This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya
The Influence of Training and Motivation on the Performance of Business Actors in Busmetik with Competence as an Intervening Variable: Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pelaku Usaha Busmetik dengan Kompetensi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Research Objectives to analyze the effect of Training and Motivation on the performance of Busmetik business people with competence as intervening variabell. Training for cosmetic business actors has been routinely followed, however, the shrimp production target is still not optimally achieved. Quantitative methods are used in this study to prove the hypothesis regarding the relationship of research variables namely Training, Motivation, Competence and Performance. The results of the analysis show that training has a significant effect on competence, motivation has a significant effect on competence, training has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance. The path analysis results show that competency is able to be an intervening variable for training and motivation for performance. Evident from the indirect influence of training and motivation on performance is greater than the direct influence. Furthermore, for the Fisheries Office of Pasuruan Regency as a coach, it is necessary to pay attention to Training, Motivation and Competence in HR management because it affects performance directly or indirectly
Learning Strategies at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian during the Covid 19 Pandemic: Strategi SD Muhammadiyah 2 Krian dalam Pembelajaran di tengah pandemi Covid 19
This study aims to determine the strategies used by Muhammadiyah 2 Krian Elementary School in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used by author is qualitative research and using a phenomenological approach to explore information related to the issues raised. Muhammadiyah 2 Krian Elementary School carries a new learning strategy asa solution in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, namely learning online using the WhatsApp application, google meet, and zoom. However, the method was not effective enough that the Muhammadiyah 2 Krian Elementary School teachers implemented a visiting teacher system and a consultation class. With the implementation of this strategy as a solution in dealing with learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities at the Muhammadiyah 2 Krian Elementary School can run well

The purpose of this research is about various aspects in it, including methods, processes, strategies and learning breakthroughs during a pandemic. In the process of this research using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with interviews, observations and photos when the research process is carried out. This study aims to reveal the methods used in learning and conclude how the learning strategies during the pandemic in elementary schools. Like schools in general, strategies are carried out online using the Google Meet application and sometimes offline in the learning process. In addition, there are breakthroughs in online learning by teachers, there are several challenges in implementing learning strategies. But even so, elementary school teachers continue to carry out the learning process through the google meet application with the hope that students can continue to study even in pandemic conditions. Parents here play an important role in the success of online learning strategies. Because in the learning process parents do not monitor or accompany their children, so they may not pay attention, so when the teacher gives homework, they cannot answer it. If students cannot answer the questions that have been given, then the learning objectives still cannot be achieved. Because there are students who still do not understand the material presented. This strategy is carried out to prevent and break the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is currently in Indonesia

This study discusses the learning strategies used by elementary school teachers to students in instilling online learning in Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Elementary School. This needs to be researched, because learning strategies are one of the important aspects in giving birth to the character of students who are intelligent, creative and have character. The purpose of holding a learning strategy is to realize effectiveness and efficiency in teaching and learning activities. Strategy is a pattern that is deliberately planned and determined to carry out an action. The strategy also includes the objectives of the activity, the students involved in learning, the content of the activity, the process of the activity, and the infrastructure that supports learning activities. With the appropriate learning strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is hoped that it can improve the ability of students, especially at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian to participate in a quality teaching process, where learning will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions, discuss, and actively use new knowledge gained and easy to understand. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the learning strategies applied by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian teachers will depend on the approach used, while how to implement the strategy can be determined through various learning methods. The existence of this learning strategy will affect the learning outcomes of the students themselves. The conclusion is that with the learning outcomes students are expected to be able to achieve a result that has been achieved after experiencing the learning process with their environment to obtain knowledge that is in accordance with the learning objectives
Dai Training During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Tulangan District: Pelatihan Dai Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kecamatan Tulangan
Muhammadiyah education is a learning system in fostering and developing human personality through science and Islam as well as Muhammadiyah organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the cadre activities of Muhammadiyah students during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the framework of preparing competent cadres as successors to the Muhammadiyah syarikat which was carried out by the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) Tulangan sub-district. Through the Muhammadiyah Student Dai Training (PDPM) during the Covid-19 pandemic, many cadres from villages in the Tulangan sub-district participated in this PDPM. This study uses a qualitative description. The results of the analysis of the PDPM activities carried out by the IPM in Tulangan sub-district were successfully carried out. However, there were shortcomings in this activity, namely: 1) Time efficiency, 2) Participants decreased, 3) It was difficult to contact the participants
Learning Strategies at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman during the covid-19 Pandemic: Strategi Pembelajaran SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Dalam Pembelajaran Selama Pandemi Covid 19
The study was intended to learn online and offline learning strategies during the pandemic covid 19 at Smk Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The study uses a descriptive, qualitative approach. The data-gathering technique used includes interviews and observations. The results of this study suggest that the covert pandemic strategy is conducted online or via other websites or media and offline or students come directly to the school as scheduled by dividing the class. If the student does not get permission, then the school will give out a long-distance learning letter. The way was because Smk Muhammadiyah 1 Taman made it compulsory for all students to attend face-to-face learning. Face-to-face learning in the season covid-19 can be implemented with: learning planning adapted to pandemic conditions; The performance of learning by placing emphasis on the transmission of materials and inlaid health protocols. Face-to-face learning is still normal despite a limited schedule of time according to government regulations
