This study analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the production of Dendrobium orchid seedlings and provides strategic recommendations to address these challenges. The SWOT analysis is applied to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting production and partnerships. Quantitative data from the IFE and EFE matrices are then used to determine the company’s strategic position through the IE matrix. Based on this position, the QSPM method helps formulate and prioritize the most effective and efficient production strategies. The results indicate that PT Grenpace possesses strengths in tissue culture technology mastery, high product quality, and an extensive plasma partnership network. The company, however, faces several weaknesses such as dependence on plasma partners, high production costs, and limited promotion activities. External opportunities that can be leveraged include government support for the agribusiness sector, increasing trends in ornamental plant demand, and potential export markets. Nonetheless, the company also faces threats from business competition, regulatory changes, and dependence on skilled labor. Through the IFE and EFE matrix analysis, scores of 3.90 and 3.50 were obtained, indicating that the company is positioned in quadrant 1 of the IE matrix, categorized as the “grow and build” position. The prioritized strategy is the SO strategy, which utilizes the company’s strengths to seize market opportunities. The formulated strategies include strengthening marketing and technology-based market expansion, optimizing government support for funding and program access, and developing innovative products along with expanded distribution. Based on the QSPM matrix calculation, the strategy of strengthening marketing and technology-based market expansion was selected as the top priority, with the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 5.607. This strategy is considered the most suitable to support PT Grenpace’s long-term growth and competitiveness

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector play an important role in the national food system, but often face challenges in implementing product quality and safety standards. One strategy to enhance MSMEs' capacity to implement food safety is the launch of the “Safe Food Goes to Campus” (PAGC) program by the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration (BPOM), which involves students as mentors for food MSMEs in the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices for Processed Foods (GMP-P). This study aims to evaluate the role of students in improving the quality of Kebabfactory products through training, production facility improvements, and documentation guidance. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software to systematically map the findings. The results of the study indicate that student involvement has a positive impact on improving business operators' understanding of quality standards, the implementation of good production practices, and increased consumer confidence in the products. However, the study also identified challenges faced by business operators, namely the relatively short duration of the training, which prevented the material from being fully applied across all aspects of production

Primary data collection includes farmer characteristics, the role of extension workers and the role of farmer groups with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis is descriptive quantitative with bivariate correlation analysis test (SPSS.20). The results of the study show that the distribution of subsidized fertilizer to farmers through 1) Data Collection and Verification, 2) Preparation of RDKK, and 3) Distribution Supervision. These stages are carried out in farmer groups and accompanied by agricultural extension workers. The relationship between the roles of farmer groups in subsidized fertilizer distribution shows that, in the context of subsidized fertilizer distribution, the role of field extension workers does not always reinforce each other across their dimensions. Their role as communicators, which emphasizes information delivery and policy dissemination, sometimes aligns with their role as motivators, which emphasizes coaching, encouragement, and empowering farmers to be active in the fertilizer distribution process

Forest Farmer Groups are part of forest-edge communities who serve as the main actors in grassroots forestry development and key targets of forestry extension programs. Understanding farmers’ responses to KTH activities is essential for evaluating the success of such initiatives. This study aimed to analyze farmers’ responses and identify challenges in implementing Forest Farmer Groups activities at Giri Jaya, Nagrog Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency, conducted from September to October 2025. The study applied a scoring system (1–3) to measure response levels—high, medium, and low. A census method was used to include all 20 KTH Giri Jaya members as respondents. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and literature review. The findings revealed that KTH Giri Jaya successfully enhanced farmers’ knowledge and attitudes, as reflected in high average scores of 34.80 and 18.85, respectively. These results indicate that participatory extension effectively fostered motivation and social responsibility among members. However, technical skills remained moderate (13.20), highlighting the need for more practical training and mentoring. Overall, the total response score (66.85) demonstrated a strong positive impact of KTH activities on farmer capacity building. Nonetheless, continuous learning through training and “learning by doing” is required to strengthen technical competence. The main challenges faced were uneven input distribution and the dry season, which affected work performance and reduced seedling quality

