Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to study and conclude the strategy of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in implementing the teaching and learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive qualitative methods describe social phenomena without hypotheses by analyzing the results to report detailed information obtained from information sources. Data collection techniques in this study were through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques. Based on the research results, the strategy of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman in dealing with learning during the Covid 19 pandemic is to conduct online learning through digital multimedia by launching an application called "Mumtaz Smart". The "Mumtaz Smart" application is deliberately designed to be equipped with various facilities, such as: e-library, subject matter, virtual classroom, teleconference, video and learning media, student assignment notes, attendance data and student financial data. So that this strategic innovation is one way to support the learning process so that it continues to run well and effectively even though it cannot be face-to-face but still facilitates according to student needs
SQ3R Method for Teaching Reading Narrative Text of the Tenth Grades at MA IslamiyahTanggulangin
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of learning to read students using SQ3R method with student who don’t use the SQ3R method. The problem in this research is the difficulty of students in identifying a problem in a narrative reading text to determine the character, character, and setting in a story. In this study using a true experimental design research design with two classes in the control class and experimental class and two different treartment namely using treatment and not using treatment. In the control class in order to determine the effect on the two classes of researcher. On the result of the calculation of the classes in the control and experimental class there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Thus Ha: there is no significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Ho: there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using SQ3R method. In this explanation, it is evident that there is an influence of learning to read using the SQ3R method

Suggestions for VBE in Sidoarjo is consistently improve employee performance through knowledge management and competence

No full textThe purpose of this study is to find out the strategies applied at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo in learning during the covid 19 pandemic. This scientific work examines various aspects, including the history, strategies, challenges and facilities contained in SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo. The learning strategy that can be reached in the world of education is online learning. Online learning is carried out remotely, but equipped with various types of applications that support it. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic along with the strategies implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo as an effort to monitor and identify learning that is currently running even though the situation has not been able to support it optimally. The subjects of this study were students of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo who carried out an online learning program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected by direct interviews which took place in the principal's office of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo. The results of this study are (1) the form of strategies carried out during the pandemic, (2) online learning that continues to run (3) Cooperation between educators and parents in the distance learning process. The conclusion in this study is that the teacher's learning strategy has been implemented using several kinds of learning media that have been applied to realize the appropriate learning objectives

Get PDFThe COVID-19 pandemic has had many impacts on various sectors. One of them is the education sector. Education is also feeling the impact that has occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic. SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong is one of the schools that has felt its impact. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out adaptations, learning strategies, innovations, and efforts faced by schools in implementing distance learning carried out by teachers who teach at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the learning strategies carried out during online learning activities and face-to-face learning activities carried out during the pandemic. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are that there are many challenges faced by SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong in carrying out online learning, During the pandemic teaching and learning activities at SMP Muhammadiyah are carried out online, the learning method during online delivery of learning uses internet media such as zoom, google meet, and an application called etmodo. In addition, there are teachers who have less competence in the fields of technology and information in learning, students are undisciplined when conducting online learning, and demands to always have internet quotas that burden students. The solutions include conducting workshops, seminars, and training for teachers related to technology and information used in online learning, as well as carrying out teaching and learning activities that were originally online to face-to-face so that learning is more effective to be carried out while still implementing health and psychological protocol distancing. In this way, it is hoped that teaching and learning activities can run well
