This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. This scientific works was created with a purpose, to describe the learning strategis of Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Pandaan during the Covid pandemic. In this research process to get the data using techniques by interview, observation and also the voice recording when the research process was carried out. Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Pandaan use daring (online learning) for strategies during pandemic Covid-19, as for several supporting apllications used like Youtube, Zoom Meeting, Google Classroom ,ect. In the implementation of a strategy Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Pandaan have some obtacles, but even so Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 1 Pandaan keep to develop the learning strategy, so that online learning goes well

Distance learning is an effort so that learning can be carried out properly even though it uses a different system. With the implementation of distance learning, teachers are required to be more able to master technology and be creative in designing distance learning so that it can always run effectively. However, in this distance learning is also inseparable from the advantages and disadvantages in its implementation. Thus distance learning is applied to break the chain of spreading the Covid-19. SD Muhammadiyah Wringinanom provides programs that can assist students' distance learning by implementing one of the online system learning programs
Teaching and Learning Process During the Covid-19 Pandemic: Proses Belajar Mengajar di Tengah Pandemic Covid 19
This research discusses the teaching and learning process that was implemented in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Analyzing among others learning strategies, learning methods, media used and evaluation. In the process of this research using data retrieval techniques in the form of interviews, observations, photos during the research process is conducted. This research aims to find out how the teaching and learning process conducted by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Sidoarjo in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that there are several slightly different strategies and media in the teaching and learning process that take place. One of them is the implementation. Before the pandemic the teaching and learning process was carried out normally face-to-face. However, during a pandemic like this the learning process is done online. But the learning process or learning activities such as the pray when going to start the learning process is still carried out such as reading prayers, singing songs and so on. Everything is the same as when normal learning is just the implementation online or virtual

The purpose of this study is to examine several aspects, including: the history of the establishment of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan, learning strategies carried out in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, learning methods, learning challenges, and effectiveness in learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The research process uses descriptive qualitative methods. in the research process using data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and photos when the research was conducted. This study aims to determine the learning strategy in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The strategy used at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan in the midst of a pandemic is to use online learning strategies. Learning is carried out using zoom, google meet, wa, and youtube media, this is as an intermediary for learning in the midst of a pandemic, using these strategies can facilitate teaching and learning activities carried out by teachers and students online. SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan also experienced several challenges in carrying out learning in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, one of which was that many students did not have the tools to do online learning such as cellphones, laptops, or computers, and some had problems such as having cellphones but many did not. have a quota or it is difficult to reach a signal when online learning is done. Although there are many challenges in carrying out learning activities in the midst of a pandemic like this, it does not eliminate the enthusiasm to keep learning even though you have to be at home online

The purpose of this study is to find out the methods and strategies used by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian in learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study examines various as-pects, among others: the history of the establishment of SD Muhammamdiyah 2 Krian, learn-ing methods, learning processes, learning strategies and learning breakthroughs during the covid-19 pandemic conducted by teachers who teach at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian. In the process of this research using qualitative-descriptive methods. Data retrieval techniques in this study through interviews, observasai and photos during the research process. This study aims to uncover and conclude how the stategi learning during the covid-19 pandemic by SD Mu-hammadiyah 2 Krian, as well as knowing the origin of the establishment of SD Muhammadi-yah 2 krian, as well as schools in general strategies conducted in SD Muhammadiyah 2 krian this by usingblended learning or mixed learning between online and offline, applications used when online is google meet, youtube, or whatsapp and sometimes there are offline or face-to-face in the learning process conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian in addition to the break-through in online learning conducted by teachers, there are many challenges in doing the learning process. But even so, learning does not have to be in school and in the classroom of teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian still do the learning process through google meet, youtube or some kind of application that exists such as whatsapp in the hope that students can learn despite having to learn from home and ensure the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic is still running, and learning objectives can be achieved even in the current covid-19 pandemic conditions
Creative Learning Strategies at SD Muhammadiyah Labschool during the Covid-19 Pandemic: Strategi Kreatif Pembelajaran di SD Muhammadiyah Labschool pada masa Pandemi Covid-19
This study discusses creative learning strategies at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Labschool UMSIDA which have changed, namely by using an online or online system. This study aims to determine the creative strategies used by Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The method used by the author is a descriptive qualitative research method to explore information related to the issues raised. The results of this study indicate that SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Labschool UMSIDA developed a new learning strategy as a solution in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic, namely by conducting online learning using the Zoom application, Google Meet, Microsoft Team, WhatsApp. While the teacher's own creative strategy uses a personalized method strategy, which uses a discussion system and play while learning strategies, so students play while learning so that students can be motivated in learning. So teaching and learning activities at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Labschool UMSIDA can run well

