Wheat development in Indonesia continues to face various technical and non-technical challenges, including agroecological constraints, low farmer interest, limited access to capital, and market uncertainty. These conditions highlight the importance of strong institutional support through multi-stakeholder partnership models. This study aims to analyze partnership models, key actors involved, their strategic roles, and their relationship with farmers’ interest in developing wheat cultivation in Indonesia. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus published between 2010 and 2025. The literature selection process followed systematic stages, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and in-depth analysis of relevant studies. The findings reveal that successful wheat development requires integrated partnership models involving farmers, government agencies, processing industries, financial institutions, research institutes, universities, and cooperatives. Partnerships play a crucial role in technology provision, capacity building, access to finance, market assurance, risk management, and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, partnerships that provide price certainty, technology transfer, and institutional support are shown to enhance farmers’ motivation and participation in wheat cultivation. This study concludes that a coordinated and sustainable multi-actor partnership model is a key prerequisite for promoting national wheat development and reducing dependence on wheat imports

Indragiri Hilir Regency, one of Indonesia’s major coconut-producing regions, faces a structural paradox in which high production volumes have not translated into improved farmer welfare. Dependence on the sale of whole coconuts with low added value, coupled with significant price fluctuations, has led to inefficiencies in the commodity’s economic supply chain. Coconut husk, which has long been neglected and treated as waste, in fact holds substantial economic potential through the development of derivative products. This study aims to analyze the feasibility and formulate effective strategies for developing the coconut husk processing industry in Indragiri Hilir Regency. A qualitative approach was employed using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, focusing on the BUMDes Sungai Piyat enterprise group as a case study. The analysis reveals that the coconut husk processing enterprise in Kuala Indragiri District possesses strong and promising internal conditions, with an IFAS score of 2.73 and a strength–weakness differential of 1.91. The main strengths include the abundance of derivative products (coco peat and cocobristle), ease of production processes, and the use of semi-modern technology that enhances efficiency. Meanwhile, the EFAS score of 2.32, with an opportunity–threat differential of 1.48, indicates substantial external support, particularly due to limited competition, sustainable raw material supply, a growing regional economy, and institutional backing. The combination of these scores places the enterprise in Quadrant V (Grow and Build Strategy) of the Internal–External (IE) Matrix, recommending the adoption of an aggressive growth strategy. Key strategic directions include increasing production capacity, expanding market networks, strengthening institutional partnerships, and diversifying value-added products to promote sustainability and enhance contributions to the local economy and the empowerment of coastal communities in Indragiri Hilir

Growing interest in matcha among young urban consumers in Indonesia has driven the rapid growth of matcha bars offering diverse service experiences. Responding to this trend, XYZ launched its matcha bar in April 2025. However, customer reviews of XYZ’s matcha products remain relatively limited compared to competitors, indicating potential issues in the customer experience that warrant further investigation. This study aims to identify pain points and customer expectations that shape experiences before, during, and after purchasing matcha at XYZ. A descriptive qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with fifteen customers, one barista, and the general manager using the Sequential Incident Technique (SIT). The data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis supported by NVivo 15. Data trustworthiness was ensured through triangulation, member checking, peer debriefing, audit trails, and thick description. The findings reveal several key pain points, including product misperceptions, limited digital information, unclear service communication, inconsistencies in product preparation, issues with product and packaging quality, an inadequate store environment, and weak post-purchase retention efforts. Customers also expressed expectations for better digital information, clearer product explanations, improved consistency in preparation and packaging aesthetics, a more comfortable and well-defined store concept, and more attractive post-purchase incentives. Full text link
Occupational safety and health play a crucial role in controlling industrial operational risks, particularly in sugar mill evaporation stations. The high-temperature and high-pressure evaporation process of sugarcane juice has the potential to cause various hazards, including leaking pipes, high temperatures around the evaporation station, noise, and steam emissions. Identification of potential hazards and analysis of occupational accident risks are required using the Hazard and Operability Study (Hazop) method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, including field observations, in-depth interviews, and supporting documentation. Likelihood and severity matrices are used in the risk assessment to determine the risk level of various hazards. The results of the study indicate nine potential hazards, with an extreme risk of 11%, a high risk of 50%, and a moderate risk of 22%. This extreme risk potential hazard occurs due to leaks in high-pressure pipes during the steam flow to the evaporator. Risk management can be implemented through risk mitigation, including the installation of safety valves, routine inspections, ventilation and drainage systems, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and SMK3 training. An effective hazard control strategy can be achieved by systematically implementing Hazop analysis to create a safe and accident-free work environment
