Gambaran Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Tidak Memberikan ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cakru, Kencong
Exclusive breastfeeding is needed due to the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to identify the description of maternal factors not to provide exclusive breastfeeding at the Public Health Centre of Cakru Kencong-Jember Regency. The study used a cross-sectional study. This study was conducted on 127 mothers who had infants aged 0-6 months and did not give exclusive breastfeeding with a total sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire about knowledge, family support, and formula milk exposure in January - February 2019. The results showed that most respondents had the most factors affecting mothers not to give exclusive breastfeeding, namely low education factors (31.5% ), good knowledge (95,3%), not working or housewives (76.4%), low socio-economic (74.8%), supportive family supports (96.1%), and exposure to formula milk exposed (70.1%) in breastfeeding is not exclusive at the Public Health Centre of Cakru Kencong-Jember. The study illustrated that the factors of education, housewives, socio-economics, and formula milk exposure are very dominant in decreasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding so that mothers are reluctant to give breast milk exclusively to infants aged 0-6 months on the grounds that breast milk does not adequately meet their baby's needs

Tilapia is actually the most popular source of protein in the world market in the form of fillets, because it has several advantages, such as being able to be processed into various new processed products, easy to distribute and marketable in attractive forms. It is necessary to monitor the freshness quality of tilapia fish fillets. This study aims to develop an edible sensor for monitoring the freshness of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fillets that are safe for consumption and also environmentally friendly with a pH indicator of the anthocyanin of red cabbage (Brassica Oleracea Var. Capitata L.). The edible sensor was applied to the tilapia fillet package. The characterization of edible sensors includes observation of surface morphology with SEM and functional group analysis with FTIR. Tests for freshness parameters of tilapia fish fillets included pH value test, total microbial count test, TVBN level test, and organoleptic test. The color change of the edible sensor was observed visually and using ImageJ software to determine the mean red value. The results show that the color of the edible sensor is dark purple when it indicates fresh tilapia fillet, the light purple color is still fresh, and the grayish-purple color of rotten tilapia fillet is not safe for consumption. Red cabbage anthocyanin-based edible sensors can be applied as smart labels for monitoring the freshness of tilapia fillets
Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Perilaku Caring Perawat selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU dr. Koesnadi Bondowoso
As one of the front lines in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses immediately face situations that cause psychological symptoms such as work stress. Work stress can be caused by several factors, including job satisfaction with the job, salary, co-workers, supervision, and promotion opportunities. Job satisfaction is not a protective factor in the formation of nurse-caring behavior. However, other factors include work involvement, nurses' psychology, work stress, and work motivation. If the nurse experiences work stress, it will result in the nurse's caring behavior being less than optimal. This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and the caring behavior of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic in the inpatient room at RSU dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. The design of this study is a correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample used a purposive sampling of 104 nurses in non-COVID-19 inpatient rooms. This study was analyzed using the Spearman test. Spearman test results show the value of value = 0.029 (α <0.05) with a correlation coefficient of -0.214. Higher job satisfaction will cause nurses' caring behavior to be less than optimal, which is caused by several other factors of job satisfaction, such as work involvement, nurse psychology, work stress, and work motivation

Pengembangan Indikator Bromofenol Biru dan Metil Merah pada Label Pintar sebagai Sensor Kematangan Buah Tomat
The novel on-package color indicator label has been fabricated based on bromophenol blue and a mixture between bromophenol blue and methyl red, and tests have been conducted to assess the ripeness of tomatoes (Lycopersicum commune). Bromophenol blue (BPB) and a mixture between bromophenol blue and methyl red (MM) were immobilized onto the Whatman paper membrane via the adsorption method. The BPB and mixture between BPB and MM/ Whatman paper membrane as color indicator work based on pH decrease as the volatile organic compounds. They are produced gradually in the package headspace during the development of tomato fruit. Subsequently, the combination indicator between bromophenol blue and methyl red changes from purple to red foul conditions, while the bromophenol blue indicator changes from blue to yellow foul conditions that can be seen visually. The results showed the color indicator can be used to determine the maturity conditions of tomatoes (Lycopersicum commune) at room temperature and chiller temperature. Furthermore, there are also changes in several parameters (pH, texture, weight loss, sensory evaluation) that are commonly used for the ripeness characteristics of tomatoes (Lycopersicum commune). Therefore, this indicator can be used for visual monitoring of the maturing of the tomatoes in packaging