The current Covid-19 pandemic has had a very broad impact on the joints of life, including in the field of education. So that the government implements a Distance Learning policy or online. This is to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus in schools and universities. This change in the education system makes it difficult for students to accept and understand the material presented, because learning which is usually carried out in person or face-to-face has turned into Distance Learning or is carried out online, whose implementation cannot be separated by utilizing information technology. This study aims to describe the Learning Strategy of SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Porong in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted on high school students in Sidoarjo Regency. In the research process this time using descriptive qualitative research methods. The learning strategy applied by SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Porong during the pandemic was to use 2 learning methods, namely online learning methods and offline learning methods. The online learning method is done by communicating via WhatsApp, the teacher provides material or assignments via WhatsApp messages in the form of text, video, and powerpoint. And still comply with the health protocol for students who take offline or offline learning. However, this kind of learning technique is important to evaluate, considering the ability of parents to provide online learning facilities. Technology has a very big role to facilitate educators in delivering learning materials so that learning can continue even though it cannot be done face-to-face. In the implementation of online learning, there are obstacles that are a challenge for educators, related to academics, as well as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure related to technology

The study aims to analyze the learning process in the (online) network, supportive factors and teacher inhibitory factors in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out at muhammadiyah elementary school 2 the estimated shidoarjo city of sidoarjo in April. The study USES descriptive qualitative methods. The subject used in this study was an elementary school teacher at 2 tulangan elementary elementary school. The data-collection techniques used in this study include interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this study is that the covid-19 pandemic has hada profound impact on the learning process, learning that is normally executed directly is now being transferred to online learning. Learners are bored and bored during learning. Online education done for primary-age children is less effective. A number of teacher factors in the online learning process are the availability of cell phones, quotas and a steady Internet network. In addition to supporting factors in online learning, there are several teacher inhibitors in online learning. These inhibiting factors include the fact that they are still at the elementary school level, so only a few students have cellphones, therefore this can make learning ineffective. Through online there are also obstacles that occur for teachers, namely many students who deliberately do not participate in online learning because they do not have an internet quota to access learning so that students are left behind. And there is also a learning strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. On the other hand, face-to-face online learning through applications is the most beneficial thing to break the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the mental health of teachers and students from exposure to the Covid-19 virus

The spread of the covid-19 virus in Indonesia has caused schools to halt the process of direct learning. Rather, learning is done through long-term learning or from home study. Online and long-distance learning requires qualified and readily available technological assistance. Learning through zoom or Google meetings is a highly effective learning strategy, currently in force for the purpose of responding to technological advances and education. However, the question of human resources in Indonesia, especially students, is still very complicated. Teachers also experience many obstacles in the learning process. Thus, learning activities during covid-19 in online form, aimed at improving teachers' competence skills at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ikrom Wage to implement online-based learning. The study was done to learn the student learning strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ikrom Wage during covid-19. This research is qualitative with survey methods. The result of this study, suggests that online learning has not been completely effective for SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ikrom Wage. The study is expected to be an evaluation material for various parties in organizing online learning at 3 icrom elementary school. It is also hoped to provide studies for others in analyzing online learning during the covid-19 pandemic