The conversion of rainfed rice fields into housing and development projects threaten the sustainability of agriculture, farmers' welfare, and food security in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of sustainability and identify sensitive attributes that affect rainfed rice farming in Pitu Riawa District in response to the pressure of land use change. The research method uses the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) approach which uses Rapfish Software to analyze sustainability indices based on five dimensions, namely ecology, economy, social, legal and institutional, and technology. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with 33 farmers, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with stakeholders. The results of the analysis showed that the sustainability status of rainfed rice farming in Pitu Riawa District was in the "quite sustainable" category with an overall index of 58,46. Further leverage analysis revealed key sensitive attributes in each dimension, namely the reduction of water catchment areas (ecological dimension), the decline in farmers' income (economic dimension), changes in the social structure of the community (social dimension), the importance of extension to farmers (legal and institutional dimension), and the technological adaptation of the non-agricultural sector (technological dimension). These findings recommend the need for policies and interventions focused on these sensitive attributes to improve the sustainability of rainfed rice farming

This research analyzes the role of Instagram content implementation in building CV Bumi Agro Technology's brand image within the agribusiness sector, addressing the challenge of reflecting digital credibility aligned with the company's core values. Employing a descriptive qualitative case study approach, with data collected via in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a documentation study, this research explores the desired digital branding vision, the systematic content implementation process, and audience perceptions. The findings indicate that the structured Instagram content implementation process—encompassing strategic planning (such as blueprints and key messages) and the design of visual and video content (educational reels, informative written content, and student intern involvement) with consistent design elements—successfully conveys the company's core values like modern, innovative, environmentally friendly, and sustainable agriculture. This approach also proactively contributes to changing the stigma of agriculture into an attractive and prestigious field. Audience perception of the brand image underwent a significant positive shift following content optimization since July 2024, evidenced by a more interactive and professional account, improved visual quality, content consistency, and innovation. Audiences consistently grasped the company's core values, formed emotional connections through humanistic storytelling, and successfully responded to calls to action (CTAs), which built their intent and conviction. This research recommends strengthening the continuity of digital narratives and fostering more active audience engagement to cultivate deeper emotional connections. The findings of this study can also serve as a reference for other agribusiness companies in utilizing social media as a resourceful and strategic branding tool

Advances in digital technology have driven changes in student consumption patterns, particularly through the use of e-wallets and e-commerce as the primary means of transaction. The ease of access, speed of processing, and variety of promotions have made digital platforms an important part of consumption activities, including purchases that are not always based on actual needs. This situation has given rise to a tendency toward consumerism among students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the use of e-wallets and e-commerce and the level of consumerism among students in the purchase of food and non-food products. The approach used is quantitative, with descriptive analysis to map the characteristics of respondents and Spearman's Rho correlation test to measure the relationship between variables. Data was collected through a questionnaire administered to active users of digital platforms. The results show that the majority of respondents have a high frequency of using e-wallets and e-commerce, with ready-to-eat food and personal care products being the dominant categories. The correlation test shows a relationship between the use of digital platforms and the level of consumerism among students. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening financial and digital literacy to encourage more rational and sustainable consumption behavior among students

The national sugar industry in Indonesia continues to face challenges in meeting domestic demand, making the improvement of sugarcane production performance increasingly important. East Java Province is the main center of national sugar production, one of which is supported by Prajekan Sugar Factory in Bondowoso Regency. This study aims to analyze the trends of sugarcane land area, sugarcane production, and sugarcane productivity at Prajekan Sugar Factory during the period 2010–2024, as well as to project their development for the next five years. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using trend analysis with a simple linear regression (least square method). The data used consisted of annual time series data on sugarcane land area, sugarcane production, and sugarcane productivity obtained from Prajekan Sugar Factory. The results indicate that sugarcane production fluctuated over time but showed an increasing trend, while the sugarcane land area tended to decline. Meanwhile, sugarcane productivity exhibited an increasing trend during the observation period. The five-year projection suggests that future increases in sugarcane production are more strongly driven by improvements in productivity rather than land expansion. These findings imply that sugarcane development strategies at Prajekan Sugar Factory should focus on intensification through productivity enhancement and efficient land utilization in a sustainable manner
