    IMPLEMENTASI KETERAMPILAN MENGELOLA KELAS MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI UNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA DALAM PRAKTIK MENGAJAR

     Teachers play an important role in the development of students' potential and abilities through their responsibilities as professional educators. The success of teaching depends on the teacher's teaching skills. This study aims to describe the classroom management skills of fourth semester Biology Education A2 class FKIP Tanjungpura University academic year 2023/2024. Data were collected quantitatively through observation of 25 learning videos using a checklist table. The results showed the percentage of components of classroom management skills including responsiveness (96%), dividing attention (88%), focusing group attention (88%), giving clear instructions (100%), providing reinforcement (100%), modifying behavior (96%), group management (88%), finding and solving behavior that causes problems (4%), and reprimanding (4%). Of the nine components of classroom management skills, seven were rated excellent and two were rated deficient. Although the majority of skills were rated as excellent, there are some aspects that still need improvement. Keywords: Skills, Components, Classroom Management

    Kesadaran sosial mengalami penurunan di kalangan siswa usia Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain karena rendahnya interaksi sosial dan tantangan era modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Analisis mencakup: penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa serta implikasinya terhadap perilaku sosial keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersandar pada data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orangtua di SDN Tambakaji 05, SD Al Madina dan SDIT Insan Mulia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga proses analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman kesadaran sosial pada siswa dilakukan melalui bacaan dan pola pembiasaan sehinga menghasilkan kesadaran sosial siswa yang cenderung baik. Sejalan dengan itu, penanaman kesadaran sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI berimplikasi positif terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk dilakukan pengukuran secara kuantitatif pada aspek hasil kesadaran sosial peserta didik

    This research aims to describe the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. The form of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. There were 9 participants in this research, namely 5 men and 4 women. The participants/subjects of this research consisted of 1 male principal, 1 male principal, 2 female deputy principals, 3 male subject teachers, 2 male subject teachers. female lessons. All subjects are elements of school leadership and are intensely involved in the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process implements the Miles and Hubarman model, namely data analysis is carried out sequentially starting from data reduction, data exposure, and verification or conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The main findings in this research show that: warning or punishment for the principal's transactional leadership schools regarding the professionalism of teachers at SMPIT Al-mumtaz Pontianak, there were light, medium and serious violations. The implication is that schools implement the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak to the maximum and continuous improvement can be made.Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Teacher ProfessionalismAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan Transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap Profesionalisme Guru di SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang yaitu 5 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 4 orang berjenis perempuan. Partisipan/subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang Yayasan berjenis kelamin laki-laki,1 orang kepala sekolah berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 2 orang wakil kepala sekolah berjenis kelamin perempuan, 3 orang guru mata pelajaran berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 2 orang guru mata pelajaran berjenis kelamin perempuan. Semua subjek merupakan unsur pimpinan sekolah dan terlibat intens dalam kepemimpinan Transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data mengimplementasikan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu analisis data dilakukan secara berurutan yang dimulai dari reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan verifikasi atau simpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: peringatan atau hukuman kepemimpian transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru di SMPIT Al-Mumtaz pontianak, dilakukan ada pelanggaran ringan, sedang dan berat. Implikasinya adalah sekolah dengan mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru di SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak secara maksimal dan dapat dilakukan perbaikan secara terus menerus.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Profesionalisme Gur

    The point of this examination is to depict understudies' learning results in utilizing the Jigsaw type helpful learning model joined with Psyche Planning helped by Word Square LKPD in science subjects. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) study involved 25 students participating in pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II activities. The expansion in the mental space of understudies who finished the pre-cycle stage came to 28%, cycle I with a typical score of 69.4 and the quantity of understudies who finished it was 64% and 36% deficient, and cycle II with a typical score of 82.8 88% of understudies finished and 12% didn't finish. In the emotional area phase of cycle I, there were 5 individuals with high predicate, 15 individuals with medium predicate, 5 individuals with low predicate and an expansion in cycle II contacting 23 individuals with high predicate, 2 individuals with medium predicate. It very well may be reasoned that the execution of the Jigsaw type helpful model joined with Brain Planning helped by LKPD Word Square to further develop understudy learning results at SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru was fruitful.Keywords: Jigsaw, Learning Results, Mind Mapping, Word Square. AbstrakTujuan dari tes ini adalah untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Jigsaw yang bermanfaat dipadukan dengan Mind Mapping berbantuan LKPD Word Square pada mata pelajaran IPA. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini, 25 peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan pra siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Peserta didik yang tuntas pada tahap prasiklus mengalami peningkatan kapasitas mental sebesar 28%, siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,4 dan jumlah tuntas 64% dan kurang 36%, serta siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,8 dan total dari 88% selesai dan 12% kurang. Pada siklus I terdapat 5 orang yang berpredikat tinggi, 15 orang yang berpredikat sedang, 5 orang yang berpredikat rendah dan terjadi perkembangan pada siklus II menjadi 23 orang yang berpredikat tinggi, 2orang. dengan predikat sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Jigsaw, Mind Mapping, dan LKPD Word Square di SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik adalah efektif.Kata Kunci: Jigsaw, Hasil Belajar, Mind Mapping, Word Square

    Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh pendidikan guru penggerak dan pendampingan pengajar praktik terhadap kompetensi manajerial guru penggerak. Dengan populasi 230 guru penggerak di Kabupaten Semarang dan sampel 70 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional stratified random sampling, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan guru penggerak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi manajerial, terbukti dari hasil uji t (6,923 ≥ 1,99, Sig. 0,000 3,13, Sig. 0,000 < 0,05)

    PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE COMPETENCY TRAINING & SUPERVISION SERVICES MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL UNTUK GURU

    The development of science and technology is currently very rapid, especially in the field of education management. Teachers are required to master all competencies in order to be able to design and implement learning in accordance with existing regulations. The aim of this research is to create media that is easily accessible to teachers and easy to implement, to help teachers improve pedagogical and digital competence. The research uses the waterfall method in development which consists of five main stages, namely the first is analyzing user needs to find out the features needed on the website. Second is designing the website according to the needs analysis that has been determined using wireframes. The third is the development step using website programming languages such as PHP and HTML. The four testing steps are carried out by media experts, supervision experts and a supervisor, then there is a product feasibility test called a usability test using system usability scale (SUS) calculations. The final stage is maintenance, which functions to revise the product. The results of the development that have been tested by experts get a percentage value of 96% valid which can be used for expert 1, a value of 94% valid which can be used for expert 2, and a value of 92% valid which can be used for expert 3. Furthermore, the results of the usability test test get a value 95.4% which means that a product has an EXCELLENT value category, which means it can be used without any revisions and is very suitable for general use

    PERSEPSI GURU KIMIA DI KALIMANTAN BARAT TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN SOCIO SCIENTIFIC ISSUES (SSI) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA

    This research aims to investigate the perceptions and experiences of chemistry teachers in West Kalimantan regarding the use of socio-scientific issues (SSI) in teaching. The research design employs a survey method with a participant sample of 30 teachers.. The results show that the majority of teachers express a positive attitude toward SSI-based learning as a tool to enhance students' interest, problem-solving abilities, and the relevance of chemistry materials to current social issues. Identified challenges include limited initial understanding of SSI, students' lack of literacy, and difficulties in motivating students to engage. Teachers feel the need for the development of Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) contextualized with SSI in chemistry teaching to stimulate high-level thinking skills in students. These findings emphasize the importance of teacher training, the development of relevant teaching materials, and a student-centered approach as strategies to address challenges and enhance the effectiveness of SSI teaching in chemistry classrooms.Keywords: Chemistry teachers, socio-scientific issues, higher-order thinking skills (HOTS)AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti persepsi dan pengalaman guru kimia di Kalimantan Barat terhadap penggunaan isu-isu sosiosains (SSI) dalam pembelajaran. Kendala yang diidentifikasi meliputi pemahaman awal yang terbatas tentang SSI, kurangnya literasi siswa, serta tantangan dalam memotivasi siswa untuk terlibat. Guru merasa diperlukan pengembangan soal HOTS berkonteks SSI dalam pembelajaran kimia untuk merangsang keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa.     DEVELOPING WORDWALL-BASED INTERACTIVE GAME MEDIA TO ENHANCE WRITING SKILLS AND MOTIVATION IN RECOUNT TEXT

    This research addresses significant issues in teaching English recount text writing, including inadequate engagement tools and insufficient student motivation. The identified gaps on the existing body of knowledge reveal the lack of interactive and motivating instructional media. This study aims to develop and evaluate Wordwall-Based Interactive Game Media using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to enhance writing skills and motivation among eighth-grade students at Sekolah Indonesia Johor Bahru. The Research and Development (R&D) approach demonstrates that the interactive game media is both feasible and effective in improving students' writing abilities and boosting their motivation. Findings show that students exhibited enhanced writing performance and increased enthusiasm for learning. The implications suggest that integrating interactive game media into English instruction can significantly improve educational outcomes and student engagement. Recommendations include expanding the use of such media in similar educational settings and exploring its long-term effects on student achievement and motivation

    PROJECT-BASED BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

    This study explores the implementation and effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in a business management training program for women entrepreneurs at An Nur Ibun Community Learning Center. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with participants and facilitators, focusing on the experiences, challenges, and outcomes of the PjBL approach. The findings reveal that PjBL significantly enhanced participants' entrepreneurial competencies, particularly in financial management, marketing strategies, and strategic planning. The hands-on, practical nature of PjBL allowed participants to apply theoretical knowledge directly to their businesses, resulting in increased confidence and improved business practices. The collaborative environment fostered by PjBL promoted teamwork and problem-solving skills, while continuous support from facilitators helped participants overcome challenges related to varying prior knowledge and digital tool usage. Despite some initial difficulties, the integration of digital tools and the structured six-step PjBL approach contributed to tangible improvements in participants' business operations. The study highlights the importance of tailored support, flexible teaching strategies, and the integration of practical tasks in business training programs. The research underscores PjBL's effectiveness as a pedagogical approach for developing essential entrepreneurial skills and recommends further exploration of strategies to maximize its benefits in diverse learning contexts
