    This study aims to examine the effect of Training and Work Environment on Work Motivation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on the employees of PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with path analysis research techniques and using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results show that training affects organizational commitment, work environment influences organizational commitment, training influences work motivation, work environment influences work motivation, organizational commitment affects work motivation. The path analysis result show that organizational commitment can’t be an intervening variable for training on work motivation and organizational commitment can be a partial mediation for work environment on work motivation. Furthermore, PT YMPI in Pasuruan Regency remains consistent to increase work motivation through training and work environment. Although organizational commitment provides a low increase, it is necessary that to further enhance the organizational commitment that can strengthen the work motivation so that it can improve company’s performance in the face up to business competitio

    The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the  leadership  style  of  the  principal  in  improving  the  work  ethic  of  Islamic  Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative  research  approach  rooted  in  philosophical  and  psychological  and  focuses  on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without Role, leadership, principals,  teachers’ work ethicasking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit

    The research has purpose to know the implementation of integration the international, national, and madrasah curriculum in MI Muslimat NU Pucang Sidoarjo. The policies carried out by the head of madrasah through preparation of RKM, fulfillment of eight SNPs, division of job discribtion, providing guidance to educators and education staff in conducting supervision that programmed well. The implementation of integrating   of third curriculum   carried out   by adopting Mathematic, English and Science subjects from the Cambridge University international curriculum and adapting general subjects from the national curriculum  2018 revision of the Ministry of Education and Culture and religious subjects al- Qur'an Hadith, Aqidah akhlaq, Fiqh, SKI and Arabic madrasah curriculum from the Ministry of Religion through the development the forms of learning processing and classroom, Development of the PAIKEM learning model, self-development program and evaluation. The quality of graduates after the implementation of integration the international, national and madrasah curriculum in MI Muslimat NU Pucang Sidoarjo accepted in the favorite of SMP/MTS which are evidenced with the results of SKHUN, UN, UAMBD and Check Point. The result of the research show that integration of international, national, and madrasah curriculum has been running as it should

The data collection technique of this research is through interviews, documentation, and observation. results of research at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Learning reinforcement was boldly carried out during this covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, the covid 19 pandemic for education made the education system and curriculum change.     Until now, it has not been found where the location of Muhammadiyah in Sidoarjo was founded, because the process of tracking the history of Muhammadiyah in Sidoarjo Regency has not yet been completed, because it faces a conflict of operational funds.     This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore changes in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic towards learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study shows that the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on learning includes: (1) Changes from face-to-face learning to online learning; (2) Increasing the use of technology in learning; (3) Increasing student learning independence.     The purpose of this study is to provide information about Online Learning Using Information Search Methods for Al-Islamic kemuhammadiyahan Subjects in Muhammadiyah 5 Junior High School Surabaya in Covid-19 Conditions. This research is class ified as a descriptive qualitative research. This study tries to explain online learning by using the Information Search Method of Al-Islamic kemuhammadiyahan Subjects in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surabaya in Covid-19 Conditions. Primary data sources are interviews conducted through Google Form. The source of supporting data is the theory of figures, and relevant research written by other authors. This finding shows that the use of the Information Search method when online learning in Al-Islamic kemuhammadiyahan subjects can be applied in the midst of current learning problems with the situation of Indonesia that is affected by Covid-19. Online learning is an educational innovation that uses internet media without any limitations on space and time in carrying out the learning process.
