The F test showed that all variables had a significant effect simultaneously, while the t test revealed that the NPK fertilizer variable had a partial significant effect, while the manure variable partially had an effect but not significantly on the production of large red chilies
Resiliensi Sistem Pangan Pertanian sebagai Solusi Disparitas Ketahanan Pangan untuk Mendorong Kesejahteraan Petani di Jawa Tengah
Food security disparities in Central Java result in inequality in production, market access, and farmers' welfare. The threat of climate change and limited access for farmers to capital and technology further exacerbate this condition. The low selling price of crops compared to production costs is also a major challenge. Therefore, building the resilience of agricultural food systems is a crucial solution to improve adaptation to change and create more inclusive and sustainable agriculture. This study aims to analyze the resilience of the agricultural food system in overcoming food security disparities and improving the welfare of the community in Central Java Province. The data analysis method used includes a quantitative approach using simple linear regression linear analysis and descriptive analysis. In the results of the multiple linear regression test analysis, F test of 29.781 was produced with a very significant p value of 0.0. The results of the t-test showed that food resilience had a significant positive effect (t=5.5659; p=0.0), while food security disparity had a significant negative effect (t=3.3169; p=0.0013). The results of the study showed that 16 districts/cities were in the medium, 10 low, and 9 high categories in their food security levels, spatial analysis showed inequality between regions. Low regions are vulnerable to supply chain shocks and disasters, while high-resilience regions typically have biophysical, infrastructural and commodity diversification advantages. Strengthening resilience through irrigation rehabilitation, salinity-tolerant varieties, weather-based insurance, and equitable access to technology and resources are some of the policy impacts. The findings show that improving food security and reducing disparities can improve farmers' well-being in a sustainable manner
Karakteristik dan Pengelompokkan Perilaku Konsumen Minuman Fermentasi pada Mahasiswa
Rising health awareness is driving the growth of the fermented beverage market, but consumption and processing of healthy beverages in Indonesia are still low compared to sweetened beverages. This study aims to describe the characteristics and consumer behavior of fermented beverages among college students and analyze their segmentation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through semi-structured interviews with 25 college students. The results show that consumers are dominated by young adults (19-20 years old) with good health awareness, but low consumption frequency and impulsive nature. Based on the analysis, consumers are segmented into five main groups: Health-conscious, Taste-driven, External Influence, Price-sensitive, and Convenience. It is concluded that each segment has different consumption drivers, so a differentiated marketing strategy is needed. Business actors are advised to develop product variations, educate benefits, and expand distribution to reach each segment effectively

Meninjau Keberlanjutan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat di Kabupaten Kolaka dan Kesiapaannya terhadap Implementasi Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO)
A global issue concerning palm oil that is currently and will continue to develop is related to access to export markets or international trade. The international market, particularly the European Union, demands that the management and processing of palm oil plantations be responsible, taking into account social, environmental, and economic aspects. To be accepted in the international market, the palm oil produced must be sustainable and environmentally friendly. One government program to respond to this challenge is the development of the Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) policy. Most independent smallholders have not yet implemented the ISPO policy. Kolaka Regency is one of the centers of palm oil production in Indonesia. This study aims to review the level of readiness for implementing sustainable palm oil certification in Kolaka Regency. This study focused on four main sub-districts: Tanggetada, Polinggona, Toari, and Watubangga. Involving 125 respondents from eight villages, the sample was selected using a multistage disproportionate purposive sampling method. The overall ISPO standard achievement among smallholders was 48.0%, indicating less sustainable management practices and partial readiness for certification, while also underscoring the need for continued capacity development to meet all mandatory ISPO criteria. The results of this study can be used as a set of indicators for the achievement of the 2020 regulation on ISPO implementation in Indonesia. These findings offer actionable evidence for stakeholders at the provincial and national levels to accelerate ISPO implementation and strengthen the sustainability performance of the Indonesian palm oil sector through improved extension, financing, and governance support for independent smallholders
