    Picture Series Revealed Students’ Ability In Writing Narrative Text To The Junior High School Students

    The objective of this research were to improve students’ writing skill with implementation on 9th grade of SMP Negeri 2 Buduran in the academic year 2019/2020. The research aim to find whether there was any significant effect in learning achievement of writing skill between an ordinary teaching learning with taught by using picture series. The background of this research has been conducted on 9th grade of SMP Negeri 2 Buduran with high significance of students’ score before and after using picture series media. The researcher choose a quantitative method in this research and the result of the test was analyzed using t-test formula and the result was high level it means accurate for the instrument. The students’ mean pre-test and post-test score were showed that there was difference of the score which is increase the students’ writing skill using picture series. The students’ mean pre-test score is (67.66) and the mean post-test score is (81.34)

    Storyboard: How Is The Effect For EFL Learners In Writing Skiil?

    This research aims to know the students’ ability in writing recount text of the eighth grade students’ of SMP Ulul Albab Islamic Full Day School in the academic year of 2018/2019 through storyboard technique. The study used quantitative pre-experimental design. The subjects of the research were 25 students of VIII-C of SMP Ulul Albab Islamic Full Day School. The data were gained through pre-test and post-test. The result of the students’ scoring pre-test and post-test showed that storyboard technique develops the students’ writing ability in writing recount text. It can be seen from the mean score in pre-test were 70.56 and the post-test score were 82.72. The data were analysed by using t-test. The result of calculation showed that in the significance degree of level 5%, the value of t-count is higher than t-table (15.01 > 1.71). It means that there is effect of using storyboard technique in students’ writing ability especially writing recount text.     The aim of this research is to know the performance ofstocks that become the member ofJakarta Islamic Index  (JII) and determine what stocks are part of the optimal portfolio.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study.  The  technique  of taking samples  is  using purpose  sampling  techniques,  with  determined  criteria.  The population  needed in this study  is  42 stocks.  After doing the sampling purposes,  the sample  is  20 stocks.  The analysis  technique used is  the Single Index Model.  The results of this study reveal that there are 5 stocks which eligible to become optimal portfolio members.  These shares are UNTR, AKRA,  UNVR,  TLKM, and ADRO.  Then the proportion offunds in each consecutive share is 31.58%,  15.18%, 28.02%, 17.7% and 7.52%.  While the portfolio of the portfolio formed (expected portfolio return) is 0. 0203 or 2. 03% with portfolio risk of0. 0006 or 0. 06%

    This study aims to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the process of utilizing online learning. The informants consisted of 10 primary school teachers of Muhammadiyah 1 gempol. The implementation of online learning uses case studies with a qualitative approach. The results of this study revealed that inadequate facilities and infrastructure, less than optimal delivery of material, the burden of purchasing internet quota, internet connection that sometimes becomes slow, learning styles that tend to be visual, and the teacher's lack of flexibility in controlling student activities Learning at Muhammadiyah 1 Gempol Elementary School in this study uses online learning or commonly referred to as distance learning (from home) with the guidance of parents and teachers at school. Students do online learning and interact with teachers using several applications used such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet and Whatsapp Group

    Education is the learning of knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people that are passed down from one generation to the next through teaching, training, or research. Education often takes place under the guidance of others, but it is also possible to be self-taught. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. The government's recommendation is to do online learning. Online learning is one alternative that can solve these problems in order to break the chain of virus spread. The purpose of the research is how an agency seeks to increase activity and learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation to an agency, by digging data through sources who are willing to provide information related to the articles made. The results showed that the teacher chose the right learning method and the school supported it by facilitating the use of existing media as a means of delivering distance learning material and conducting periodic learning evaluations. The positive contribution in this study is intended to provide information to the management of educational institutions that learning activities during the Covid-19 period can be improved by fulfilling distance learning facilities and selecting appropriate learning methods and presenting material

    This study aims to analyze coaching strategies in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method that relies on data obtained by researchers from interviews and recordings made in natural settings. This research was conducted at the An-nur Penatarsewu Islamic boarding school which examined the history of the formation of the cottage, coaching activities in the cottage and learning activities. Because the research was carried out during a pandemic, researchers also examined learning activities, learning methods, learning coaching and also coaching constraints during a pandemic situation. The data obtained were then collected and then analyzed and concluded as a statement. The results of this study are that this boarding school includes a new Islamic boarding school but the progress is quite good and at An-Nur Islamic Boarding School it also has different characteristics, namely that it has implemented modern rules. In a pandemic situation, this lodge changed the schedule of activities, which was originally a full day to be advanced earlier, the activities were still carried out well. Thus, the boarding school students have done offline learning because the distance between the hostel and the school is close to each other

    This study aims to examine the history and learning strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic from SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong. In the research process this time using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were through data with interviews, observations, and photo documentation during the research process. Based on the results of this study, the history of the establishment of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong in the 1960s, but after the Lapindo Mud tragedy in May 2006 which resulted in a decrease in population movement because their houses were already submerged in mud and the process was the relocation of Muhammadiyah College from Mindi Village to Lajuk Village, Porong District. in 2016. Other research results regarding the learning strategy of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely conducting digital learning using online application media devices until January 2021. The school also improvised to change the online and offline education system in every 7th, 8th grade, and 9 by complying with health protocols; so that learning activities can run well.     This study aims to determine the strategies adopted by SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan to increase students' interest in learning in distance learning. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, all schools implement a distance learning system with an online system. This is in accordance with PERMENDIKBUD NUMBER 15 OF 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning From Home in an Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). So that SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan also implements a distance learning system. In collecting data, I used a qualitative research method by interviewing one of the teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. With the results of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan experiencing a decrease in interest in learning during distance learning due to boredom or boredom with the distance learning system. The strategies adopted by SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan in increasing students' interest in learning during distance learning include using more varied learning methods and will be explained in more detail in the discussion
