness in street children. This research method using quantitative approach. Subjects are picked by Incidental sampling techniques and involving 40 street children. Emotional intelligence scale is picked as collecting tool and also verbal aggressiveness scale. Data analysis uses Shpearman’s Rho technique. The result on Shpearman’s Rho correlation technique shows correlation (r) = -0,721 at a significant level (p) = 0,000 (p<0,05). The conclusion is there is a negative and significant correlation of the relationship between emotional intelligence with verbal aggressiveness in street children. So, if someone has low emotional intelligence, then verbal aggressiveness will be high
