    The purpose of writing this research is to find out how the implementation of environmental care character education in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. That is a study that understands social problems that exist in society by analyzing and presenting them using words to create a picture of the problems that exist in society obtained from sources. This study explains what the implementation of environmental care character education is like in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Resolve. One of the problems that often occurs is that students often throw garbage carelessly which results in damage to environmental sustainability in schools. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools conducting full online learning will certainly affect the implementation of environmental care character education which is usually always applied in schools. Teachers must also be more creative in conducting online learning by inserting environmental care character education so that students understand more about caring for the environment. The implementation of environmental care is applied by the way teachers can conduct learning using the e-learning method, namely learning that utilizes information and communication technology as well as working with parents to always monitor and assist the development of students in implementation. Environmental care character education. Online learning is carried out through a cellphone or laptop that is connected to an internet network connection. The learning process uses plates from, zoom, google meet and whatsapp groups. Learning that is applied to the implementation of environmental care character education, the teacher will provide material first, students learn the material that has been given by the teacher, before holding learning through zoom, then they are given LKPD to do with the help of parents which contains the planting of environmental care characters

    This study aims to analyze the learning strategies at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol during the Covid-19 pandemic that were applied by the teachers. In the research process this time using descriptive qualitative research methods. A qualitative approach is a research process to understand social or human problems by analyzing words to create a complex and comprehensive picture, and reporting detailed views of information obtained from sources of information in a natural environment. This study aims to reveal and conclude how the learning strategies are carried out by teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol in this Covid-19 era. Which during this pandemic period, the learning process is carried out in two ways, namely online and offline. Among the strategies adopted by teachers in dealing with learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is that teachers must pay more attention to their pedagogical competencies when teaching students, then optimize them in teaching students who have difficulty learning in the midst of this pandemic. Also the teachers apply in some ways or strategies about learning from home in a better and creative way

    This study aims to determine the learning strategies during the pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman, namely learning from home or distance learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid19 pandemic has various problems experienced by teachers, students, and parents. The problems of teachers are in the form of weak mastery of IT and limited access to supervision of students, from students in the form of inactivity in participating in online learning, limited supporting facilities and internet network access, while parents have limited time to accompany their children during online learning

    This Study aims to provide an overview of the trategies implemented by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi in the learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques in this study were trough interviewes, documentation and observation. During the covid 19 pandemic, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi implemented an online learning policy, in accordane with the instructions issued by the minister of education and culture Nadiem Makarim through Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning Implementation of Educational Policies in the emergency period of the spread of the Corona virus. Online learning is carried out in order to reduce the spread of covid-19. During the implementation of online learning, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi experienced several obstacles at the beginning of its implementation, namely the lack of parental education in using learning tools such as zoom meetings. From these obstacles, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Provided solutions in the from of home visits and direct classes. Home visits are intended to provide more understanding to students. Direct class is a solution for students who do not have cellphones. However, during the application of online learning students are very enthusiastic in their teaching and learing activities

    This study aims to analyze the various learning strategies implemented by Muhammadiyah 1 Waru Elementary School in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak that is hitting Indonesia. Where because of the outbreak it also affects education in Indonesia so that the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a policy that learning is done online. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. It means that the desired result is in the form of a complete description or description of the research facts. The results showed that the implementation of the learning strategy set by the teachers at Muhammadiyah 1 Waru Elementary School was good, where the teacher used the google meet, whatsapp, and zoom applications in the delivery of learning material.     An Error Analysis in Writing Descriptive Text of Tenth Grades Students at SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo

    The aimed of this study to identify the error in writing descriptive text made by the tenth grade students of SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. The researcher utilizes quantitative research method. The population of this study is the tenth grade students of SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. The researcher uses total sampling as the sampling technique. The researcher takes 34 students of X TPM 2. The data instrument of this study is students’ test result. In this study, the researcher used 3 types of analyzed data based on Miles and Huberman theory. The researcher analyzed the errors made by the students use the theory of Corder (1973). The result showed that The tenth graders’ of SMK 1 Antartika Sidoarjo still made error in writing descriptive text in four kinds of error based on Corder (1973) theory, which are omission, addition, selection, and ordering. The students made error in omission 67 times or 30% of total error, 21 times or 10% made error in addition, 103 times or 47% made error in selection, and 30 times or 13% made error in ordering. The most error the students made is selection error. It means that the students still do not know how to use correct word that is appropriated with the context. The student still translate Indonesia into English directly without considering the context

    The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of compensation and work environment on motivation and its impact on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Sidoarjo Regency. The analytical tool used in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 126 employees of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency in Sidoarjo Regency with the result that compensation has a significant effect on the motivation of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; the work environment has a significant effect on the motivation of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency; compensation does not have a direct effect on employee performance through motivation and the work environment does not have a direct effect on the performance of the Fire Department Regional Disaster Management Agency Sidoarjo Regency

This study examines various as-pects, among others: the history of the establishment of SD Muhammamdiyah 2 Krian, learn-ing methods, learning processes, learning strategies and learning breakthroughs during the covid-19 pandemic conducted by teachers who teach at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian. In the process of this research using qualitative-descriptive methods. Data retrieval techniques in this study through interviews, observasai and photos during the research process. This study aims to uncover and conclude how the stategi learning during the covid-19 pandemic by SD Mu-hammadiyah 2 Krian, as well as knowing the origin of the establishment of SD Muhammadi-yah 2 krian, as well as schools in general strategies conducted in SD Muhammadiyah 2 krian this by usingblended learning or mixed learning between online and offline, applications used when online is google meet, youtube, or whatsapp and sometimes there are offline or face-to-face in the learning process conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian in addition to the break-through in online learning conducted by teachers, there are many challenges in doing the learning process. But even so, learning does not have to be in school and in the classroom of teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian still do the learning process through google meet, youtube or some kind of application that exists such as whatsapp in the hope that students can learn despite having to learn from home and ensure the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic is still running, and learning objectives can be achieved even in the current covid-19 pandemic conditions
