Analisis Efisiensi Teknis Produksi Rumput Laut (Eucheuma Cottonii) di Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur Menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)
This study analyzes the technical, allocative, and cost efficiency of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed production in Situbondo Regency, East Java, a major Indonesian producer. A census was conducted on 60 farmers in Agel Village and Pathek Beach. Primary data included inputs (seeds, plot area, labor, fuel) and output (dried seaweed production), analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with DEAP 2.1, applying Constant Return to Scale (CRS) and Variable Return to Scale (VRS) approaches. The production process involves site preparation to harvesting (40-45 days), yielding 800-1,500 kg of dried seaweed per cycle. Average technical efficiency was 0.713 (CRS) and 0.873 (VRS), indicating that most inefficiencies arise from sub-optimal operational scale. Average allocative efficiency of 0.835 suggests farmers haven't fully optimized input combinations based on market prices. Average cost efficiency was only 0.799, with only 11.67% of farmers being cost-efficient, highlighting significant opportunities for improving operational cost management.Recommendations include enhancing farmers' managerial and technical capacity through training on efficient input use and business scale adjustment. Local government is encouraged to provide intensive assistance for optimizing input allocation and production cost management. Future research should consider a metafrontier DEA approach for cross-group or regional efficiency comparisons, and include variables like education level and experience for a more comprehensive analysis
Analisis Proses Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Teh di Kedai Dekat Tea
Dekat Tea is a tea shop in Bandung offering a variety of quality teas. Despite the growing trend of tea consumption and limited competition in the city, Dekat Tea faces significant fluctuations in monthly income. This study aims to explore the consumer purchasing decision-making process and its characteristics, using a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with 50 consumers. The results show that the majority of consumers are women aged 17–25 with high school/vocational school and undergraduate degrees, and are from the middle class. The purchasing decision process is influenced by internal (health benefits) and external (social media) factors, with TikTok as the primary source of information. During the evaluation stage, consumers tend to consider product aspects, location, and price. Purchase decisions are generally driven by the product selection offered by Dekat Tea, its strategic location, and trust in the brand. Most consumers are satisfied and willing to make repeat purchases or provide recommendations. These findings suggest the importance of optimizing social media, especially TikTok, as a promotional medium, innovating product variants according to young consumers' preferences, and diversifying sales channels to increase brand visibility and maintain revenue stability

Analisis Kelayakan Pertanian Perkotaan dan Peran dalam Mendukung Pemberdayaan Perempuan: Studi Kasus di Cengkareng Barat dan Duri Kosambi
Urban agriculture is the practice of carrying out agricultural activities within urban areas. Projects serve as one of the tools to address economic, social, and environmental challenges occurring in cities. More specifically, urban farming projects are implemented to enhance food supply in urban areas, improve environmental quality, and empower local communities. The urban farming program in DKI Jakarta Province is guided by the “Desain Besar Pertanian Perkotaan tahun 2018-2030”, which sets the target of utilizing 30% of green open space for productive purposes and fulfilling 30% of the demand for vegetables through local production. This study aims to analyze the implementation of urban farming projects by assessing their financial and economic feasibility, as well as identifying their role in supporting women’s empowerment in Cengkareng Barat and Duri Kosambi sub-districts. The research employs descriptive analysis, cost benefit analysis (CBA), and the Likert scale. The results indicate that urban agriculture programs in Kelurahan Cengkareng Barat dan Duri Kosambi have been implemented in accordance with local government policies, although challenges remain. Financial and economic feasibility analysis shows that the programs are viable, with positive Net Present Value (NPV) and a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) greater than one, meaning that the benefits outweigh the costs. Socially, urban agriculture contributes significantly to women’s empowerment by providing additional income, enhancing technical skills, building self-confidence, and encouraging active participation in community groups. It also strengthens women’s roles in environmental sustainability through eco-friendly farming practices

This study aims to calculate the costs, revenues, and profits of the business, analyze its financial feasibility, and assess the sensitivity of the broiler chicken business in Mandah Village with respondents who are independent and in partnerships. The results show that the independent model requires costs of IDR 778,185,000/year with revenues of IDR 618,440,000/year and profits of IDR 27,015,500/year, with an NPV of IDR 124,236,361 (>0), IRR of 14.5% (>6%), Net B/C of 1.43 (>1), and Payback Period of 1 year 7 months 27 days, making it feasible to operate. In the partnership model, the costs incurred are Rp3,911,100,000/year with revenues of Rp4,392,720,000/year and profits of Rp211,652,200/year, with an NPV analysis result of IDR 1,366,774,532 (>0), IRR of 37% (>6%), Net B/C of 2.78 (>1), and Payback Period of 5 months and 28 days, indicating that the business is very feasible to develop. Sensitivity analysis shows that both business models become unfeasible if there is a 17% increase in feed prices and a 5% decrease in selling prices. However, based on switching value, the independent model is still viable with a 5% increase in feed prices and a 2% decrease in selling prices, while the partnership model remains viable up to a 7% increase in feed prices and a 4% decrease in selling prices. Thus, both broiler chicken business models are viable, despite having different levels of risk to changes in input and output prices
